So we have lost out on the half price Gigafast 900 deal with @VodafoneUK because they didn't put the order through (no fault of my own). And the rude guy on their customer service humphed at me when I said I wasn't willing to pay full price (£60) to put the order through again.🙄

@aDatingDad @VodafoneUK Purely Vodafone talking out of their arses then - does the Vodafone app say you've used that much too? Awful company to deal with when you have a problem. Not too sure why I've persevered with them for so long.

@VodafoneUK @DPDgroup_news Yes. Twice. A week after last one & still waiting for it to leave warehouse. I get daily calls from customer service managers who can only say nothing has changed. I even know name of warehouse manager. But if it helps to escalate for a 3rd time, go ahead.

@VodafoneUK please can you sort out your network at HP5 3PY full signal but only 3mbps data speed. Total of 6hrs on chat and calls in past week and still no useable service. So much for mobile broadband
