    please tell me why @VodafoneUK has sent debt collectors to me ?? a member of staff told me to cancel the direct debit after they refused to cancel a rolling charge ? but that's my fault apparently

    What is up with @VodafoneUK ? I’ve just bought a brand new 5G fone with your network but far from 5G I’m struggling to even get a single service bar on 4G! And Yes I have checked the service area map, prior to getting the contract, which shows as “good, indoors and outdoor”!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Vodafone for losing me a job today. Internet cut off with no warning an advisor who couldn’t locate my account with a username password account number..will refuse to pay from now on you’ve voided your promise hope everyone else avoids your terrible service

    @VodafoneUK Some shocking management at Vodafone - promised a 2nd call backs by Omnia last wed, today by Shehab in home BB Tech Sp! 3 failed call backs by so called managers to rectify a simple issue! Sort it out Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK my contract ended and you never told me. Doubles price and charged me, then admitted you should of sent correspondence out. Then do the same to the wife... 👌👌👍👍👏👏

    @VodafoneUK Ummmm... I haven't got fibre with you. Only pay monthly. But am very unlikely to join Vodafone for broadband once my current contract ends. Clearly you have the customer base and are now reducing the value for money propostion.

    @MissDFreeman @VodafoneUK I gave up on them in 2005 when they couldn't understand me talking clearly, with a west midlands accent, down in a call centre in Bristol. 20 mins on hold ... rung up 3-Mobile in Mumbai & they fixed my payg one rightaway.

    So @VodafoneUK I wait in home all day for a telecall I was this morning assured I would receive today to update on an outstanding complaint. No call received. Another total letdown. Sadly I’m not surprised. Shambolic performance

    @VodafoneUK and so...5 hours worth of phone calls today with a number of different people & no one has any authority to sort ANYTHING OUT! 22 years as a loyal customer & you couldn’t give two shits!! I now have to wait 2 days for a manager to call me! Just wow @VodafoneUK
