  Hey @VodafoneUK I transferred broadband to you last Weds. It doesn’t work. The booster you made me upgrade to also doesn’t work. I have been on to nearly 10 different chat agents since then + noone can help me. My landlines don’t work with your system. I am stuck in your system

  @VodafoneUK Hi, I’m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

  @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

  @VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

  @VodafoneUK you keep sending letters to my address for someone who does not and has never lived here. We've called you twice to ask you to stop and you said you would but we keep getting letters and now debt collection letters. Can you stop now please.
