Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK (2) ...any game that needs you to host your own server. Lee Starr-Elliott (@StarrElliott) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste
-
Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?
-
Chris Gillam (@chris_gwill1983) reported from Clevedon, England@VodafoneUK So this is just a waste of time then... Do you just respond to everybody requesting a DM to tick a box and then wash your hands of the problem?? Still waiting for a response.... @VodafoneUK

-
Mat Oliver (@CrackedRearView) reported@VodafoneUK Nice to see my full fibre connection has wet itself. Not a hardware issue my end, and I never got a single drop with @bt_uk any works going on local to Elmswell Suffolk? This package isn’t cheap!
-
Jack Regan (@999Sweeney) reported@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK @vodafone your company policy of providing these to invaders of the UK in France is a terrible decision. A lot of these economic migrants will go on to commit awful crimes in the UK, we must not be doing anything that encourages or assists them.
-
LB (@BoozerArab) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK They did the same to me 10 years ago so I left them for EE. They told me to cancel my direct debit while in dispute then they go and add a bad mark on my credit rating. Took years to resolve, had to go to the ombudsman.
-
Gee 🏴 (@xgee_geex) reported3. The country origins should not take away or limit my statutory rights under Consumer Rights Act 2015 as a UK consumer 4. @VodafoneUK you are responsible for putting things right 5.I will not be paying the remaining balance of my contract for a broken phone you refuse to repair

Steve osborne (@1967steveos) reported@VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs
