@VodafoneUK Great, so Vodafone will be compensating us customers for the absolute lack of information unless we go chasing which is shockingly poor customer service? The loss of Internet for half a day? The additional cost of using additional data? After all, it isn't the first time!

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK purchased a Samsung S10plus and used the vodaphone network, I have to say it is one of the worst receptions I've ever had, when you see all your colleagues using their phones (none of which use vodaphone) its embarrassing

@VodafoneUK 2 times vodafone idea not returned my security deposited i had send so many email, so many calls at customer care many time visited store, but no use. I just got harassment not security refund.
