Colin Howard (@ColinHoward13) reported@Iromg @VodafoneUK I think it was November 2025 when you made your final mistake on Talk Radio wasn’t it, Mike? We all make errors in our lives but companies that try to help people in dire situations should not, in my opinion, be vilified.

Gem (@welsh_girlie) reported@VodafoneUK Broadband activated last Friday. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!

Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.

Lucy Slater (@lucindaslater83) reported@VodafoneUK 30 yr customer.. no more. I refuse to support a company that support ILLEGAL immigrants, criminals entering this country, attacking men, women and children and enabling them to do so with free phones/sims, same phones they've been filming their rapes on. #traitors
