@ThreeUKSupport It's not the point of being offered anything it's the fact that your company is blatantly lying by first saying it fixed and engineers saying the same when it's not then being told again there is still a problem when I report it 3 weeks after that and for it now to be going 1/2

@ThreeUK am really disappointed with you guys, I have been your customer from 2010 and I have always had issues with the network and internet. I am unable to make a phone and receive any from mostly three numbers plus the internet is not great I have to ask my friends to hotspot.

@ThreeUK Just seen on my bill that I've been charged £30 for a 45minute phone call I had to make to NHS Direct to get help for my son. How is ringing NHS Direct not free?!? I'm completely shocked and appalled! We have no landline so I had no alternative 😔

@ThreeUKSupport My AI Cube has an issue where when you connect more than half a dozen devices to it some devices will lose network connectivity or be disconnected. This affects intranet traffic and is not signal related. 2nd line said they can't help as it's not a 3 issue. Help.

@ThreeUK I always have to try and find wifi. I have always called three to help me with the issues but there were no effective action taken I have been facing the same issues for nearly 7 years. Dispute that I have my account has been impeccable.
