    @VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK but now 4 months and counting and your still unable to remove Spotify from my account despite your team saying it’s been removed. Pathetic, and now need to call other numbers for refunds to confirm i actually made the request. No help @VodafoneGroup at all

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK your Live Chat is not on and you have cut off a PAYG mobile despite it being used which has caused big problems. No warning. Have DM'd and complained via email. No response

    @VodafoneUK why are Carphone Warehouse calling me offering me my contract I'm on now at £71.. but they're offering it me at £35? How? And they said theres no cancel fee pay out fee thing?

    @VodafoneUK I've wasted enough of my limited unlimited internet being told you can't help me. Only thing that can be done now is pointing out that Vodafone are stealing money and lying about it.

    Thanks to @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I now have no mobile phone as my current 3yr old handset will no longer charge. I can pay £262 for the pleasure of getting out of my sim only contract or wait till 21st July when I will be entitled to an upgrade. Such shockingly poor service.
