@EcoFrench @SamsungMobile @VodafoneUK I would never switch to Samsung. Many years ago I had a Samsung Galaxy 4 and it was nothing but trouble. Always crashing. Replaced twice before I gave up on it.

@VodafoneUK I got a code for a deal. I called got told online only, I went online got told app only. After about 40 minutes on the web chat I eventually got someone who seems to know what they are doing. It shouldn't be so hard for a customer of 20+yrs to stay with you.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone 4G signal has been extremely poor for weeks now at AB34 4YJ, we depend on it for home internet for working from home and it is almost unuseable. Please get it sorted as a matter of urgency. Do not direct me to the utterly dire TOBI chat on your app.
