    @ThreeUKSupport How can i get my password for wuntu app. When you put forgot password i get the email then the link says open the app but no link to open it. So i open the app myself but it just goes through the same cycle. Help me please

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport I will keep you updated. Had this problem on and off In Lincoln for years. Always good when I take out a new contract but that only lasts a few weeks

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

    @ThreeUKSupport hiya. We've waited until 6pm and still no sign of the number porting over? Super annoying as we assumed choosing today when putting dates in when ordering the SIM it would mean the number would be transferred today? any help would be appreciated, thanks!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have Three 5G Broadband and was told when I signed up that the service could be adjusted when I moved a few months later if the 5G wasn't available in my area. I moved within the same council area in London and 5G is not available and there is not time frame for availability.

    @ThreeUKSupport To be told I can't get any support bc I signed up online isn't true. The I was told a support manager didn't exist before being told one didn't exist and I would be called before 7pm at the latest and no call.

    @ThreeUKSupport Apparently sum1 has been in touch with him & admitted it's 3's fault not his. So 2 yrs of it affecting his credit rating & all he gets is an "ooops my bad".

    @ThreeUKSupport That's not what the Three salesperson said when I signed up. It is incredibly unfair to charge a customer for a service they can't receive when they didn't even move out of the council. This is the second time I've had Three salespeople offer something to get me to sign up...

    @ThreeUK Feels like im 13 years in the past trying to buffer a film again. Your network is dead. Absolutely dead network with hardly any coverage. Never know a company where its net dont work until i went with three
