  So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.

  @VodafoneUK I find it very inappropriate that I’ve reached out as I’m struggling with my bill and your customer service advisor has tried to pressure me into buying a new phone contract! Then when I’ve said no hasn’t been able to help me at all and closed the online chat 😡

  @VodafoneUK There seems to be a fault with your FTTP migration system. Tried 2 migrate 2u last week. Happened to log into account next day request to find it had failed( no contact to tell me) spoke 2 support to be told there was a problem try again and try again. Same again.

  @tiktok_uk @VodafoneUK I have charges being made to my Vodafone account that are coming from TikTok and aren’t me. Vodafone are telling me to discuss with TikTok as it’s not their problem. Vodafone should have placed a block on third party spending last…
