    @benwood @ThreeUK @kestermann @shauncollins I had some real struggles getting any network coverage on @ThreeUK for a couple of days. Very hard to get anything done all weekend.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK absolutely the most frustrating level of customer service.Clearly no customer care. Your policy not deal with matters properly in store is a shame.I have a phone that won't work a contract for ยฃ34 a month for two years and three won't step up and reassure

    @ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

    @ThreeUKSupport I have visited the store twice this morning, been on to Samsung who say there is an issue. The local store assistant put me through to your returns department who told me he couldn't help.. I have provided ID 4 times today to various people. Please have a senior person call me

    @ThreeUKSupport The reason for the #complaint @Ofcom is that I canโ€™t get the app to work and navigating your phone system has proved impossible ! I shall now be formalising my complaint. This really is ridiculous and frustrating. You are making it impossible for me to manage my accounts!

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???

    I've been using @ThreeUK for a long time and was usually happy with it, but for the last two days the internet has been incredibly bad... It's almost completely unresponsive. It's really disappointing that it's this bad in London. @ThreeUKSupport

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport , This is now a formal complaint. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the service Iโ€™ve received recently is completely unacceptable. I am being significantly overcharged. my bill should be ยฃ15 + ยฃ28 for broadband, yet ยฃ104 was taken last month
