    Dear @ThreeUK, your customer support people on the phone must stop asking account passwords to users as proof of ownership to get some help. Itโ€™s unethical and I guess also against the law.

    @ThreeUKSupport That was asked on live chat where I headed once I ended the phone call. Not sure if it was a language barrier issue with your staff but happened twice on the phone. Be careful, @ThreeUK, that was very worrisome for me ๐Ÿšจ

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

    @ells_afc @ThreeUK I'm blacklisted by @SkyUK for a mobile phone offer they initially refused to honour until I proved they were in the wrong. Since then, my VIP Diamond status built up over 23 years has vanished. I just use a different network now with a free SIM and a cash top up each month.

    @ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three knowingly supporting Fraud!

    I switched away from @ThreeUK because their customer service agent told me they have blazing fast 5G speeds of up to 100Mbps. I said that's awful. They said it's 100MB per second. I asked them to clarify. And they said it is 100 Mbps but I can pay ยฃ4 extra for high speeds. Awful.

    @ThreeUK When will you be fixing the tower in Aberdeen? It has been down for maintenance for seven weeks, and maximum download speeds of 2 Mbps simply do not work. The tower spends more time down for maintenance each year than it does actually providing a service.
