    @jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope! Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.

    The @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've got through to the phone line as we are still having problems. Expecting a callback today. We've done several full restarts but the hub is not working. Phone signal is great even 4g Thanks.

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been trying to use the Three Recycle website to get a quote for my old device but it keeps on telling me my IMEI number is wrong. It isn’t, I’ve double checked. I’ve tried on iPad and iPhone and get the same result. Any help would be great. Thanks.

    I’ve been with @ThreeUK for 13 years and I’ve always stated that I was going to leave them but my experience with them today is the straw that broke the camels back. They’ve got to be the worst network provider in the UK by a mile 😩

I had a remarkably similar situation and it wasn't until they fixed their online signal checker that they revealed my transmitter was having work. 4 different technical support agents didn't figure this out. I did. I was forbidden from cancelling without penalty.

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a support ticket some weeks ago with regard to the continual drop outs of my 5G hub. Often 3 or 4 times a day. I spent over an hour with support but there's been little change. Unless this improves I shall have to cancel my contract. Can you help?
