@ThreeUKSupport hi, i ported my number to your network just over a week ago. some of my contacts have now told me when texing them it doesn't come through with the ported number but a different one (the one the sim came with). can you please advise what we can do to fix this?

@ThreeUK Why disable password pasting/autofill on your iOS app? Support say it’s for security but it has the opposite effect of making people type bad passwords manually. Please enable pasting & read the advice from @NCSC about it. Password manager apps won’t work with your app.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport why is there hardly any phone signal on your network in central London?!? Two bars max in Covent Garden! I am a new customer and this is not acceptable- how can I get out of the contract as you are failing to provide a reasonable service?
