@ThreeUK Do not trust Three. They cheat customer and dont even generate the PAC code. I called in to cancel my contract. excalation team didn’t follow the process of 1 month notice or holding the connection until i use generated pac code. They just disconnected the service right away.

@ThreeUKSupport So 3 days ago I upgraded to a new sim only deal (Black Friday deals are great value this year!), problem is I can’t see anything in the app or my3 to confirm it’s actually worked. Didn’t get email or text conf either. I’m assuming it will take effect on my new allowance date?

@ThreeUKSupport I have restarted, I have tried with another phone. No internet, no makin calls or receivin, cant even call customer care. I sent a mail yesterday. It is tiring. I was at your office on Saturday, the one close to sainsbury's in Aberdeen and was told I need to talk to customer care
