    @ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

    @ThreeUKSupport LTE is slow 3G is a bit better and it’s only mobile internet and I have done all the tricks are restarting.

    @ThreeUKSupport Started in October soon after the firmware update. Yes I did collect and no I haven't had any advice on how to fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Confirmed again and he passed me to cancellations who say it’s around £70 to cancel. Even after copying and pasting the previous agents messages it’s completely ignored and blanked. Not impressed especially when it’s not my error and an error/mistake by several of your team

    I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for the past five years and have generally been happy with the level of service provided but having had to deal with their call centre over the past few days I can safely say their customer service is really poor 🤯🤬

    @ThreeUK Hi there wondering if you can help me. I’m in Tenerife on holiday from the UK and my phone won’t work can only use it when on wi fi.. if used my phone abroad on numerous occasions so don’t understand it … any chance somebody could get back to me ? Regards John ..

    @ThreeUK why is my mobile streaming so poor of recent??? Not good enough, especially as I pay £43 pcm for unlimited data as this is my main Internet connection!

    @ThreeUK After contacting Three for billing error, I've been bombarded with spam calls. They started an hour after initial call, when I was expecting a call back - & have continued for 3 months. Never had them before, all seems a bit strange, looks like somebody on inside is passing info.
