I got a replacement sim for my old number from @VodafoneUK. It has been a month & it does not work. I can make calls but not receive them. Everytime I speak with them, I am told that it will be sorted in 24 hrs, but it has been more than 30 days. The same story. Horrible service

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

@VodafoneUK Ive replied 3 times with the code requested. I appreciate your busy but you have mis sold me a product and taken more money from my account today! No where on my bill does it say your taking more money never mind the fact youve taken way more than i agreed at point of sale!

@VodafoneUK No my phones 4G been non existent for months. One of your colleagues said there was work being carried out in the areas months ago! But surely this has completed. Otherwise I would expect I will be reimbursed for the service loss!
