Phone shows full bars with a 5G signal, yet no mobile data. Call call someone fine, just an issue with data. Any known issues?

Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

Iain (@Skiddles1985) reported from Leicestershire, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, I’ve restarted my phone, turned mobile data off for 5 mins and turned it back on, tried 4G, I’ve even disconnected from the 3 network and rejoined, still no luck. I’m tethering off a friends phone currently so I would like to get this fixed ASAP as I’m using his data!

Call handler told me "working on mast in my area". Service checker says no problems. To make it even worse, my mobile phone has run out of data allowance because of it.
