Seriously thinking of ditching @VodafoneUK in favour of @EE. Using Vodafone’s “help” last night to set up mobile data on my Apple Watch resulted in my phone losing connectivity with the mobile phone network. Job is now in a [very ******* long] queue to get reconnected.

Currently stranded and while I was making calls to insurance and travel providers @VodafoneUK cuts my SIM card off, despite me having used my sim in Europe the past two weeks, with no warning except a text message from which point all service cut off so I couldn’t amend

@VodafoneUK not having the easiest of starts with you...two hours to your helpline chat and even with the tech help still don't have wifi calling. Was told my only option is to go in to a store - is that right? Can it really not be solved any other way?
