  Just waited over an hour on the online chat for @VodafoneUK to see if they stock PS5, found out within a matter of minutes after it crashed that they don’t even stock them 🙃absolutely shite service

  @VodafoneUK your customer service chat . is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. total 9 difrent people iv spoken to get cut off every time . they also seem to make up the prices to upgrade. been offered for the Samsung s21 ultra 4 diffrent amount from 44 up to 80 pm
