@VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband, charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long, clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

  • sldf26
Soph (@sldf26) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

  • sldf26
Soph (@sldf26) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

Shocking service from @VodafoneUK - the #bereavement team spent so long transferring my deceased father's account that it triggered defaults and intimidating threats of legal action and cutting off the mobile, broadband and home line of a vulnerable, grieving 89 year old woman

  • 1983_edward
    Ed (@1983_edward) reported

@VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.

  • JulieMc77303454
    Julie McMahon (@JulieMc77303454) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my father in law died, I phoned VMedia to ask if the account could be transferred in his wife’s name. They said we couldn’t. Said we had to cancel the contract, pay a hefty cancellation charge (something like 10 months of the contract owing) and open a new acc in her name

  • MichaelLCrick

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK As I have said here before, Virgin Media treat customers with total contempt. The worst type of British capitalism. Branson must be so ashamed.

  • NeedMoreCourage

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Agree, my poor wife trying to deal with VirginMedia who are still sending bills 2 years after his death & 3 months after his bungalow was sold!!!

  • garethlj1
    GLJ (@garethlj1) reported

I can’t believe that @VodafoneUK won’t let me cancel my mothers monthly fees without a power of Attourney - she has been in a home for the last 2 yrs with no ability to use a phone but Vodafone happily take their fees every month even though they know the situation. @DementiaUK

  • JamieRayStevens
    Jamie-Ray Stevens  (@JamieRayStevens) reported

After 5+ weeks, my @VodafoneUK upgrade is still unresolved. • £40 refund still unpaid • 2 complaints raised • Mobile service incorrectly provisioned • Told to cancel & recreate my contract to fix Vodafone's error • Lost a £572 trade-in benefit as a result

  • ChatchoMan
    You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.
