Alan Bridger (@Alan_Bridger) reported from Frinton-on-Sea, England@ThreeUKSupport Scott, Unable to join you on chat as I’m at work during your chat room opening hours and as I previously said I’ve no internet coverage in those postcode areas that I work in so couldn’t join in on a chat anyway. There’s one simple solution. FIX THE PROBLEM!!! 😡
-
Amanda (@Ladysherb) reported from Alresford, England@ThreeUKSupport a new phone was supposed to be delivered today. DPD say 3 requested it back. Live chat says call, call centre says closed and use live chat. Can someone help please
-
Gary bloom (@garybloom67) reported from Harwich, England@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with the network I’m unable to receive phone calls

Gary bloom (@garybloom67) reported from Harwich, England@ThreeUK is there a problem with the network I’m unable to receive call
-
Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England@THT1878 @ThreeUK Customer Service is crap with them, seems they don't really care as they know their tariffs will keep customers...imagine if they actually had good customer service, they'd dominate the mobile phone market...really bizarre attitude!!!
-
Alan Bridger (@Alan_Bridger) reported from Frinton-on-Sea, England@ThreeUK I only tweeted you about this issue 2 weeks ago and yet the same problem is happening once again. I’ve no internet coverage in the CO13 9QB area or the CO14 8NR area. This is beyond a joke now! At this rate I’ll be looking elsewhere for my mobile phone service
-
Alan Bridger (@Alan_Bridger) reported from Frinton-on-Sea, EnglandIf it wasn’t so expensive to cancel my contract that I’ve got with @ThreeUK then I’d be cancelling in a heartbeat. AWFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Going into a chat room to talk about it won’t fix the technical fault that you yourselves highlighted 2 weeks ago but fixing the fault will
-
Gareth Bingham (@woodbridgemonk) reported from Felixstowe, England@THT1878 @ThreeUK Been with them for about 15yrs...the deals are just so much better than anywhere else, but I have had to run down contracts, cancel then go back as they wouldn't offer me a renewal rate that a new customer could get!!! #mindboggling 🙈
-
Kirsty : Polkabops (@SherbetKirsty) reported from Great Bromley, England@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!
-
Malcolm Duke (@malcolmduke5) reported from Jaywick, England@ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

TheYellingKitty. (@TheYellingKitty) reported@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK what’s going on in the HU1 area with your network because it’s ****** been over 12 hours now I better be getting some kind of compensation for this
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
micro manager. (@MicroManager45) reported@ThreeUK can you conform network issues, I have no phone, no broadband..
-
Richard Adams (@richardwadams) reported@paullewismoney It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My best example was @ThreeUKSupport. I had to print out a form and post it to them. A telecommunications company. It beggared belief. They of course denied ever receiving it.
-
jamesshawvideo (@jamesshawvideo) reportedHey @ThreeUK - why is your mobile home broadband so consistent awful? I’ll be removing my direct debit and sending your hub back the shop. You cannot charge people for such a poor service.
-
Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reported@ThreeUKSupport why do you make it so difficult to do anything online?? Sorting out my upgrade, having been a contract customer for nearly 22 years and it kept going wrong. So I spoke to someone on chat and seemed all good until the chat disappeared on me
-
Dave Ball (@dazbel74) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I bought a £10 SIM card from @asda that comes with 40GB data and unlimited calls and texts for the first month. SIM was activated but no data or calls. Chatted online with a Three agent and apparently it's not a Three issue, it's an ASDA issue. How?
-
enter shakira𓅮 (@BARFJAMiN) reportedcongrats to @threeuk for finally working out how to send an emergency alert, ten minutes after every other network, then sending it again two minutes later to be sure. it’s a start, lads. might be funny to hear of nuclear apocalypse ten minutes after i’ve already been vaporised
-
cleopatra Iv (@Brenda32074319) reported@ThreeUK morning is there a problem with the network in the M35 area of Manchester I’ve done all I can this end to try and reset it
