    @Rioghal @VodafoneUK Same here with 3 the signal is abysmal and is getting worse rang to complain and leave them but they said its cos they are installing 5g and will get betterin time, which has been a lie 😕 All good here thank you, hope you are keeping well too 👍🏻🙂

    I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

    @OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

    @VodafoneUK Lowest data is 25GB for the upgrade for this device yet there are sim only deals with lower data that are not available. Clearly you know there is no flexibility and you’re not meeting customer needs!!!

    @VodafoneUK I simply want to activate the Entertainment element of my contract. Every link you’ve sent me doesn’t work. Online chat escalated the issue on Friday and no contact from them. I’m even willing to overlook the better deal if I can get this sorted!

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service experience. 30 minutes on hold before giving up. Already waited 3 days for help with new contract and no one come back to me. Some way to treat a customer of 20 years standing!! Now found you’re not even offering me your best deal!

    @VodafoneUK 3 months waiting to get fibre broadband installed. Now you won't honour the price, want to charge double what was in contract. On phone again for 3 hours today. Had to cancel. Waste of time. 🤬

    @BBCNews Loads of the virtual operators still have free roaming. I'll be ditching @VodafoneUK at renewal time, probably for @ASDAmobile, same network, free roaming.
