@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@EJBrookes83 @ThreeUK hope you have more luck getting a decent signal/data speeds with @ThreeUK than we have after moving from Vodafone in September 🐢 🐢 One good thing of being imprisoned through lockdown means it’s a rarer frustration than it otherwise would be.

@TomNomNom @VodafoneUK Yup - Gave up trying to get @ThreeUK to remove content filtering on my 4G router because my options last year were give them my credit card details again to make a payment to unblock it, call their non-existent call centres or cancel the contract entirely. Last option was chosen.

@ThreeUKSupport The App's usage page has changed again since earlier today. Previously said not enough data and should wait, now says 3.85GB as of 7th Sept (which doesn't help, of course). Plus I couldn't get out of the page as a "tell us what you think" message obscured the "back" button!!
