    @PitirisTom @ThreeUK I'm tied into a contract but surely if I'm not happy with the service I should be able to get out? I never had a single issue on @SMARTYMobileUK at 1/4 of the cost but I needed a new device

    Dear @ThreeUK, your customer support people on the phone must stop asking account passwords to users as proof of ownership to get some help. Itโ€™s unethical and I guess also against the law.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK absolutely the most frustrating level of customer service.Clearly no customer care. Your policy not deal with matters properly in store is a shame.I have a phone that won't work a contract for ยฃ34 a month for two years and three won't step up and reassure

    @ThreeUKSupport I have visited the store twice this morning, been on to Samsung who say there is an issue. The local store assistant put me through to your returns department who told me he couldn't help.. I have provided ID 4 times today to various people. Please have a senior person call me

    @ThreeUKSupport What you're saying is your network is congested permanently then. It's unusable which is a problem when you're not giving what you're selling.

    I used to pay ยฃ10pm to @SMARTYMobileUK and always had perfect signal. I needed a new phone so switched to @ThreeUK for ยฃ45pm and my signal is constantly horrendous. I live in Reading not a Forrest, what's the issue!? Can I cancel my contract if I'm I happy with the service??

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK Be aware three will rip you off have a sim only contract with unlimited everything prices went up by40% so tried cancelling but they wonโ€™t cancel and are still charging disgraceful trouble is I stop paying I will get into trouble these big companies have you by the *****

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if youโ€™re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

    @Telegraph I can go in to my local supermarket, and that's the end of mobile phone access, despite a base station nearby. Many beaches have no mobile signal, and network congested so no access if there are events. UK mobile network is garbage. @ThreeUK RIPPED OFF PAYG from 3p/m to 35p/m.
