    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    If you are looking to change broadband providers then AVOID @VodafoneUK at all costs!! The worst service I have ever experienced. Currently looking like having no broadband for Xmas! Useless!!

    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone, from a previous supplier, for my home broadband supply, plus landline phone, in November 2022. The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.

    Just giving everyone the heads up. Due to @VodafoneUK & their disgrace of customer service & number porting. I won't be in anyone's streams due to me being logged out of my Twitch account & unable to receive texts to get back in. 13 days without a phone number.

    @VodafoneUK I just want an Openreach engineer because all that has changed since we had fast, reliable broadband is the connection in the BT cabinet to your equipment. Fairly logical that that is where the problem lies, no?
