    @ThreeUKSupport trying to get someone to speak to me re upgrade I discussed yesterday. Your 333 number says no one available, a d no one is responding in Live Chat. Not very good customer service. Can you please get someone to get on Live Chat at the very least. Thank you.

    @ThreeUK just wasted half an hour on hold trying to cancel a very straight forward contract. Advised I didn’t want to upgrade but put on hold for 20+ mins anyway then cut off! Just cancel it

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I wanted to change on to the £16 per month unlimited everything deal, but I was told it's not possible, so I need to take out a new contract with @ThreeUK, use my PAC to change to a new network, then change again back to Three. I might as well not bother and go elsewhere!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport checking my Experian credit and see there is a default with money outstanding to 3. I haven't been a customer for 4 years and when I was all 1p outstanding balance was settled and my puk code given. Someone has used my details to get a phone.

    @JurgensTeeth @thedavidpage @ThreeUK I've been told via a chat on the app, for my area seven days to be completed, I won't hold my breath! That information wasn't to forthcoming, they seem to be trying to blame your phone or apps rather than the problem being theirs.

    @ThreeUKSupport I just said we were unaware of this account and we do not recall taking this sim out. When we contacted three regarding this issue. They said the sim has not been in use since January 2020. They gave us this information

    @ThreeUK your customer Sevices are an absolute joke. I have tried to contact them 6 times and been cut off at varying lengths of time throughout the call. Repeating myself several times in the process. Never called back. Really annoying

    @ThreeUKSupport I have connection issues with my phone (unless using wifi) any time I call the customer services I just get passed to the next team member, was in the process of logging a complaint and got hung up on. The services I've received since upgrading has been shocking.
