    @VodafoneUK why when I signed up to a £38 a month phone and airtime contract has it never been the amount I signed up for and no extra expenses? I expected the first month to be more but not the second as well!

    @VodafoneUK is it company policy to put customers on hold for an hour and then hang up on them when they ask for a PAC code? Because we’ve experienced that twice today!

    @VodafoneUK Dean, none of your colleagues can help. It’s been over 5 months & i’ve had enough. Can you get a manager to call me & i have been on hold to that number and don’t have more time to waste. Unacceptable the way i’ve been treated. 3 contracts and after 5months i’m no better off!!!
