Time to change my sim deal and I have to say @VodafoneUK you have had me as a valued customer for years but are nowhere near matching what @ThreeUK have offered! A tenner a month for unlimited everything! #HelloThree

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@Nathan_McMillan @ThreeUK @intuMetrocentre Yep... I feel a bit bad as I said to John that the plug in WiFi router from 3 might be the easiest thing he'd need...then for he to go through all that stress, having to see his doctor makes me feel guilty especially when he was trying to cheer me up when I was nearly killed.

  • aspi80
Andrew Pinkney (@aspi80) reported from Sacriston, England

@ThreeUK I’ve been looking at the mobile hubs does the 5g support 4g ? Just to future proof my potential purchase.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport That's what I've had to do...i don't want no nonsense once I take over or I will hang up and take the @Ofcom route. I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

  • H34rtstopper_
HeartStopperFan (@H34rtstopper_) reported from Longbenton, England

@ThreeUKSupport is there a mobile internet issue in NE12 today, having trouble calling and getting only 3G connection

  • yorkie_pudding
T!m (@yorkie_pudding) reported from Durham, England

Hey @ThreeUKSupport - what’s happened to your Signal in #Durham over the last couple of months. It has bombed. Shocking signal. 4G basically does nothing. Have to rely on Wi-Fi in businesses. Can you look into it? (Not a phone issue)

  • andrewkane80
Andy Kane (@andrewkane80) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Jesus wept, I can't even cancel the contract as you are currently trying to figure out, again, why the first order didn't work. Hopeless

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Chopwell, England

@ThreeUKSupport I couldnt do it... My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I don't have the time to sort more problems out as I have problems of my own with just moving property.

  • 19bootsy68
Bootsy (@19bootsy68) reported from Dunston, England

@ThreeUKSupport If we do.. I don't expect whoever we speak to to go and and on...i want John to have the right to cancel as soon as he requests to cancel. I phone him twice a day to make sure he is ok...he is the closest thing to me after my mother, my children and my sister.

  • basherdrummer
Barry B. (@basherdrummer) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@ThreeUKSupport do you support the cellular Apple Watch yet? If not will you be?

  • basherdrummer

@SteveBlythe @ThreeUKSupport They couldn’t even be arsed replying! @ThreeUK must be the worst network for data speed, my days are numbered with them.....

@_TeknoViking_ @ThreeUK I was worried! But happy now! I live in an awkward place with bad street access for traditional, its a faff, and the cheapest plan is like £25pm for 100Mbps

  • deligatedgeek
    mark (@deligatedgeek) reported

I ask @ThreeUK about failing over to @VodafoneUK as they advertise and they said it will take years for this to happen. They advised me to get a PAC and go to another supplier. @Ofcom are three obliged to fix faults of their own network?

  • jamesma34307397
james marshall (@jamesma34307397) reported from Spalding, England

Is there any issues with your network? @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport as 4G hasn't been working properly since yesterday

  • chrisbignell
    Chris Bignell (@chrisbignell) reported

Three (@ThreeUK) absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Just cut me off on business chat, previously useless in store and online. Constantly promised calls that do not materialize. Absolute joke...

  • rizwanalihaidr
    Rizwan Ali (@rizwanalihaidr) reported

@ThreeUKSupport and I’ve now been told £176 will be taken this month. I have spent the last 2–3 weeks repeatedly contacting customer service, but no one has provided a clear explanation or resolved the issue. My time has been wasted, and the lack of accountability is extremely

  • KarlAustin
    Karl Austin (@KarlAustin) reported

What is going on @VodafoneUK ? Ever since you bought @ThreeUK your network has been awful. An Edge signal in the middle of @LoveMeadowhall ?!! Frequent zero throughput, degraded signal strength *everywhere*. It's like going back in time 20 years!

  • aligaines1410
    Ali Gaines (@aligaines1410) reported

Once again @ThreeUK network is down. Every month this is happening. I asked to swap to normal from mobile broadband but was told I'd have to pay to get out of my contract but surely the amount of time your network is down you would offer to swap me for free!

  • sara_endipidy
    Sara-endipidy🇪🇺 #FBPE (@sara_endipidy) reported

Hi @ThreeUK How do I provide feedback on a particularly unhelpful member of your help desk? They took an hour refusing to provide an update on a number that I had added to my account, refused to transfer me to their manager, then magically was able to solve the problem after all.

  • Orland_Sundri
    orland_sundri (@Orland_Sundri) reported

@ThreeUK according to @CommunityFibre the problem of my iPhone 15 having problems with wifi calling being unreliable is a problem on your side. can you confirm what you are doing to resolve the issue?
