@ThreeUKSupport we have little or no service in our area for weeks. According to your Network checker I have ‘Excellent’ service. Your help desk said the service was ‘not as good as it should be’….and suggested using WiFi calling-no good if I’m away from my house!

@ThreeUKSupport In the house on WiFi. Three signal drops altogether and both mine and hubby’s phone goes to WiFi calls only. Get a full signal outside of house, slightly better upstairs and only one bar downstairs. Some calls and breaking up/electronic sound. Always had full bars.

@ThreeUKSupport the service is garbage again, 3rd time in as many weeks there is a problem being work on a mast. Service has been terrible all month. Not what I pay for— is it time to go with someone else? I’m not paying for this garbage every month.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve been on that web chat every day since Thursday when I should have received the documents on Wednesday. I’ve been out through to customer relations on there twice and still nothing. I don’t know how going back on there will do anything different.
