Your Indian call centre workers were not at all helpful passing us from pillow to post.. they actually made things worse @ThreeUKSupport links they sent never worked. It's been a total shambolic joke. #threeuk

My Godfather is in his 70s..technically he doesn't understand a thing and will be absolutely impossible for him to understand anything said over the phone. I was in such a state of shock I couldn't even lose my temper with the kid on the bike i basically got to my feet and hurried home. I've never slept properly or ate.
