@VodafoneUK why do you have to tell customers lies shocking customer service and staff telling you you can't speak to a manager and you have to wait 5 to 7 days for a response. It won't take me 5 to 7 days to cancel all my contacts.

So popped into the @VodafoneUK Didcot branch. Chatted with the "manager" Conner. He only switched the film he was watched on his phone off when I asked him to and to state he lacks Customer Service is a disservice. Horrendously rude! As an ex colleague I was disgusted!

Every customer is a potential sale, regardless of what they've come in for! That's the basics of sales and Customer service, right @VodafoneUK?? Now I still don't have an extender or booster and I'm stood in the store with Conner having a huff about having to call the team!

If the router that I've had delivered doesn't improve the service I will be leaving. Which is awful as I have the 2nd HBB @VodafoneUK sold! Sold in Abingdon! Cancelled potentially in Didcot because of service I'd improvement plan someone over!

Goodbye @VodafoneUK supposed 78mbs BB, often down to 5mb through over contention, hello @TrooliFibre .. I hope your good to your promises, and your router's WiFi is upto BT home hub standards, clearly #Vodafone 's routers aren't!!
