@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal customer service again! Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with a different company after my mom died. They changed their tune quickly when I said that her debit card (preauth payments) was already cancelled and being that she’s dead, she won’t care about a poor credit rating.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I’ve had the similar issue with @VodafoneUK mother had a brain aneurysm a few years back. They say they sent a sim to her while she was in hospital and want £150 from her. Despite the sim having never arrived or been activated. Despicable behaviour.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes. @comcast does the same thing in the USA. No method of cancelling online. No staff on chat system. Hours long wait time on calls. If you do get to someone, they make it as hard as possible to cancel.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is appalling but unfortunately happening all the time. Same issues with Vodaphone insisting on speaking to my mum who was in a nursing home with dementia, so she could answer some questions for them, seriously infuriating and very upsetting at the time 😡
