@VodafoneUK since upgrading to your 67Mbps Superfast 2 broadband last week our internet has dropped to 6-8mbps every evening. This has escalated to L3 support, but as there is no way to speak to them we’re stuck. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK I have had no broadband and intermittent mobile signal/data (H+ max) since 4pm. When I spoke to Vodafone for help I was told it must be a problem with my devices. Really?! What a coincidence!? Been left without data or broadband, living alone, during a pandemic.

Vodafone bb down since this am, waiting on OpenReach engineers or Vodafone engineers to give me update, all given is fault no. have no updates and impossible to find service status & 3dy wait? Why is there no service status for Vodafone or OpenReach? @VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach

@VodafoneUK just tried to pay an admittedly late phone bill and it's telling me I no longer have a phone number registered to my account. Replying YES to the text message doesn't work, and I can't log in via the website.
