@VodafoneUK Home Broadband. You are the SEVENTH person I have spoke to. Surely one of you can actually help me.

@LarsenDisney @VodafoneUK yes i'm sure you can, just tell them they've broken the contract and you wish to notify them of your right to cancel due to the price increase, cancel with no termination fee's. however some contracts write into that they can increase by x amount

@32theholt Indeed. But I just got an email from @VodafoneUK saying that they're increasing by inflation of 10.5% *plus* 3.9% to "help support the continued investment" in their network "as they expand coverage". Fortunately my 24 month contract is coming to an end shortly...

Biggest mistake was moving from @VodafoneUK to @o2 O2 is the worst ever network, I have to make 3 or 4 calls for 1 conversation due to poor signal and data is another issue in itself, thank god for free WiFi. And that's anywhere I travel in the UK Can't wait for contract to end!

How can @VodafoneUK justify increasing my plan for an iPhone 11 with 48GB data up an extra c.£8 to £75 a month?! Been with them almost 7 years but I’ll be jumping ship. For context, as a new customer on @O2 I could get an iPhone 14 for £50 a month.
