    Why is my signal absolutely terrible nowadays @VodafoneUK? Always shows full with 5g but nothing ever loads. Have to use WiFi all the time.

    In the UK, regulators would have had forced @VodafoneUK to immediately issue a refund for lack of service. But here in India, all you have to do is pay a bribe to officials and ministers. They will ignore all the consumer complaints.

    @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and can’t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so can’t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
