    @ThreeUKSupport It is now over a week since the incident and apart from receiving a bill for early termination yet you knew he didn't ask for the PAC code we have had no correspondence from 3 we are going to the press on this and you better have answers for them as we are contacting your CEO

    @ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

    @ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

    @ThreeUKSupport So basically I need add on’s as I’m Dubai . Hasn’t been working for weeks . Finally started workin a few days ago I bought 2 over 2 days now won’t let me buy saying transaction failed. Spoke to customer service they put limit on to £100 so I can buy them again n sent link

    @ThreeUKSupport Before this issue I was recommending your service to my friends and family now I’m not so sure how you can leave customers with no service for 2 days is ridiculous Speedtest on my PC says 0.40mbps dial up was faster for Christ sake!!!!

    @davidchalliday @ThreeUK Hi David. I've been a customer with Three since 2008-ish. If you are still within your timeframe for leaving Three without having to pay an early termination fee, I would encourage you to save yourself from this garbage company ASAP

    Can’t get on my sites yet again due to @ThreeUK after repeatedly having to contact u all the time . Absolute joke now . Someone best contact me I was on chat for 45 min today yet not sorted after ur customer service saying it was!!!

    @ThreeUK you tell me you’re increasing my bill by 25%, so I move to another network. Now you’re offering double data and a 30% price reduction to change my mind? Too late. Treat existing customers fairly and you’ll lose fewer of them.

    @kobbles15 @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kaitlin! I had similar issues with Three. Left after 2 and a half years of the same nonsense. If I were you, I'd go for it and move to a new company with better prices and better network! Good luck x

    @ThreeUK I’ve been trying and failing to cancel my contract for 4 months. Going round in circles with proofs team, finance team, customer service team. Just got hung up on AGAIN? And I’m consistently told to just “go into store” when they’re all closed! Can someone help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Was given unlimited data via @educationgovuk to support my children's home learning but got a message saying I'd reached the limit. Contact you via chat - got cut off after 40 minutes. Was then told we'd need to upgrade to sort the problem. What's going on??
