    Shame on you @VodafoneUK My 92 year old mother went in to your St Albans branch to ask for help with iMessages on her phone & came out with a £27 per month contract up from her existing £11 per month one!!Thankfully all sorted by a helpful call handler on the phone earlier.

    @VodafoneUK how come we have spoken to your team asking to cancel within 14 days and promised an email/text to confirm we’ve cancelled in the 14 day cooling off period but not received anything today as promised. Another wasted phone call.

    @VodafoneUK spent an hour on hold to resolve a really minor issue. Not surprising I said no to the offer of a second line = double the hassle.

    @chrysatal @VodafoneUK @TfL Terrible service. We’ve been left 9 days no broadband as new customers and told we have to wait another 5 days to fix it which I doubt will happen. We’ve cancelled as #VodafoneUK is the worst company I’ve dealt with.

    @VodafoneUK I live on Tiree Hebrides being told that we will have no signal for 6 days! Ridiculous! Suggest you sort it sooner otherwise I’ll take my 6 contracts elsewhere, as I believe you are in breach of contract on everyone of them. Other islanders will do the same. Your loss

    Here we go again @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKBiz signal crap in area again. 21 May contract ends and I'll be leaving the worst mobile company ever. Sick of their poor service in last few months. Been a business customer since 1987.

    Surely trying to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract must be one of the most frustrating experiences ever. In the online chat queue for 90 minutes, chucked out when #3 in the queue, and now it's impossible to even get into the chat queue. 🤬

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone App not working in Spain. It takes to chat rrobot, and that is of no help as ever!
