@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

Hi @ThreeUK, paid my bill almost 24 hours ago, even popped into one of your stores today for a charger, but despite promises of restoring my service in no more than 2 hours, I’m left unable to make outgoing texts or calls. Would sure appreciate some help. Can’t even call 333!

Hello again @ThreeUKSupport it’s been yet another 7 days and my internet is still not working. That makes it a month in total now. Same old chestnut “masts being worked on” and there are people in my postcode who’ve been without service for much longer. What the heck is going on?

@ThreeUK have been a customer for a good few number of years now. Tried to look in to getting a tablet and a phone upgrade yesterday and your customer service was the worst it has ever been. Obviously existing customers are not valued by the company
