@ThreeUKSupport I’d be grateful if you could Charley. We have been sent a very large bill for a line that we were told had been cancelled. We’ve had a catalogue of problems & in October the whole issue was escalated to a manager who cancelled everything as a good will gesture, I don’t get it!

@ThreeUKSupport Via Wetransfer. Waiting for emails whilst we wait for a connection. We want a refund and to be able to cancel our contract as we have not received the service that was promised to us. Their response - we are having network outages, engineers are working on it, you still ….

That's it. This is my last month with @ThreeUK. I'm sat on the East Coast rail line & I only get an intermittent H+ signal most of the time. My work phone, on #O2 is a strong & constant 4G. Sick of this lack of investment in a service I pay for. That & prices rising. Its bye bye!

@ThreeUK Please can you provide a proper email address for me to write a complaint? You have charged me £21 for the last three months when it's supposed to be £6. I have tried multiple times to get this resolved and I don't want to use chat or waste time on the phone.
