Have genuinely had enough of @VodafoneUK First they fail to activate my account at the time and cancel my account instead, then they won’t even let me log into said account after fixing it, and now it’s 24 hours after our broadband should have been activated and it still isn’t 😭

And yet again @VodafoneUK incompetence strikes. Despite them closing my IOT account 4 months ago, they are incapable of stopping the billing despite saying they have - even at a director level complaint. This is getting beyond a joke

@VodafoneUK Apple 13 Pro - £949 or £749 with iPhone X trade in. Pay it off or get a 24 month 0% finance with Apple ( Barclays finance) That’s £33.29 pm and you can make overpayments without extra charges giff gaff or VOXi sim only (Vodafone network) no contract £10pm so £43pm

@VodafoneUK I’m losing my mind, I have a second phone that is not a smart phone and has no signal. TOBI won’t let me talk to a human and neither will you customer care line. How can I fix this???
