-
Will Tisdale 🎗🏳️🌈 (@_thalamus) reported from Selby, England@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.
-
Kyle Thornton (@Kyle_thornton23) reported from Haxby, England@TrickSparks7 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’m having the same issue
-
Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, EnglandSo @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK are in the habit of lying to customers it would appear. As a customer of 10 years I’d expect more from them.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@andrewjohnys @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I’d be careful. They won’t think twice about screwing your credit rating up! But if you phone and shout loud enough they’ll either let you leave or give you huge credits. They know it’s broken - just won’t publicly admit it.
-
Deany Hawley (@DeanyDeany) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport @natedog_1980 Oh look. Another localised issue with 4G. When are @ThreeUKSupport going to grow a pair and admit they have a National 4G issue you it’s abused customers. Time to stop being shambolic charlatans.
-
Daniel Stevanato (@Stevros1988) reported from Leeds, England@ThreeUKSupport Charley, please read through the thread. This is not a complaint about the outage from a couple of weeks ago. I was merely stating that I only started noticing the issue I've been having (see my initial screenshot right at the start) since that outage happened.
