    @DanielleAmelia_ @ThreeUKSupport They're so quick to defend themself, but not so fast in responding or producing good network and customer service; I've been with them for almost 9years without any complaint from me. Now that I am having problems, they decide to mug me off.

    Has anyone else on @ThreeUK noticed a distinct reduction in 4g connection recently? I've been from Lancashire to Scotland and back and the 4g service has been noticeable by its lack I have mainly been on H+ which I think is 3g

    @ThreeUKSupport All I can say is, Three has one of the worst customer service period! Talking about giving me 50%, I refuse to pay because I haven’t been using your network only my broadband Wi-Fi from virgin. You lot are trash man! I’m sick of your inability to produce good customer service.

    My advice to anyone thinking of joining @ThreeUK DON’T. I repeat, DO NOT. They’re incompetent at every single level and the signal is crap anyway.

    @JoeCockram @O2 @ThreeUK I find the customer service good,they've often gave me extra data freebies when I've asked and also waived a premium call number bill once which I didn't realize.the coverage isn't very good though
