@VodafoneUK your internet server for broadband has got to be THE WORST I've ever experienced in the UK, every 2 days for the last week it's cut out for hours at a time, that's not including all the drop outs and hang ups we have experienced in the past, absolutely terrible!!!

@CityFibre absolutely disgusting service from CityFibre and as bad from @VodafoneUK. 3 months of chasing for a broadband failed installation, for it then to be cancelled without notice, 3 months of paying to run their router hoping it might work. Unbelievable

@VodafoneUK every time I call or anyone calls me as soon as they answer the call drops, really useful when my wife is in hospital, not just me, a freind is trying to call my wife and is getting the same issue, common theme? We are all on vodafone

@VodafoneUK probably the worst customer service I've ever had from you since upgrading at the end of last month. 2 weeks with a phone that a Vodafone employee themselves acknowledged doesn't charge properly after 4 days, and have just been told to 'wait another week for my call'
