@CityFibre @VodafoneUK I sent a dm on 15th as requested still no response. You managed to connect 50 houses on my estate, yet for bizarre reason are unable to connect mine and only mine. Even though you've fed the fibre cable to my garden. It's almost like you don't want help.

Another lengthy outage at @CityFibre and @VodafoneUK... Second major incident since moving to FTTP 6 weeks ago. Massive regrets of going to full fibre instead of sticking on FTTC with BT that worked without incident for 2 years.
