    @ThreeUKSupport Managed to get through but been a complete mess. Took a new contract out for an iPad which never arrived then was meant to come today and then DPD inform me 3 had cancelled it. But 15 advisors couldn’t tell me why or what happened!!! Completely lost all faith in 3

    @ThreeUKSupport So what happens now? Im without any services until I fly back in the UK the middle of next month sometime. When I spoke to the advisor there was not an issue with me paying for any additional usage. No warning and then Im cut off!!

    wells, either that was a scam call from 0333 338 1001 pretending to follow up my complaint, or @ThreeUKSupport have some issues with their outgoing caller ID. Number didn't match up with the one stated in the text message.

    @elainecarey3 Yet more lengthy breaks in service from @threeUK this has been going on for more than two week. Their customer service has been diabolical, they don’t care, Fortunately I have a new provider on Monday.
