@ThreeUK 2/2 Just paid it, and guess what! Our phone contracts are up in 6 weeks, for which we pay you over £110pm. But we're off to another provider that might treat customers of 9 years better. Great move guys! 👍🙄

@EJBrookes83 @ThreeUK hope you have more luck getting a decent signal/data speeds with @ThreeUK than we have after moving from Vodafone in September 🐢 🐢 One good thing of being imprisoned through lockdown means it’s a rarer frustration than it otherwise would be.

@BrokenBennett @ThreeUKSupport They say not, as I'm still rolling. I could pick any contract, but then I would be on a new contract, I was happy rolling to eek out the roaming. The signal is dire here too, so why on earth would I sign up to a new contract paying more, and getting less.

I think @ThreeUKSupport have the most unhelpful online support out there. And why are new customers offered cheaper better deals than customers who have been paying for nearly 10 years 🤔🤔

@ThreeUKSupport I called to deal with the issue. It's the only way to do anything. Three's online services are broken, outdated, and subpar. As a developer myself I would be embarrassed to put out products as bad as the Three app or website. Not even an SSL certificate. Ridiculous.

@ThreeUKSupport why can I no longer use WiFi calling on my S21? Due to your poor coverage in my area I relied on it and I'm now unable to make phone calls from home. Really helpful.
