@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m absolutely livid with my experience so far, after 1 day I’m already ready to leave. You have sent me a phone that does not accept your own sim. Not able to call you as I don’t have a working sim, and no chat available to help!!

@ThreeUK I am extremely disappointed with the Three customer service and app. I have been trying for two hours to cancel a contract on a Three Huawei mobile internet dongle. Not only does the app and website take you round in circles and try to get you into a new contract. 1/3

If I have to be on this phone call with @ThreeUK any longer I am going to EXPLODE. This is the worst of all experiences. Can't phone companies just for Christmas stop being absolute pits of despair? 😱

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are an absolute shambles of a company!!!! Took over £1000 off me within a month even though they told me the problem was fraud and then suspend my account because I haven’t paid my bill?? YOU OWE ME MONEY!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport They have no record of her email or phone call or her going into 3 shop at all. To cancel her contract. Yet I was on the phone to them for over 30 mins aswelThey make it up as they go along to stop people leaving 3 and making more money for a phone service which is non existent.
