@virginmedia so 🤔 you say you refund what you owe me back once you’ve received equipment,you confirmed receipt on 11/3-I would never have got away with taking this long to pay my bill without either being cut off or having a penalty fee thank goodness I switched to @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have been trying to get an email for voda. I have been paying for a broadband which drops every 5mins. Now its totally gone as poor Vodafone hasn't received payment. How does it feel. Absolutely the worse customer interaction. Its non existent. I am fed up, wasting.
