    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m really disappointed with how my recent insurance claim has been handled. I know you prob can’t/ won’t intervene but I wanted to find a way to register my disappointment and I can’t think of another way!

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    This country is run entirely on smoke and mirrors. Anywhere else, decent network coverage, decent WiFi, decent trains. Here we’ve got @VodafoneUK’s pretend 3G coverage, @VirginTrains extortionate pricing for standing room only and a WiFi service that literally doesn’t do anything

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Bethan, this is the kind of chat hell that made me leave Voda last year - I just sent the DM, then got told the virtual assistant couldn’t help, and no options appeared. It said it would contact a person to take over, and then crashed out. How about you DM me an email address?

    @VodafoneUK both and even the router event log says there is errors like "failure to send" when the connection goes down, But the advisors are trying to blame it on my pc when its wired and even wireless devices are having the same issue
