@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Charlie. 'Derage' never gave a reference number nor did he call back today as promised he spoke to me ok but when speaking to a woman he was abrupt, condensation like she was a 2nd rate citizen whereas I was spoken with a civil tongue. This will not disappear. No way.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport your home 4G internet is horrific. I’ve had to restart the router 4 times this evening as signal keeps dropping!!!! Getting frustrated to say the least

NEVER get a phone contract with 3. Beyond awful, poor signal everywhere and they still charge an extortionate early termination fee. @ThreeUK Learn to walk before you run. Don’t worry about 4G on the Victoria line let me call my nan first. Baby steps innit. #DoBetter
