tyron. (@TyronWebster) reported from Manchester, England
@VodafoneUK has to be the worst network and the WORST customer service. I just want to speak to someone on the telephone not TOBI!
-
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England
@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK I can assure you, a five-year old issue on an improved credit report will not prevent access to service contracts. It impacts people who routinely, currently, regularly take out contracts for TV, mobiles, broadband etc and default on them.

Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England
@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Don't get your broadband with them either. Dial up is more reliable. I went back to them 2 years ago. Wish I never. Good job contracts due up soon
-
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England
@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Furthermore I moved house they couldn't supply new address. They told me that I'd have to go to a store to cancel a service I took out online... Went to store, got told this is a phone shop not bb... Phoned eventually got cancelled. Still tried to charge me disconnect fee
-
Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England
@aj_180 @VodafoneUK Even though terms state free disconnect if they can't supply new house. Apparently another trip to a store who didn't know what to do and eventually refunded. Oh and prime contact... Total shit. Never been able to speak to "mine"

⚽️❤ Kelly kop ❤⚽️ (@kelly_lfc82) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England

Imran Hussain (@Find_Imran) reported from Manchester, England
@VodafoneUK after many years of being a customer I have just had the worst customer service experience of my life. I will be cancelling all 4 services I have with you. #fuming #worstcustomerservice #avoid #phonenetwork

Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England
@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I bought a draytek vdsl router in the end. Expensive, but solved my connection issues out. Their router is a pos. Wan side disconnections was apparently my WiFi in the house according to their technical support, even though they screen shared and saw the logs showing wan drops

Dr Andy Hershon (@andyhersh) reported from Glossop, England
@VodafoneUK rang re son’s contract. Paid off phone 3 months ago, but of course no one thought of letting us know. Gone SIM only now, but no thanks to your poor Customer Service who seem very pleased to say nothing and take my money @MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp
-
Ang Garnett (@Anggarnett) reported from Poynton, England
After 2 days of getting messages from @VodafoneUK promising to sort my account out and take the charge off and get back to me, it’s still on and heard nothing since yesterday afternoon. Poor Customer service

. Charlotte☁️ (@CharlySlade) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England
So whilst other companies are doing all they can to help out whilst myself & millions of others are furloughed & taking paycuts, @VodafoneUK instead text to say that my plan will be increased by 2.5% from April. Thanks alot you snakes 🙂👍🏼

Mark Vale | #Commsverse the #MSTeams conference (@UnifiedVale) reported from Macclesfield, England
@aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

Paul (@pauljbarton) reported from Chinley, England
@OpenreachHelp Fixed on day 3 of no connection by @VodafoneUK (happy now). The fix was taking the cover off the open reach socket and using the test socket inside! Who knew!
-
Tom Sullivan (@TommySull1) reported from Mellor, England
@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards My New Years resolution is to drink a minimum of 3 litres of water per day, which will ultimately entail more bathroom breaks.. meaning more opportunities to skive at work 😅😁😁😁 #WorkingHardOrHardlyWorking

Julie Ives (@JulieIves4) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England
@Andyscott01 @JonJlydiatt @ThreeUK @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Couldn’t care less if it happens with every network. With what’s going on it shouldn’t happen
-
Manchester Dining Offers (@MDOG_Manchester) reported from Manchester, England
@oneladyshow @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Honestly, couldn’t even send this tweet in city centre if I was on O2 Something about a mast being down. For three years. Simple reason is, they don’t have enough coverage here so they lie about it.
-
Max (@shinyperson) reported from Whaley Bridge, England
@NuttyRichie @KevinessW @VodafoneUK You'd also call companies out as irresponsible if they allowed customers to get into financial difficulty by taking out service contracts they couldn't afford. That diligence is them being a responsible creditor.
-
Gary Hall (@BallsallGaz) reported from Ashton-under-Lyne, England
I always think about getting fit but I always think I’ve got no time or not enough money. My son said to me yesterday I could go running or exercise in the garden, there’s no excuse really, then I saw #VeryMeRewards offer £1000 to start a new resolution @VodafoneUK. No excuse!!!
-
Chelle (@Chelle_belle_86) reported from Manchester, England
@VodafoneUK come on! New to your broadband service and it’s been out all day today. Not good enough
-
Steve Berry (@steveberry62) reported from Chapel-en-le-Frith, England
@VodafoneUK You really are an utter shambles. Never again. That is all.

@VodafoneUK just had a call from your customer services team to see if there’s anything they could do to help me stay as a customer. I said I was a @GBNEWS viewer & objected to them removing advertising, they said “ok, we’ll update our records”. So, if you’re serious about (1/2)
-
Paul Towlson (@PaulTowlson) reported
@VodafoneUK please can you clarify. You say you won't advertise on @GBNEWS because they are against woke cancel culture. So you approve of a campaign to cancel GBNews. Do you see the irony & idiocy of your position? Time to ditch my shares in your intellectually bankrupt company?
-
samreer (@imsameer2009) reported
@VodafoneUK My broadband suddenly stopped and custom service said you have to wait for 72 hours so someone come to fix it. can't work from home for 3 to 4 days. would you please help
-
DaroldGherkin (@DaroldGherkin) reported
@VodafoneUK is it true you are pulling advertising from #GBNews due to a few tweets from an intolerant minority? If so please can you send me a link as to how I can cancel my contract with yourselves?
-
Bernie (@netmnp) reported
Just giving some advance notice - if you partucipate in cancel culture, I will cancel my business with you. @VodafoneUK @IKEAUKSupport @Specsavers
-
Richard Neilson (@RichardNeilso15) reported
@VodafoneUK @stopthecoup1 Who the hell do you think you are? You insult me. GB News is an Ofcom Regulated Broadcaster it is not even in your scope. Have any of you woke luvvies even watched it? Your approach is pathetic. I will never buy any product or service from you until you cease to be a censor.
-
Lassiter (@raggedandtanned) reported
@JayneDWales @VodafoneUK If I cancelled my contract with Vodafone, wouldn't that still count as 'cancel culture'?
-
elizabeth scott 🇬🇧🏴 (@suzysasha) reported
@WalkerMarcus @VodafoneUK @GBNEWS Shane on you vodafone! Guess I'll have to cancel my contract when it's due up? Pathetic!
