    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    @ThreeUK just landed in USA and it says 3 calls and SMS are temporarily suspended, data roaming activated on phone, monthly plan for years, never had roaming issue, can't login to account as can't receive the text, can't connect to any network ... Please help!

    a joke that @ThreeUK can’t piggyback a 2G network for emergency situations or something. meanwhile, a @giffgaff sim i have in a spare phone still works quite well for emergencies. maybe i should switch networks full time. 🤔

    Me again @ThreeUKSupport The signal is fine 300 yds down the road towards Folkestone. Why is Hythe being targeted AGAIN? 7 days to sort this out isn't good enough. I want to leave #THREE. If you can't provide a decent service, you're breaking your contract right? @ThreeUK
