@virginmedia My approach is simply to contact my service provider who I pay a lot of money to and ask them to sort it. That hasn’t worked.

@virginmedia I understand but I’ve got a masters deadline. What I don’t appreciate is when I call the 0800 number with my Camden postcode it says that there is no problem. And that’s the number 0345 people tell me to call. A week of no internet over a bank holiday is beyond dissapointing

@virginmedia @iamchrisowen Some warning would have been nice, you should have told SW9 customers you intended to remove service this weekend, I could've made other plans for my deadline.

@RosellaDegori @virginmedia Is still out in N16 from 4pm yesterday. When you check status it says OK but I think they are lying. Help is possible to contact in Tuesday 08am, i am getting fed up.

@virginmedia @jwsal Yeah, I’m in Brixton too and there are faults reported in our area. The estimated fix time keeps getting pushed further and further back, and new faults are being flagged. So it’s getting worse, rather than better. Been like this since last night. Very frustrating.

Shame poor @virginmedia call centre agents- must be bombarded now with callers about their service not working. Seems like most of northern London has been disconnected. Good luck engineers. #VirginMedia #Down #NW3 #DialupIsTheNewBlack #TwiddlingThumbs

@virginmedia It was solved 15 mins later, thanks. The service page wasn’t functional yesterday either, so it wasn’t really useful, but thanks for the suggestion. Glad it wasn’t a meteorite on you guys. Cheers!

@virginmedia My virgin internet down completely since Friday and was told on the phone that it won’t be back till the 9th May! Yet when I check your website it sometimes says there are no problems. Obviously there are. You should be honest and report each area and give reasonable fix times.

Great. Bank holiday binge watch plan ruined by @virginmedia being down in SW8 AGAIN. Might be finally time to move from them. Speedy broadband isn’t speedy broadband when it doesn’t bloody work.

@virginmedia I cancelled months ago, returned the kit and had confirmation it had been rec’d. No way would a company keep charging for a service when a contact is cancelled and given an end date?

@virginhelp @virginmedia I need some way to resolve this, and can’t be the only one stuck in this situation. I can provide birth certificates, passports, etc, etc. Your support staff want 3 letters of a password nobody knows.

@virginmedia The last time we checked there appeared to be no problems in area. We have checked several times and when we called Virgin they too said line rings engaged. We have gone round in circles. We are not engineers but have done all we can at this end by having to buy a new phone.

@virginmedia So for the sake of £7 a month you're prepared to let a customer of more than 25 years leave. Fair enough.
