@MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK Unbelievable poor service from Vodafone after switching BB to Sky. I need voda to specify early termination fee not ' one off charge ' on my final bill £95 so I can claim a refund from Sky. Spent over 1 hour on phone yesterday and got nowhere.

Still struggling getting my freebie when I purchased my Pixel 6 in December! Neither @madebygoogle or @VodafoneUK will accept ownership of the issue and keep sending me back to the other! Very poor service!

@VodafoneUK hey, do you do any deals for YouTube Premium at all. At the start of my contract I chose Spotify for my son however I’m finding when he’s in hospital especially he likes to watch YouTube and have YT music but the signal doesn’t always allow it….. (1/2)

@VodafoneUK 11 days and counting to upgrade to unlimited data plan and still not resolved 🤬 keep getting told it’s being worked on at back office and will take 24 hours, That was last Friday. Shocking customer service.
