@VodafoneUK Hi Merv, their portal says that yesterday at 15.25 the parcel was refused as contact name not recognised. They've gone to the wrong address as my daughter was at home all day as she's working from home. The parcel is on its way back yo you. Can you help?

Alrady unimpressed with @vodafoneuk. Broadband meant to be set up by midnight. Nothing. Really don't want to have to spend all weekend phoning these damn people to get it to work but may have no choice. Just do your job! 😡

@VodafoneUK - raised a billing issue for the nth time. Finally found a place I can raise issue online. Limit of description needs to be <500 characters (!) but UI doesn't tell you how many characters you've used. wtf is the 500 character limit about? Are bytes costly these days?

@VodafoneUK’s Customer service agent advising me “3 months left on your contract pretty much means you are out of contract and we will have to sign you up to a new term if you move houses”! What a joke! Would love to see what the response would be if I said that to them!

@VodafoneUK Woken up to 3 texts saying now is a content bar on 18 rated services 😱& go to My Account to lift this. Am 57 and paying £56 a month for account I can’t access as with @OnecomUK Am totally fed up Not interested in 18+ services but interested in my customer rights
