    @VodafoneUK You've done it and told me there's about 97% 5G coverage. There isn't. Its poor everywhere I go trust me. Its not you I'm getting at, Vodafone itself from customer service in my local Coventey store has been dreadful since day 1. I'll run the contract out & look elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK They don’t. But if I’m a Voda customer that got a deal through 3rds with Voda, in order to switch my current (out of contract - also Voda) number, 30 day to payg and then switching back from payg to contract. I need to pay for the time on both so could end paying double - right?

    @VodafoneUK Please help - I bought two phone contracts from you 8 days ago but the SIM cards aren’t working, your customer care phone line/chat won’t recognise my number and to top it all off you have billed me after a week of being unable to get connected.

    @VodafoneUK message me at 3.40am with a link to an online complaints form when I have a complaint ref. already, asking me to reiterate info I've logged 73 hours on 'phone, and at least 24 on Twitter DMs. Now requesting I reiterate via online form. You couldn't make it up.
