    @Mr_Rebecca That’s a terrible experience from @ThreeUK. This is the reason why I’ve always done SIM swaps in a store. As you know you have the SIM. But, obviously, that’s not always possible for so many reasons. I hope they get it sorted soon.

    @rupertg @virginmedia I’ve been with @ThreeUK for around a decade. I give them money. They give me mobile internet. I’ve never had any reason to gripe. I don’t get why Virgin can’t just do the same. They seem to go out of their way to annoy me
