Just as im due to renew my contract next month @ThreeUK conks out at 11pm last night and still is now!I had to drive home from Great Yarmouth last night with no phone signal and sat nav.Beyond disappointed.Time to change network #threemobile #threenetwork

@ThreeUKSupport I've spent over 10 hours on the phone to incompetent liars on 333 and a good few to the online chat over the last 4 weeks. I've also taken 2 days off for a phone that's never been delivered and waited on call backs that have never happened. Is that not perseverance?

@ThreeUKSupport I'll try those, thanks. However, they are work arounds! Surely your systems should allow each account to be accessed based on the login credentials? When I didn't have 4G BB with you I could manage our accounts that way. Seems like a loss of function.
