    I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

    @Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    @OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK 2/2 6 months later after various emails, faxes and phone calls they were still sending the bills to my dad. Told him to not pay it, I’d done everything they had asked me to do in order to cancel it. They sent bailiffs to my dads and he paid them. He was scared. I was furious.

The first thing they should have done was to move hell and high water to find your dads account and sort this out. And then they should compensate for the stess caused and a full written apology.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I hadto cancel my father’s Sky account when he went into care. Finding a number to call was almost impossible. Sky has an appalling reputation. I finally got through to a human and pretended to be dad. Put on a pathetic voice, got patronised + account closed. Result. Arseholes.

Who is not raising these issue in the boardroom and if they are why do they continue? This will lose you 000's of customers.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This is horrifying. I’ve just been through this with @ThreeUK and I have to say they dealt with it fantastically. It doesn’t help you but if anyone reading this is considering a contract for someone nearing the end of their life, I would 100% recommend them.
