    @ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

    @ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have two accounts with you ipad/ iPhone I would like to know why I have been charged almost double this month on my iPad bill? IF I had gone over my allowance then why wasn’t I notified? I’ve tried customer service 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Before buying a Samsung 4G smartwatch I checked with Three that it was supported. I called again to order an eSIM for that watch. But on trying it I found Three don't support the watch. Your technical support had no idea which watches are supported. Do you?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve tried customer service but they keep giving me the account number for my phone contract so I can’t actually ever see my iPad bill and remaining allowance.. Bit unfair isn’t it? Should be notified before a bill keeps getting racked up! Not happy! 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport They said can't cancel until phone returned but they'd send an envelope pack out. Still waiting despite chasing it numerous times. I've complained through the form on the website and received a response which both doesn't make sense nor offers me a solution.

    @ThreeUKSupport Not had a decent 4g signal since October 2019 and been through this a few times where I got fed the usual lies, just ticking away the months now then I’m gone.
