Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

So anyway. Still no WiFi and my mob signal has gone pants too @ThreeUK so tethering is not working. the universe is telling me something. BT have posted me a temporary 4g hub until it gets fixed. A lot less screen time meantime! #unplanneddetox

Nobody ask for refunds with @ThreeUK, they say 5days then don't actually put it through. Then when you complain after 5 days they tell you sorry, it will be another 5 days. Ending 15 years of good service and no complaints. Not even a good will gesture to say sorry.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK Customer service is abysmal. Purchased a contract with you for 5G broadband- didn't work, I returned it in the allowed timescale. I provided you with the reciept from the post office. You have since opened a credit file on me and i can't talk to anyone who can help.

@ThreeUKSupport The real complaint here is, if I put money into your account it's less then 2 hours. But for you it's always 5 working days (typical bs), why should I wait 7 days when I have already wait 7 days. When we all know the 5 day wait is bs companies spin.
