So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t make or receive calls today. Shouldn’t be a signal problem as I am on my home WiFi and have WiFi calling on. I have checked with another 3 customer having same issue. We have both restarted our phones but still doesn’t work.

@BBCWatchdog might want to look at @ThreeUK multiple times the whole network including 999 calls have gone down over the last few months I think they need a word

@ThreeUK I cannot make calls again! This is happening all the time! Also I can’t get to speak to anyone because your phone service doesn’t register the numbers I’m tapping in. So I get stuck in a loop 😡

For those who don’t know @ThreeUK is down and has been down all day. You can’t dial out, but there is nothing to indicate to incoming callers that the network is down - it rings as normal and goes to voicemail without the 3 user knowing anything about it.
