The Indian advised my Godfather he should claim the 2 month payments for the service he never had back from his bank...or credit someone else's 3 account for John to get the fefund from them.

My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. He signed a 18 month contract with @ThreeUK 5th December.. he has no speed at all from his plug in 4g router...we tried getting help. The manager from the 3 shop he advised to phone and cancel. 1/2
