  • stefmattana Stef Mattana (@stefmattana) reported from Reading, England

@ThreeUKSupport That was asked on live chat where I headed once I ended the phone call. Not sure if it was a language barrier issue with your staff but happened twice on the phone. Be careful, @ThreeUK, that was very worrisome for me 🚨

  • stefmattana Stef Mattana (@stefmattana) reported from Reading, England

Dear @ThreeUK, your customer support people on the phone must stop asking account passwords to users as proof of ownership to get some help. It’s unethical and I guess also against the law.

  • robmckenzieuk Rob (@robmckenzieuk) reported from Woodley, England

@ThreeUKSupport could somebody please help me out here.

  • CheyneMay Cheyne.X (@CheyneMay) reported from Reading, England

@ThreeUKSupport Got passed to about 3 different people all who told me a different thing and then got told the system was down and they couldn’t help! So no it hasn’t been sorted 😫

  • nurburggibbo Steven 🇬🇧 (@nurburggibbo) reported from Theale, England

    Surprise surprise Vodafone haven’t acknowledged my formal complaint...in the 48 hours 😔 @ThreeUK here I come 😎

  • JustinList Justin List (@JustinList) reported from Twyford, England

@ThreeUKSupport can’t access voicemail either via 123 or direct number yet I have a signal and can make calls ?

  • chumleywalker Stephen Walker (@chumleywalker) reported from Goring, England

Hey @ThreeUK your aggressive (but stupid) debt collectors (Lowell) have issued court proceedings against me despite me sharing obvious proof that I am the wrong person. Your customer service rep said she couldn’t do anything about it....?!

  • bertrum Neil B (@bertrum) reported from Reading, England

@ThreeUKSupport Do you have any network issues in Reading? Getting no signal at all near M4 Jcn11. Affecting multiple colleagues so not just my phone.

  • bertrum Neil B (@bertrum) reported from Reading, England

  • JoeHolgate6 Joe (@JoeHolgate6) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The model is the IPhone XR, I’ll try restarting the phone but I’ve already tried that a few times. Before I got that text it was perfect but since then it has been either so slow you can’t use it properly or not working at all

  • DougieDM Douglas Maitland (@DougieDM) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Day 5 with no mobile data despite full signal, and despite moving across the South East of England and into London. And yes I have spoken to your support. "5G upgrade issues". Now looking at switching provider.

  • fedgebaby graeme thelwellⓂ️ (@fedgebaby) reported

@lawrance_beccy @ThreeUK Awful company. I’ve had murder with them this week ....and got absolutely nowhere. The “try turning your phone off and on again” line finished me off tho. Worst service provider ever.

  • skedone skedone (@skedone) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah I understand how updates work my question is why every other network has the update but yours, when are updates gonna stop being delayed because of your content editions

  • AmyAliceEliz Amyy Alicee 🦄 (@AmyAliceEliz) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK starting to wish I’d stayed with @EE as your internet service is shocking!

  • Markic78 Mark (@Markic78) reported

    @hellotashablog @ThreeUK Awful don’t bother.

  • AAkwasi17 Albert siriboe (@AAkwasi17) reported

@ThreeUK I am not a happy bunny at all I've had a tablet on three since last year £29 a month 40 gig of data not bad but every month I've been seeing £35 come out of my bank account so I said it was just check it I have been charged £3 every month for a text message that I receiv

  • biglyy ben (@biglyy) reported

@AlexRichardsWeb @ThreeUK @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I had voxi before, speeds were consistently 50+mbps download vs up to 5mbps on 3. I only switched to 3 as I needed unltd data. Voxi is based off of the Vodafone network so I'll either go with voda or voxi for my next contract.

  • AlexRichardsWeb Alex Richards (@AlexRichardsWeb) reported

@biglyy @ThreeUK @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK I'm in a similar boat but use the Add-ons every month with no contract. Paying almost £10 more a month than I was when I switched to them, for less data and lower speeds. Thinking of Voxi also but have tried a virtual network before (GiffGaff), speeds and coverage were awful

  • gotimmy Tim Hughes (@gotimmy) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

People are getting too worked up about 5G IMHO given that I didn’t even see any 4G between London Bridge and Haywards Heath this evening. Maybe fix that first ( @ThreeUK )
