    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

    So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi got 12 month sim only deal out with you in September last year, to be honest I never used it as plans changed. Now want to use it for the final month and bit but don't know where the sim is. Can I get a replacement? Can't remember number for it as didn't use it

    @ThreeUKSupport please sort the 5g broadband out - E1W 2QN had issues all week. Will not be renewing either my mobile or broadband again. Had 14 days of interruptions in the last month alone. Impossible to wfh.
