@VodafoneUK on hold for 30 minutes then to be told they cannot hear because of a problem their end disgusting customer service if it can be called that can’t wait to leave !!!

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK I do wonder at companies like @VodafoneUK who try to disguise their understaffing by claiming instead that their "cancellations line is busy" - giving the impression so many people are trying to leave their awful service they can't cope with the numbers

@VodafoneUK customer for over 25 years and trying to upgrade my phone. Have to declare that I’m working so that I can afford the payments but also have to be at home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week because they refuse to deliver to my work address. @EE or @O2 fancy a new customer?

@VodafoneUK getting through to anyone is an absolute joke! Live chat tell me to call as they can’t help, I call to be told it’s too busy and the call disconnects! My order is on hold, someone was supposed to have fixed it for me but it’s still on hold! UTTER CRAP!

I'm a blind customer of @VodafoneUK in New York for work with my global roaming plus not working despite several reassurances - very disappointed and feeling disabled by @VodafoneUK ...blind and partially sighted customers rely on data for navigation & essentials...

@VodafoneUK jus called to upgrade my phone. The person I spoke to suggested I upgraded with another company as Vodafone was too expensive!!! Don’t think that is good customer service! Been with you for 22 years!

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK I tried to leave Virgin Media yesterday. Hour and a half later. I'm not convinced they have cancelled my account. The bloke kept ignoring me. Unethical and extraordinarily bad business practice.

@VodafoneUK No sorry Ben, nothing you or anyone can do at Vodafone to help. Sky are just a much better option you can’t match what they offer. I’ll be in touch in a couple of months for my code to take my number and then it’s bye bye.
