I think to make it even easier is that there is an attachment on John's file that there is only one thing we need and that is cancellation of the contract.

The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

You are a disgrace...after phoning India for my elderly Godfather to cancel the 18 month plug in 4g wifi that could hit any speeds we were past from pillow to post by India call centre workers. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again
