Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

@ThreeUK just some advice, get better chat centre staff. After 2 mistakes "upgrading" my contract in 4 months, you've lost a customer that's been with you for 8/9 years. I'm out, can't be dealing with having to go through the same thing every couple of months.

@ThreeUKSupport hi! I've been in the States for over a year now and have a contract with three which I'm forever having difficulty with. I have to manually change the network to T Mobile. Is there anyway this can be set permanently on my phone? I'm always having to change it back

@0_steve_1 @ThreeUK Because they're absolutely incompetent. We pay £24 a month for this, £24 A MONTH FOR *THIS.* It is at its worst today and I wouldn't be surprised if cancellations shoot straight up soon.
