    @VodafoneUK can we get a way to MFA into your app + website that isn't based on SMS? eg using authenticator apps from Google, Microsoft, Authy, etc. I don't get a signal in my house, so I effectively get locked out of my account.

    @sidyoutwit @VodafoneUK Definitely a vodafone issue. Switch to network on WiFi and all works. @VodafoneUK have had issues like this before, no idea how technically they can screw this up, but they have. Possible testing social media restrictions and controls for future.

    @VodafoneUK The root cause of the problem is, no pics on Twitter anywhere. Your senior team should be on this, it’s clearly affecting a lot of people. There’s nothing I can do about it, it’s a problem with your tech.

    I am using mobile no 9888353699 . . Now in these days i am facing too much problem regarding network i hv moved the complaint no. DOTEL/E/2021/41903, DOTEL/E/41905/2021, DOTEL/E/2021/44454, DOTEL/E/2021/44686, DOTEL/E/2022/03413 but no one bothered @ViCustomerCare , @VodafoneUK ,
