@VodafoneUK on 8th I was told that @OpenreachHelp Engineer missed their appointment and they booked one for today and promised it would be resolved today (you confirmed that on twitter as well). Today I was told an Engineer was never booked! 😡

@VodafoneUK I would like my local mast repaired ASAP 🤞 my local mast has been broken since February last year 😡 Vodafone engineer’s have PROMISED to fix it 7 times now & STILL NOT FIXED 😡 TOTALLY GARBAGE SERVICE FROM VODAFONE 😡 I have even emailed Nick Jeffery & he NEVER GETS BACK 😡

@VodafoneUK Get some people that actually know what they are doing and not randomly transfer you across different departments would be great. Not just closing a chat after an hour without resolving the issue is also a good start. I'd begin with some basic training for all..

@VodafoneUK Thankfully a friend who works at Vodafone was able to help me even though its not his job to do so. If you want to REALLY help me and everyone else with this nonsense, please remove the machine from your customer service number and put some humans in place.

@VodafoneUK i can't decide what's worse, my broadband crashing twice in one day whilst I'm trying to sign a payroll off or when you phone vodafone about the problem, the automated voice tells me going online will resolve the issue quicker.

@VodafoneUK can you please advise if you intend to role out reliable 3G to #NorthWales? I live in NE Wales and have broken service all day and none from 10:00pm to 9:00am. It’s so bad that we’ve bought cb’s and mainly use them for communication as they are far more reliable.
