    @ThreeUKSupport I did, I rang both of you, my boss himself gave details of his account passwords and you still weren’t having it because you call centres in Mumbai don’t understand CONSUMER LAW as you don’t, hence why I would NEVER recommend your company

    @ThreeUKSupport OMG, and this is why I would never ever become a Three customer, please please please read CONSUMER LAW FFS, my boss didn’t PURCHASE the handset from @Apple, it’s not and @Apple issue, it’s A FECKING THREE ISSUE,

    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

    @SarahLBelle_ Been with @ThreeUK for almost 8 years and had my wife’s phone with them for 5 never looked back! #Amazing customer service and 4G signal almost everywhere in the UK! Very rarely drops to 3G and never not been able to use my phone to make calls!! More than I can say for all others

    When you pay for @ThreeUK data passport but get stung with an additional £207 of charges anyway. And then you’re asked to wait 48 hours to see if they might be able to waiver the charges you never should have got. Wonderful welcome home.... cheers @threeuk

    @ThreeUKSupport I've explained what happened. I cancelled an upgrade, so I didn't pick the phone that came with it like 3 told me, and cause the phone hasn't appear (not my fault) you applied the cancellation fee (WTF I CANCELLED it within a day) and want me to pay almost 600£. Outrageous.

    @ThreeUK possibly the worst customer service. Three separate phone calls and over an hour... just to cancel my £9p/m contract. Despite explaining I’m moving abroad... still try to sell sell sell! My husband had an identical experience 🙄🙄

    @ThreeUKSupport It's mostly when I'm on the go. Trains, coaches, generally around London, in buildings. I understand signal can't be great everywhere but it's usually the places there is limited to no WiFi access. I don't have another phone to test it in I'm afraid!
