    @PetaMorrant @ThreeUK It took us about 9 months to get anything resolved with Three and unfortunately that’s only because we used the ombudsman. We also had PlusNet and they are just as bad, we use Sky now and it’s a lot better than Three

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone and I was advised that there is no fix date or upcoming work for the problem and I just have to wait. & I asked if my account could be credited while I’m waiting as I’m paying for a service I’m not getting and he said yes £5 credit REALLY 😂

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had problems with voicemail in that I don’t get messages that I have a message for days. I a,so get numbers that do not ring. I also keep losing internet access. iPhone XS user.

    @ThreeUK Wish you we’re offering something to loyal customers that have been with you for 6 years - I upgraded in June and your signal has been poor in my area. Key worker and no benefits unlike other networks.
