    @EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

    @Payforit_Sucks @nuyoo_fitness I got a refund after 3 days after having contact with Sara the UK customer service manager. She was excellent. The call centre staff were abrupt and rude. @ThreeUK have apologised and given me £50 as an apology too. It should never have happened

    I was already on a pretty good deal with @ThreeUK (£20 a month for unlimited minutes & texts and 100 GB data) but I've just upgraded on their "Black Friday" deal (ugh, sorry, hate the concept) to unlimited data too, still for just £20 a month! Not bad 😀 cheers @ThreeUKSupport

    @Brimau16 @EE @ThreeUK The costs I’ve have with three have been good plus good customer service etc. But the do charge to get out a contract like other companies

    @ThreeUKSupport called 333 😂 after 40 min waiting.. the problem apparently is a GLOBAL problem, will be fixed in 4 hours..weeks that I don't have signal, and I call you EXACTLY 4hours before the problem will be fixed!

    @ThreeUKSupport Please read my comment fully before you replay as I never metioned that 3UK were not seeling 5G capable devices. but in responce to your poorly written reply, I went into my neaest store and they were able to answer my question. PS, capital E and W are missing from your reply.

    @ThreeUKSupport @jongoodall There really needs to be a focus on improving your current services, not adding 5g. Inaccessible network AGAIN this morning. Had to purchase a separate public transport ticket at additional cost. Thanks for that! Joke of a service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes went on web chat and got told is nothing wrong and it’s got to be down to me like every time I ring up, and it’s been going on longer then December, just waiting till my contract is over and I’m moving over to 02 because iv been paying for somthing I can’t use

    @ThreeUKSupport @mazylady Oh, it’s okay... my phone will be fixed by Wednesday 4th March!!! So that’ll be at least SIX DAYS with no signal! I have never known a network so bad.

    @ThreeUKSupport driving me crazy with data issues. Lately it's anywhere in public, and since yesterday morning no network even at home meaning I cannot work. I need a change of network, whenever I've reached out no help was given, only "restart your device" or "clear your data"🤦

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not paying nearly £200 for a couple of texts and 5 minutes of data...when your service did not even ref the possibilty of this, nor suggest I check for the specific countries I was visiting. It just said "your phone is set up to work abroad'. That is deeply misleading.

    @technical_three @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport You're right, there is no pleasing 10-year loyal customers when you take away their service with no notice, tell them it will be five years until it is back, offer to buy them off with a cheap 'comp' deal and then insult them online.
