    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIdeaIN @VodafoneUK Vodafone India, not dat you provide an amazing network/data (especially when we need it the most) but yet u seem to be make a Load by charging an amount excessive to the bill every month even though paid online. ₹470.82 is ₹471 always.

    @VodafoneUK I have sent you a message on twitter private message every time I call Vodafone you keep saying it's getting looked at by the back office and telling me to wait for 7 days repeating the same cycle and my issue does not get resolved as have to repeat my issue again and again

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 When I eventually got signal, loads of missed calls and messages. Their network (EE, O2, 3) all connected and no issues. It’s unacceptable in 2022 to have no connectivity at events - especially in London. I’m done. You absolute ********.

    @VodafoneUK I have been waiting since 3/11/22 for my broadband connection @BTOpenreach1 I have called numerous times, made a complaint, had a complaint closed and now I’ve been given a date for an update 20/12/22. This is unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK And yet here we are on the 14th - 48hrs later and still I see no improvement in cellular service, nor do I have an installation date for broadband service? What reason is there that you cannot even commit to a date?

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK See previous message. Your team who went up the pole unplugged our internet so to meet your SLAs with my friend/neighbour who was complaining. This issue is your issue. Please get Kelly Communications to sort this.

    Apologies for digging out @VodafoneUK signal a few times recently. It became quite clear that the signal problems were from having a VPN running. Even though the VPNs clearly say you won’t notice a dip in performance. Just sat 5 mins waiting for customers card payment to clear 🙄
