    @EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

    @jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

    @ThreeUK Hi 3, the screen matrix is numb on my X max, I’m having a terrible customer experience trying to get service, the most inept ‘customer service’ Indian call centre I’ve ever experienced. I loathe being one of your ‘customers’, I regret it deeply. I’m 2hrs in, no further

    Still no response @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It appears that your support/ customer service is as poor as your broadband service. Currently non-existent.

    @ThreeUKSupport we have been having connection issues with both our mobile Broadband and 4 g on phones so no WiFi and I’ve used most of my data on the 4 mobile phones we have in the house! What is going on with your service I’m still paying for ?

    The @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

    @ThreeUKSupport I'll try the homefi hub. That's where the problem is/was. This has been an intermittent issue over the last 6 days. Worst today.

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope! Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.

    @ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..

    @ThreeUKSupport I've got through to the phone line as we are still having problems. Expecting a callback today. We've done several full restarts but the hub is not working. Phone signal is great even 4g Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have mentioned it when I spoke to someone over chat last Tuesday but no follow up questions regarding the account or phone number. That person said there are no issues. Then I received a call from the Tech team on Sunday. 4G was working fine again 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Funny just received my end of contract letter today and guess what still can text on the old number, can’t make this up. What a joke of a company, please do not join this network, poor customer service 14 weeks and still no joy

    Anyone having trouble with @ThreeUK? Internet & signal has gone down over the last couple of days, the very unhelpful customer service team had just told me to reset. Like do you not think I’ve tried that! Can’t wait for my contract to be up so I can leave! #3mobile

    @EE I don't think 5g is particularly worth it ATM. I've had 150Mbps + over your LTE network. And even here in remote Yorkshire, I can still get 100Mbbps over band 3 (granted on @ThreeUK as EE don't use band 3). But 100Mbps 4g is fast enough for most surff.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tech team confirmed there were issues but that it was solved. Received another call yesterday saying there are still issues but no estimate when this will be completed. Network seems to be slow/down between 9-17 which is not ideal for some who works from home. 2/2
