    At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

    @VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

    Fucksake @VodafoneUK trying to do a trade in for my old phone is a nightmare and now have to wait to re do it as you think my phone is damaged and there isn’t a single ounce of damage to it

    @RobertHugill @VodafoneUK I have the same issue … apparently there is a week delay. None of customer service care to advise this though. 3 people told me it will still arrive today by 8 😒

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

    @VodafoneUK terrible service I’m getting nuisance calls from a withheld number (however I know the person calling and what number they are withholding) and your adviser said there is nothing you can do to stop this 😡

    @VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

    @VodafoneUK is there a reason why my phone hasn’t been dispatched, supposed to be delivered yesterday but not even left the warehouse. Customer service palms me off and each one tells me something different 😒 absolutely shocking. Just be honest with your customers NOT HARD

    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

    The @WeAreOpenreach manager turns up early doors on the Saturday as promised. Problem is he’s “never seen one like this before” and “doesn’t normally do @VodafoneUK connections”. He got it all set up and left. So all was good we thought.

    @VodafoneUK not impressed with recent service, requested house move and told the advisor multiple times I needed internet at my current address until 12/4. I was disconnected on Monday 27/3 and told that I cannot have my broadband reactivated! I will be 3 weeks without internet!

    @VodafoneUK Hi I need to amend my DD to a new bank account. I tried to do it online but they had trouble checking my details. I called, as instructed, but when you choose ‘amend DD’ as an option on the call, you get sent an automated text and the call ends. Please assist.

    @VodafoneUK I tried to enquire about a 15% increase you have added to my fixed contract. It’s nearly impossible to get hold of you and I paid £6 to acquire your number privately, 21 mins then to wait for a supervisor - shocking customer service 🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK do not use Vodafone. Their customer service is appalling. 11 years of receiving post for the previous occupant and they have been advised multiple times of this. DMs sent and webchat.
