    @ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport again ongoing poor service from Three. Advised to web chat to sort out vulnerable client’s account, then advised to go to a local store. All the store can do is phone upgrades so turned away. Store advice - formally complain against own company to resolve

    @ThreeUKSupport it won't go past the imei number, i get the eternal circle of doom - the number is correctly entered etc - just won't load past. was told last week it is a website issue!
