They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
