@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

@catfacewineface @VodafoneUK I second this, doing the exact same thing and it’s bad. The New User onboarding journey (with number port and eSIM provision) is fundamentally broken. As well as emailing online account details which can’t be used for days until service provisioned. Bad.

Hi @VodafoneUK - having a pretty awful onboarding experience. My number should have been ported over today from a different provider. Turns out my number is ‘lost’ in your systems. 8 hours of no phone service so far and counting.
