@ThreeUKSupport hi I made the mistake of buying an amazon alexa which would not connect. The support line at amazon said there's a known issue with 3 network connectivity. Can you confirm this please? Also if this is the case why is this not communicated to your customers?

@ThreeUKSupport I was just on Live Chat with a Three rep who told me Three have placed no restrictions on my account and I had to talk to my network here. I said I definitely think the restriction was made by Three - I can't even receive texts from my bank or get any signal. Now all your 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport No problem I’m switching to a better provider at 1/10th the cost when the pandemic is over with better top up and support infrastructure in place @1pMobile I think they are the way forward. Keep my £20 and put it to improving your customer service instead of ripping them off

@ThreeUKSupport Good service in the circumstances to send a text your sim is approaching 180 days or email the account I mean in the last 8 years you sent me enough other junk mail but you’d rather steal the £20 plus. So you have lost a long time customer and you need to improve your customerser

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve had it for less than a year. I discovered it a few minutes ago when I tried to cancel and it said I had to pay over £300 first before I can cancel! I’ve always dealt with advisors via live chat as it’s easier with a screaming toddler in the background
