    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m happy with the plan but not the cost when clearly from the picture above and years of being a customer, Iโ€™m paying more then someone else for the same deal How is that fair???

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™ve turned my iPhone 13 Pro off and back on. Problem persists. I cannot make phone calls without the call dropping. Can you confirm if the local mast has bands 28 and 32 yet?

    @ThreeUKSupport It was 4 years ago spoke someone at your head office eventually he told me money is not a commodity please remind me where is money traded? Any way the matter is according to you closed. As to me I will never use your services again hell I'm a Chelsea fan I won't even buy shirts

    @ThreeUKSupport Well the last three times I have phoned Iโ€™ve been told the 4G mast was down and they were fixing it by the end of the month. If I use 3G I canโ€™t use anything that relies on data.. wifi calling wonโ€™t work if Iโ€™m home or work, and itโ€™s 100% not my phone

    Also just got off the @ThreeUKSupport helpline. They won't do anything to fix this. The only way to get a phone number back is to follow their advice: "We can only enable the number if you fly back into the UK" - @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK can't log in, can't go online, can't access live chat. What am I paying for at this stage? Not a month goes by where I don't have connection problems.

    @ThreeUKSupport is the network down?! I have 5G but when I try to use my mobile data it says offline and has the wheel or doom! ๐Ÿ˜“ I can only connect via WiFi.

    @ThreeUKSupport After them calls a plan was to try the sim that came with the 5g hub in a different device. The sim could play videos on my phone and games fine. So we deemed it was the hub. So replaced the hub, but I have the exact same issue. Can't even post onto twitter I have to use mob data

    @drlornayoung @ThreeUKSupport no im on moto... i moved to 3 - 4 months ago and carried my number across, was worried its that which was the problem, but if thats not the case for you, its probably another reason
