Heaven help you if you need help from @ThreeUK after your phone has been stolen. Five days on from having my snatched, the replacement sim they have given me still doesn't work, they don't know why and customer service is atrocious. @ThreeUKSupport

It's funny how mobile networks lie to you. I have a dual sim phone, one is @EE, one is @ThreeUK. When I'm using EE & struggling for signal, Three usually has at least 1 or 2 bars, until you swap to Three & it suddenly realises actually, they're also struggling & no signal.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me how to get onto the Three+ app? When I try and register it just says "Sorry, something went wrong". I did have an account a few years ago but I left Three and have now come back. I can't login to my old account either though
