@Rioghal @VodafoneUK Same here with 3 the signal is abysmal and is getting worse rang to complain and leave them but they said its cos they are installing 5g and will get betterin time, which has been a lie 😕 All good here thank you, hope you are keeping well too 👍🏻🙂

  • NL_DannyW Danny Williams (@NL_DannyW) reported from Stockport, England

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

  • pauljbarton Paul (@pauljbarton) reported from Chinley, England

@OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.

  • hydebear Andrew Eddowes (@hydebear) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK so someone at your end cancelled our NowTV sub on Red Entertainment - when we go to re-add it, it's not an option and the folks on chat aren't very helpful. Help please!

  • Chelle_belle_86 Chelle (@Chelle_belle_86) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK come on! New to your broadband service and it’s been out all day today. Not good enough

  • TommySull1 Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

  • Jen1says Mrs Jennifer Sigley (@Jen1says) reported from Bredbury, England

@VodafoneUK Free tea. Didn’t realise how much I drank until it’s your own going down. 🤣🤣

  • MiguelGilbert24 Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England

I live in the uk. I pay 30 pounds a month for my phone bill on Vodafone. I'm 23 yo but Vodafone blocks access to website over 18 every month. Now they cant answer because ******* hell to **** with my day was ok to take my money was ok #vodafoneuk

  • MDOG_Manchester Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England

@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.

  • shinyperson Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England

@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

  • JulieIves4 Julie Ives (@JulieIves4) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

    @Andyscott01 @JonJlydiatt @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Couldn’t care less if it happens with every network. With what’s going on it shouldn’t happen

  • UnifiedVale Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England

@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

  • Anggarnett Ang Garnett (@Anggarnett) reported from Poynton, England

After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

  • steveberry62 Steve Berry (@steveberry62) reported from Chapel-en-le-Frith, England

@VodafoneUK You really are an utter shambles. Never again. That is all.

  • CharlySlade . Charlotte☁️ (@CharlySlade) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

  • MiguelGilbert24 Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England

@VodafoneUK is funny that in time of lockdown they just **** with us they don't care about our problems they don't even care about answering our calls they don't care about having a good customer service this s***

  • andyhersh Dr Andy Hershon (@andyhersh) reported from Glossop, England

@VodafoneUK rang re son’s contract. Paid off phone 3 months ago, but of course no one thought of letting us know. Gone SIM only now, but no thanks to your poor Customer Service who seem very pleased to say nothing and take my money @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp

  • MiguelGilbert24 Miguel Gilbert (@MiguelGilbert24) reported from Manchester, England

@Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

  • BallsallGaz Gary Hall (@BallsallGaz) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

I always think about getting fit but I always think I’ve got no time or not enough money. My son said to me yesterday I could go running or exercise in the garden, there’s no excuse really, then I saw #VeryMeRewards offer £1000 to start a new resolution @VodafoneUK. No excuse!!!

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • BookishDM DM 🌍 (@BookishDM) reported

@CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK disappointed Costa in MK told me they don't participate in the #VeryMe offer - refused to even attempt to scan it as a gift card which I normally have no trouble with. (No mention of any exclusions for MK on the Vodafone app).Strange I had to pay instead

  • Gentle_Junky_69 Arturo Adcock (@Gentle_Junky_69) reported

@VodafoneUK The problem is network related. I'm at the company now and many of my friends are having the same problem. Although we are in Turkey, the reason why I am writing to you is that the personnel here do not care about us. TOBI artificial intelligence program also can't solve.

  • sallydust Katie FBSI #YesScots 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@sallydust) reported

@VodafoneUK I need help with my new super duper guaranteed service broadband, it’s constantly dropping out the app is useless, what do I do?

  • mikeeyuk mikeeyuk (@mikeeyuk) reported

@VodafoneUK Hi not sure if you can help but I've been charged for calling a premium rate number from my contact phone but I have call barring to premium numbers set so this couldn't happen. I'm just wondering how this has happened?

  • Koci1981 koceeszor (@Koci1981) reported

@VodafoneUK i promised to myself not to try to be your customer anymore as you give 0% responsibility and let a wannabe customer down when i signed a 2 years contract with you for fibre then you terminated the contract without letting me know and I was waiting for the engineer... 0 TRUST

  • calicopopcorn S N (@calicopopcorn) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks for not answering my question. I wanted to know how much data costs between 25 and 50 GB as you state 'same as at home'. But did you answer that? No, you got defensive about 'fair usage'. Ignoring questions is crap service. As is 25gb for an unlimited user

  • perry9988 Thomas Perry (@perry9988) reported

@loves_cake20 @VodafoneUK Jane, are you able to escalate these DD issues ? How can we put in a formal complaint and ask for a letter of deadlock, as I would like to register a case with CISAS

  • stevewhite61 Steve White (@stevewhite61) reported

@VodafoneUK Why do I keep getting messages saying “Your VVM service has been temporarily disabled by the system”?

  • Jenkins17 Mark Jenkins (@Jenkins17) reported

@VodafoneUK it has now been 7 days since you installed my broadband and it’s still not working. 5 broken promise dates of when it will be live. Do you actually care about your customers? If this is how you treat new customers, how do you treat existing ones? Embarrassing

  • PJPollockVet Patrick J ******* (@PJPollockVet) reported

@VodafoneUK I know you’d love not to have this in the public arena, but I’m afraid that’s not an option. It looks like nearly 30 years as a Vodafone customer is about to be over for me and I’ll be encouraging colleagues and friends to do the same, hellish service
