  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

  @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

  @VodafoneUK 5 months of worsening signal in Somerset. Support say no issues, but field readings show RSRP -123 dBm & SINR -0.3 dB. I have the data. Can someone actually investigate?

  So, switched to Sky Mobile who use the o2 network. Can’t believe how poor their signal is. Nowhere near as good as @VodafoneUK Big big mistake to save little £££s
