  Hi @ThreeUK, your new app is terrible and whoever designed it should be fired, because they haven't got the slightest clue about UX. I didn't install your app to browse your services, I installed your app to manage my account. I don't need or want extra steps just to log in.

  @ThreeUKSupport Why is the network so crap at BA17DH? I’ve got weak and unreliable signal and I regularly drop to 3G.
