    Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

    @ThreeUKSupport the person I spoke with was really good & I paid £36.50 to get my three service going & I get money this week & I will clear my outstanding balance of what I had left as I only upgraded in November in 2022 to an iPhone 13 in red which I am happy with 👍

    @ThreeUK @ParamountPlusUK I am waiting patiently for 11 days and counting for all these technical issues to be resolved. Spent over 12 hours just on chat alone chasing on updates. Each time I need to go through 3 or 4 agents, repeating myself before speaking to someone with 'authority'.

    @ThreeUKSupport If there was even the slightest chance of exceeding the limit it would have been wrong to raise the issue. So, the answer to the question is a very firm “no”. Have you taken any time during the last few days to investigate from your end what is ACTUALLY happening here?

    @ThreeUKSupport calls keep dropping off and really bad quality in the TD15 area. Even with full signal and a 4g symbol on mine and my wife's phones on the 3 network.

    @EE It would be amazing if your customer services team would answer me in chat. Transferred to upgrades and been ignored. But that's ok, as me and hubby will go join @ThreeUK who offer our phone of choice for a lot less.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there issues with payment on payg because it's not accepting any payment cards. Also, why do some customers get offered double data on Payg and not others?
