@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

I think someone is trying to hack my @ThreeUK phone number? Every day I am getting weird calls from numbers almost identical to my personal phone number. A second after I answer an alarm or data connection starts up and starts blasting noise down the line. THREE, plz Dm me!

I changed to @ThreeUK because of their supposedly good customer service. I am now in my 3rd webchat in as many weeks to try and sort my direct debit that they keep messing up and have now cut my phone off. Honestly I didn't need crying to my phone company in this awful year.
