    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport No I have been a full contract customer for 10 years it appears the procedure for changing department and keeping numbers was not explained by your sales people. And who is managing these moves that errors like this can even happen?
