    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    @ThreeUKSupport What is the point nothing changes I will bide my time and when my contract ends make my decision unless there is a significant change I will be forced to leave I work hard in the NHS I think I deserve a reliable service .

    The worst customer support I have ever experienced from @ThreeUK , suspending an account for no reason, refusing to give a reason other than stating it was “inappropriate”, accusing me of sending bulk texts when I have sent 0 and refusing access to the credit I bought

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry doesn’t mean you are upholding your part of our contract , to expect customers to pay and not receive a proper service is very poor .

    @ThreeUK Been waiting 7 weeks to have the money Three took from my account in error even though I was told it would be back to me in 3 working days. 16 calls to Three and still no refund despite several broken promises.

    @ThreeUKSupport Those are not the instructions I was given when I called customer service. And this whole Twitter thread is just yall telling me all the things I’ve done wrong or incomplete instead of just saying “here’s how we can help you resolve this.” I don’t even know where to go from here.
