    @FriendlyBrigand @ThreeUK #DavidAbel's contract didn't cover him in Japan - Three don't provide coverage to Japan. So, Abel demanded Three had a duty to provide him with an instant service not available to any other customer. Seems entirely reasonable... for a moany, entitled, media ***** gammon.

    Thanks @ThreeUK; Yet another company only paying lip service to the Armed Forces Covenant, but not actually supporting service members. Will be recommending people avoid your service.

    @ThreeUK Bury St Edmunds & Newmarket stores are a shambles... Had me running between stores to pick up an iPhone Pro for them to then ‘realise’ they haven’t any in stock 🤔 Terrible service. I wouldn’t recommend using either of their stores if you want to purchase a phone 😤

    .@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the 1st iPhone introduced visual voicemail back in 2007. it’s now 2021, umpteen iPhone versions later and Three *still* don’t support it 😭 any plans yet?

    @ThreeUKSupport Absolutely reported it as a crime.. Phone's still as useless as a chocolate teapot, and I'm still out of pocket and out of service with no device. Surely something has to be in place to stop this behaviour.

    @ThreeUKSupport I cant login to my3 as I dont have a password - reset password doesnt send an email it sends a txt which doesnt come through as the sim is for an ipad. Ive spent many hours trying to phone for help I cant bear phone again - chat not working and no email option ??

    @ThreeUKSupport been a customer for years and almost every single time i try and log into apps or the 3 site i get an error, i have not been able to log in for ages. Dont understand why this happens, just want to revise my plan online :/

    @ThreeUK I notice that your 4G router doesn't support VOIP via CAT 5, is that a router issue or a network one ?

    @ThreeUKSupport getting a message for all number I call via 4g and wifi "You can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service." Any advice?
