    @ThreeUKSupport Should of been sorted when I made the complaint. Your customer service is poor. The process to speak about complaints needs an overhaul. When I made my complaint I was transferred to the complaints team&I was on hold for over 15 minutes. They said they couldn't do anything!!!

    @ThreeUK Thursday morning my car broke down on a country road and tried to call break down but my phone kept hanging up, I couldn't make any phone call. Luckily I had my work phone else I would have been stranded.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did go through the complaints team it was a member of the complaints team who threatened to suspend my service if I did not take the £100.00 credit. I recorded the phone call, I requested a copy of the webchat but didn't receive it but I had already copied before he called me.
