    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

    @FuzzyGolf @ThreeUKSupport You have the right to churn and join another network - a lot of them will offer plans with optional benefits that include roaming. Would definitely tweet the hell out of that though, as customer journeys go its just dog ****, they need shaming

    @ThreeUK hey, I am having trouble talking to a real person at Three. Myself and my son both have phone contracts with Three, he is a minor and I pay his bill. Please tell me how I can gift some of my data to him as you can with other phone providers? And no hot spots please.

    @thepipkins @ThreeUK We use iDmoblie. They use the 3 network & are £20 a month unlimited. Been great.

    @MartinSLewis I pay £85 with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport which I could afford at the time but not now with the price of everything. Thankfully my contract is up in September, will be leaving asap, paid over £80pm for years, asked for help until I could go to SIM but offered zero assistance!
