    @ThreeUK emailed today to say a price increase, link to new options, matched price as of today for double the GB. Selected and it went up. Spoke to Darren at 3 and got it for lower than today. @CelticFC fans not all that bad, spoke @kierantierney1 he said he might 😭 👍🏼👍🏼

    @ThreeUKSupport OMG, and this is why I would never ever become a Three customer, please please please read CONSUMER LAW FFS, my boss didn’t PURCHASE the handset from @Apple, it’s not and @Apple issue, it’s A FECKING THREE ISSUE,

    @ThreeUKSupport I did, I rang both of you, my boss himself gave details of his account passwords and you still weren’t having it because you call centres in Mumbai don’t understand CONSUMER LAW as you don’t, hence why I would NEVER recommend your company

    @ThreeUKSupport If I had bought the handset through Apple then yes it’s their problem even it the network was you but the handset wasn’t bought from Apple, it was bought from you, Jesus

    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @ThreeUKSupport le1 1re, but I had the same issues 50 miles away from here yesterday too. Live chat said there were issues in the area due to upgrades, but I have friends on the network in the same building with same device - no issues for them

    @ThreeUKSupport I did request it but the outsourced call centre would rather ignore it and carry on regardless. Unable to make a complaint due to the total lack of empathy for the situation any request other than billing was ignored.

    Spent 2 hours on calls to the useless @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport to cancel an old broadband account. 5 calls later to India and they hang up or apparently lose signal! I just want to flipping cancel it and can’t do it online. #AbsoluteJoke

    @ThreeUKSupport As a backup, yes. I've used mine to email my boss to tell him that my wired internet connection is down. But whilst that is obviously of considerable value it's hardly heavy usage, it hasn't worn out the phone, and I don't in consequence need a replacement!
