I have been in touch plenty of times about the horrendous signal problems but what do I expect from a tariff that I think still runs on two paper cups & some string.     @ThreeUKSupport locked out of mythree 95% of the time, through lenghty attempts months ago i tried to speak to someone to get my addon removed before i got charged the next month. by some miracle managed to get into mythree and cancel it. now im in again & see still being charged

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, very kindly refund the money taken from my account for the rubbish service provided and allow me to switch to a better broadband service provider. @ThreeUK My house Internet is currently down and I'm having to use my mobile data, kindly fix up. Service is slow

    @ThreeUK when I call a landline from either my phone, my husbands phone or my dads phone the person on the other end can’t hear us. Have tried multiple landlines too. Mobile to mobile is ok. We’re all on three so must be a network fault your end? Can you fix it ASAP
