@VodafoneUK Do not enter into a contract with Vodafone! They have THE worst customer service and basically tried to scam me into a device I didn’t want. I was told someone would contract me about my complaint I’m still waiting a week later. No wonder you’re losing all your customers

Honestly @VodafoneUK please sort out the network errors, this is like the third major issue I've had with you this month and this one isn't even localised, people all over the world are having NAT type issues on @PlayStation and other streaming platforms completely crap service.

@VodafoneUK Is there network problems with your broadband tonight? I have no NAT type can’t game can’t play online can’t stream/watch twitch on my PS5 or Xbox Series X, My NAT type has always been Type 2 without a NAT I can’t connect and play etc.

Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK continued today. Nothing but trouble since I got a Gigacube last year, which btw I rely on for decent internet. Started with service outages - no compensation given, even when I asked (more than once)… 🧵
