It’s all very well sending me a pin to reset access to my voicemail @ThreeUK but it’s 8 digits long and I can’t remember it, but you don’t give long enough to switch between apps on the phone. Now I have to wait til I have paper to write it down.

  • stowtom2010
Tom (@stowtom2010) reported from Bristol, England

  • adz232

@Three_Is_Broken @fewufu @ThreeUK I am mostly on 800MHz in my area and I still get these speeds. I’m usually on 1800MHz on Three and get poor speeds.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, so it's a device restriction not a network restriction ?

  • reece_evans
Reece (@reece_evans) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi do you have trouble going on with your network at the moment! I live in the BS49 postcode area and work in the BS1 area about 15 miles apart and neither of them are working, starting to become a joke now.

  • twbcreativetech
Thomas Blundell (@twbcreativetech) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport I haven’t been able to, myself and others fail the credit check when we shouldn’t be. There has to be an issue with your system it says “sorry your credit check hasn’t passed”

  • flikQ
ジ Gavin Weeks (@flikQ) reported from Bathford, England

@ThreeUKSupport Signal is fine, speed is not. To be fair it’s probably my old out of date iPhone XS Max in Bath.

Nomad problems: My EU sim with @lebara just gave up despite a text saying it will work in the U.K. Switched to my @ThreeUK sim and using their shitty top up web app I couldn’t paste my phone number in. I typed in manually, got one digit wrong, support said tough. £35 gone. 🤬

Hey @virginmedia - down again. No. You DM me. You fill in your form. You call an engineer. I’m extremely tired of shit service. I’m running my business hotspotting from my @ThreeUK iPhone while your broadband does... oh I dunno.

  • david_navigator

FAKE TEXT FROM THREE “3Update” claiming that “cannot take payment from your debit. Need to update details”. Clicked on it but then I deleted the text and checked my @ThreeUK app instead to be safe and can confirm there’s no issue with my account. @ThreeUKSupport please be aware!

  • I_R_P_1977
Ian Parsons (@I_R_P_1977) reported from Kelston, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK there’s been poor and non existent 3/4g where I live for more than 2 weeks. Do I get a reduced tariff? I have phones and 4g broadband which is providing no service…. I’m paying for something which isn’t useable… help.

  • david_navigator
David Rose (@david_navigator) reported from Bathford, England

@ThreeUK if I put a 3 SIM in my Android tablet I just get 1 bar signal strength (N7 postcode). If I use one of your 4G routers will it be better ? How can I test without committing to a contract ?

  • OhMyGerardz
Dren (@OhMyGerardz) reported from Bristol, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, been having issues with my network/4G dropping out in BS7; was wondering whether it was an issue with iOS 14 or the network, as it’s just done the same while composing this tweet(!)

  • Winclouduk

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport u so need to get proper signal on ln12 2 area. Mablethorpe gets proper 5g and 4g and all we get is basic 4g which is rubbish. When will we get proper upgrades signal? @VodafoneUK never cares so hoping u can push your parent company

  • OldLondonW14
Back in Time West London (@OldLondonW14) reported

Anyone know which mobile provider has better coverage in W14 area of London. I’ve been advised by @ThreeUK it’s best to cancel account as they’re struggling to provide adequate 4g let alone 5g.

  • NawazAteeb
    Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported

@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are

  • andy_cowburn
    Andy Co© (@andy_cowburn) reported

What’s happened to @ThreeUK service has been terrible for two days now, HD4 area. @ThreeUKSupport

  • desmoderby
    delwyn hawkins (@desmoderby) reported

@ThreeUK Really pi**ed today. Buy European roaming as an extension to our contact with you. Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.

  • Abcmsaj
    Alex (@Abcmsaj) reported

@ThreeUKSupport what’s going on? My dad can’t login to his three account or request a PAC code at the moment??

  • stevenfburnley
    Steve Burnley (@stevenfburnley) reported

Hey @ThreeUK - what email address should I use to submit a major complaint about your fraud prevention team? They are refusing to engage with my wife in any reasonable manner and simply close the case if she's unable to instantly answer her phone - she's a nurse

  • rhysllwyd
    Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reported

Unfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
