    @ThreeUKSupport I've had huge problems over the last week. All I wanted was to change to sim only and keep my number. Many things have happened including my contract becoming pay as you go totally unnecessarily and now my sim card has stopped working. Please contact me ASAP!!

    @EE Brilliant customer service (and accent)from Courtney H. based in Newcastle customer services. Just switched over after years over 10 years on @ThreeUK (sorry guys there's just hardly any signal in Neath/Swansea region where EE is full bar). Amazing deal with @bluelightcard

    @ThreeUK this is the worst network in the world rip off send wrong items out and charge you when they said their not rude never let you speak know their at fault but still waiting for the 5g router to be sent to pick this 4g one they sent out wrong and no connection RIP OFF

    @ThreeUKSupport My 3G coverage is rubbish. My 4g doesn't load anything. Isolated to my home town. Anywhere else is fine. 8 MONTHS! Think you need to fix this. Don't pay money for a service I can't use properly at home. Great way to treat valued customers.
