    @virginmedia so you hike our prices up and then the Internet has been awful today. Left home at 6am, just got home and still the same issue. Our landline relies on Internet and so does my 83 year old mother who uses it. Remind me what I am paying for???

    @virginmedia My husband has called because he is the account holder and has a Virgin phone. Virgin apparently will call tonight/tomorrow morning. However, my feeling now is that your service will work for a time and then will go bad, there is a pattern.

    @virginmedia Hello. Made a formal complaint on 6.2.21. No reply after 28 days. Rang on 7.3.21, promised a call from a manager within 48hrs. 7 days later no contact. No faith in Virgin media. Need to sort out contract soon. Virgin keen to take money but that's it.

    @virginmedia I want a full refund on the wifi we have been ‘using’ since August. We have had MULTIPLE calls saying that it had been fixed but it continues to completely cut out multiple times a day. This has been happening SINCE AUGUST. YOU HAVE TRIED TO FIX IT MULTIPLE TIMES AND STILL NOTHIN
