Harriet (@HjRobins) reportedI switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay £4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

Stupid Dog (@stoopidiztdog) reported@ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?
