    @ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

    @ThreeUK can you please explain to me why you're telling me I have to pay for a contract I cancelled in October because your team ****** up and didn't cancel it properly? Especially when I have evidence that I asked for it to be cancelled and text saying that it was cancelled?

    @ThreeUKSupport for 2 days now we have network issues in our area m20 6, the status says there is an issue. Can you find out when the estimated fix is due please? We are 5g BB customers

    @ThreeUKSupport Hmm, seems this is in fact not possible. It's a shame it wasn't made clear until after my order had gone through that it's not a problem if your SIM arrives after the date you put for the number transfer.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was advised to use 3G which worked for a couple weeks, but now that also terrible, I should be getting 30mb+ upload and download speed but instead I am down to 3mb and below

    @ThreeUKSupport Appalling management of the complaint by @ThreeUK complaint team. After a month of waiting you are still claiming some third party took this big sum of money for apps we didn't puchase! The money was taken by @ThreeUK and it's totally unacceptable way to treat customers.
