    Inspired by @joelycett I have just responded to an email from Donna, Business Development Executive at @VodafoneUK who has offered to ‘Better Connect’ me and my business. Being able to get Vodafone mobile phone signal inside my house would be a good starting point Donna 🤔

    @VodafoneUK hi why isn’t my mobile date working for certain apps? E.g uploading/downloading photos on WhatsApp, Twitter app, Pinterest & LinkedIn? I’ve done all updates on my phone, checked all possible settings yet they’re still not working.

    Stop using covid as an excuse for a **** service @VodafoneUK . Nobody to answer the phone and an automated digital chat . Don’t even consider moving to these . Awful service and absolute liars . Changed my upgrade date from 8th Jan to 21st March

    @VodafoneUK Are you genuinely suggesting that installing the app will assist in fixing a problem that has merited 15 calls, 2 routers, 2 disparched engineers and escalation to the tech team 5 times in the last 6 months?

    @VodafoneUK @N5JFY Hi Nick and Vodafone. I had broadband installed at my elderly parents’ home so they could keep in touch with family and friends over lockdowns and watch tv etc. It was installed 03/12/20. It has NEVER worked. I’ve made numerous calls to the tech line. 1

    @VodafoneUK HELP! Mobile no. attached to my account doesn’t connect incoming calls or messages; phone states ‘user busy’ every time. I’ve tried to phone CServices but just go in circles on the recorded message. Need urgent assistance on this!
