    @ThreeUKSupport Yes in my local store in Newbury..customer of 8 years or so. Very frustrated. Samsung advise there is an issue with the phone who said return it to the store. This was an upgrade.. customer service please

    @ThreeUKSupport I have visited the store twice this morning, been on to Samsung who say there is an issue. The local store assistant put me through to your returns department who told me he couldn't help.. I have provided ID 4 times today to various people. Please have a senior person call me

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK absolutely the most frustrating level of customer service.Clearly no customer care. Your policy not deal with matters properly in store is a shame.I have a phone that won't work a contract for Β£34 a month for two years and three won't step up and reassure

    @ThreeUK despite helpful staff at your Newbury store a faulty brand new samsung phone that refuses to unlock that Samsung say should be replaced the shop won't. Customer service policy is appalling #consumerlaw says within 14 days I'm entitled. Formal complaint now.

    @ThreeUKSupport why since you upgraded the coverage in the CH62 area a few weeks ago has the mobile and broadband signal been far worse than it was before the upgrade?! I'm not paying nearly Β£100 a month in mobile tariff and broadband to not be able to load Google!!!

    @virginmedia How do I order a pod? It better be free as I’m already paying for the most expensive internet provider in my area whose **** doesn’t work. Using hotspot on my @ThreeUK phone works. VirginMedia wifi doesn’t.

    @ThreeUK hello I can’t use my phone in croatia to call out text or use internet without logging into a WiFi network - I urgently need to phone my bank. Online chat isn’t available! My data is unlimited, I have an add an for data and I have no spend cap! Help please!!!

    Thinking of taking out an @ThreeUK mobile contract today? Think again! I’m sorry to say this customer who never had a complaint with #threeUK has come to realise their customer care is rubbish and through their incompetence not closing my account when requested has put me in debt

    @ThreeUKSupport I received word but zero help again, no access apparently to what is being checked (or not) and again asking if I have been abroad for 2 consecutive months, sure I have now, but I wasn't day 1, 2, 3, 4. I have requested compensation. This is not the service Three advertise.
