So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

@ThreeUKSupport Seems not, Chris. I get contradictory answers from each agent I speak with, accompanied by "computer says no"-type explanations. The issue is an upgrade being superseded by an automated billing event.

Or unless the plan you are on can no longer be accommodated on the platform. If that happens, you'll be notified accordingly. You can also give 30 days notice to cancel. You're welcome.
