@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUK so I've ran outta data, and haven't been able to add on any more allowance due to technical issues....? Any lead time on when I can add more? I'm pretty Stuck without it/playing "find the public WiFi" to get my bus pass to work 😢

@ThreeUK I bought the phone for 5g. Its yet to reach where I live. I phoned explaining this & got told there was nothing that could be done. I asked if I could have my bill reduced & got told no. Not a happy customer to see it now cheaper.

@ThreeUK I've been a customer for many years & have a contract with you for a Samsung A52s. I'm paying £42 a month, which is due to increase. Just been on your site & the same phone is now £37 a month for the same deal.
