@VodafoneUK Why tell people they'll get a reply in 48 hours and then tell me over chat engineers don't work weekends, that's appalling, broadband is a 24/7 service but you have no support 24/7

@VodafoneUK Thanks Ray, however I now need to escalate this complaint. I've spent over 3.5 hours trying to resolve this amicably. I just need someone to close the account, confirm it's closed and stop hounding me for funds not owed. Could you provide a complaints email address please?

@VodafoneUK I've done all my security checks yet they still see the need to ask for my email address an hour into the call, and then ask for my postal address as I request a complaint registered. I told them to look up my address as they have my account open in front of them. So daft
