2. The customer asks if @VodafoneUK is switching off 2G at the same time. He replies that they are. The customer asks if that is confirmed on their website. He says Google took him to the website and stated that.

@VodafoneUK - Abysmal Customer Service. After multiple issues with contract over the last 12 months and spending 5 hours over the last week on calls, instore and chat over the last 5 days to sort out esim Watch issues. Customer Relations team then just lie. Stay clear

3. The @VodafoneUK customer said that O2 confirmed they weren't switching off 3G as they still sell 3G phones. The customer said as his contract is up for renewal, he might move all 3 numbers to O2. The 3G phone and two 4G ones

1. We spoke to a @VodafoneUK customer who visited a store in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. He asks the guy when VF is switching off 3G. He doesn't know. Then searches Google and says February 2023.
