    @ThreeUK so my wife upgraded but you sold her a new contract instead. take 2 payments each month and so far have refused to cancel the new contract and a have a debt co calling her, no words but your assistance to sort this has been disgusting.

    Dear @ThreeUK, your customer support people on the phone must stop asking account passwords to users as proof of ownership to get some help. It’s unethical and I guess also against the law.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope! My services ended on 28 Oct. I was promised the letter on three separate occasions going back to over 3 weeks ago now. In another weeks time, I can raise it to the Ombudsman anyway as the complaint began on 28 Sep. I'd rather have the letter and do it that way.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.
