I cannot describe how utterly hopeless @VodafoneUK support is. Every month I call and get different stories about getting a VAT invoice - they stopped making available online. Just been holding for 44mins for the resolution team. Turns out their resolution is to just cut me off.

Big shout out to @ActiveCampaign customer support who: - Took the time to understand what my problem was - Didn't make me repeat myself to 300 people to get a resolution - Worked tirelessly to fix a tech issue and reported back regularly @Kajabi and @VodafoneUK take note
