@VodafoneUK why can't I update my broadband plan online like my phone. Every now and then someone with a masked phone number calls me and asks for personal details which seems odd (I'm often driving/at work so can't Google the number). Ringing your help desk is a nightmare 🙈

@VodafoneUK WHY? Why must you always be so utterly, utterly ****? Even leaving your worthless network is pure pain. ALL I WANT IS A DAMNED PAC CODE. WEbsite says "call us" 191 says "use the webchat" and hangs up. Do you think this infantile piss actually stops customers leaving?

@PatriciaMattins I got an upgrade from a 6 classic to an iPhone 13... bit of a leap for me but I'm never one to do things in a rush! @VodafoneUK If I can actually set it up and bluetooth one to the other, than basically a child of 3 can! The hardest thing was getting the tape off the box!
