Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?
