    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK your network coverage in knaresborough HG5 is absolutely shocking. How come it’s so bad in 2022! Will be changing network provider as soon as my contract is up.

    @ThreeUKSupport engineer told me 5g hub sim not working. Told me 1-3 days for sim to arrive. I said no. Need now. He told me go branch. I go branch for new sim and branch tell me unable to sort. Now branch not letting me cancel. Took this out yesterday. What are my rights?

    Three, service wise, isn’t too bad at all. However the biggest mistake I made was moving to a business account after being convinced to by the Three shop assistant, to save £1 per month. Being a Three business customer is the biggest load of complicated 💩 ever! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK Any update on when the maintenance work on your towers in West Yorkshire will be finished? We’ve had little to no internet since yesterday, and no contact from Three to even expect an outage, let alone any idea of how long it’ll last.

    A phone mystery - can you help, Twitter? My Dad has an iPhone on @ThreeUK and a landline via @thevoipshop. The iPhone successfully receives calls from all mobile and landline numbers, except his own landline which never gets through. 1/3
