@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, it was only an issue with that phone strangely. I took it as a sign that the phone wasn't for me and went for the slightly cheaper google pixel 7 pro instead. Less storage but can use the cloud. Hopefully the issue with ordering the honor magic 5 pro is sorted for others.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, after contacting your customer service they told me that my account was in credit and I won’t receive any change for my April bill due on the 2nd may! I now appear to have a bill on the app for £93?!? The bill doesn’t make sense as I never go over my usual allowance!!

Contacted @ThreeUK to report bad signal issues where the mast keeps cutting out. Same thing happening to my girlfriends phone. They insist on sending a new SIM, which I've received and it doesn't even work!! What next? 😮💨
