I tried to transfer my e-sim to my new phone yesterday and the process has failed leaving me paying for a new contract and also with no phone service. QR code generated doesn’t work, pop up message asks to contact @VodafoneUK Thus far your support has just said “wait”. HELP!

@VodafoneUK Buy now - joke. Been with Vodafone for 5+ years and had a phone and tablet with you. NEVER ONCE missed a payment and for ever getting asked to take out more lines, wanted to upgrade but get knocked back. Customer service is a joke.

@VodafoneUK I have travelled from uk to Paris. My phone has roaming but it seems to be barred. I can only use hotel Wi-Fi. I tried calling vodaphone uk for help but it seems they don’t accept Wi-Fi calls. I have no data or call access. Please help

@VodafoneUK Staff training and knowledge of your own processes is severely lacking. To the point that staff actually record conversations regarding complaints completely differently to how they happened. Charging for SIM cards never received or activated. Dishonest.
