    @s_whitham @ThreeUK @educationgovuk I get the best signal on Three Mobile when other people I know get a crap signal. You might want to do some simple research on signal strength were you use it most before committing to another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK just to let you guys know. Been told I still can't cancel my contract as you have to raise an issue again about first order (for 3rd time) which will take another 48hrs. Appalling service. Can't wait to cancel my second account

    @ThreeUK @Ofcom Waited over 4 hours yesterday. Disconnected 4 times. 1 hour 15 mins waiting inline today and as i got to position 1.....yup disconnected. Shocking service and held hostage.

    @ThreeUKSupport No its still not sorted.... despite seeing proof of age etc at the time in your shop where they asked me to go, when i got there your systems were down so it wasnt sorted. You wont sort it till i do another 40 mile round trip to the nearest shop yet again

    My @ThreeUK contract ends at the end of this month. Got an email the day before they announced they’re dropping their free roaming trying to convince me to renew. No thanks. I’m off to @giffgaff. I don’t give my custom to companies that fail to keep their word.

    @ThreeUKSupport What I find hilarious if the fact the problem was pointed out to your company 4 days ago yet you still haven’t been able to do something that should be as simple as a press of a button ... I’m not asking for a kidney transplant... just transfer a number to a new contract!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had no access to my account or number. Customer service gives me different stories each times I call. I have gone around in circles trying to get my number back. The number was moved to Vodafone. It’s live now. The fraud is called Sim Scamming.

    @ThreeUK I can't log in to the my3 app, or on the browser, the phone number log in box is greyed out, even on a different device. The my3 app has always been awful. Please rectify this

    @O2 And for the record my patience and understanding is no more. I have been a customer of O2 since you were BT cellnet (over 20 years). I am very very close to calling it a day over this fiasco. Maybe @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK can offer me a better deal or at least customer care!

    So nearly a week after @ThreeUK ported out my sim to a scammer (a day after I contacted them, telling them it was a scam and telling them not to) - I still don’t have any phone service even though I was told I’d get my number back within 48 hours.

    @ThreeUK two new contracts, only one bar of signal & 3G only indoors & outside. Cust Service checked & poor signal here. Asked if I could cancel but will be charged £170! A week I’ve been waiting for someone from ‘tech team’ to call me as advised they can improve my data signal?
