Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

@VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

@VodafoneUK For 15 years I have bought a voucher & paid for what I use, out of MY credit, when I use it. When I run out of credit, I buy another voucher. That is what I had. That is what I want. The bundles, which I never agreed to, are not cost effective for my needs. I want pay as you go.

Forgotten how absolutely useless @VodafoneUK are. Offered me 3Gb data for £8 per month. If I go to the vodafone site via Uswitch I can get 15gb for £8. Vodafone wouldn't offer me the better deal even though it is on their site. Also very poor and rude customer service. #vodafone
