When I rang up to speak with CS team i told them I had poor signal she said I'll ring you back in 5 mins to talk through some tech help! Never got a call back cause she couldn't get through lol still waiting on my call back aswell..

Meanwhile my daughter can't submit online homework and my wife can't submit uni assignments, no streaming either. Awful service
