The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

Thomson & Craighead are striking (@jonandali) reported. @ThreeUKSupport mobile coverage deteriorated and 4g gone in Tarvie, Ross-shire. We noticed it on Sunday 27th Feb. It's not total outage, and 3G just about available but there's definitely a problem of some sort. FYI
