@VodafoneUK I requested an unlock code for iPhone 6 but VF emailed me IMEI provided is invalid. Whole day gone to to waste escalating this issues. Still no solution. Can someone help?

@VodafoneUK Hey so my Xbox series X doesn’t work via Ethernet. I’ve tried different ports and a new cable but it still says it’s connected to router but no internet. Other devices work fine. I’ve seen a number of other folks on Vodafone forums saying same issue but don’t see a resolution

@VodafoneUK just moved to Voda home broadband today from BT and the router is just flashing red no internet. No one available to help me and starting to wish I had never moved. Fault reported as DOA11046727… please help as I won’t be able to work tomorrow!

@VodafoneUK I never closed that fault ticket and this appears to be the exact same issue again with speeds dropping in the evening when they have been fine during the day. For ref: speeds are usually 64mb download/18mb upload constantly on wired or wifi connected devices

@VodafoneUK James, the sync speed hasnt changed. Its showing as 69.2 download and 19.0 upload and router has been up for 25 days with this speed - since the last vodafone network problem when i raised a ticket because speeds were slowing to a crawl from about 8pm - 11pm at night

@RealMattBright @VodafoneUK Completely agree. There is clearly an issue as I've run speed tests across the three vodafone test servers in Bracknell, Watford and Manchester and at least 2 of these are giving slow download and upload speeds whilst the third appears to giving reasonable speeds
