    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't have the tracking number but I have now received an email to say I owe ยฃ33 on a number I don't recognise which I assume is the broadband that I requested to cancel over 1 month ago.

    @ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

    @ThreeUK Contracts up at the end of the month, contacted you 3 times and you can't match offers online. Even when the deal is with 3, through a third party! Don't think customer retention is high on your list #stayloyal #idontthinkso

    @ThreeUKSupport Itโ€™s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldnโ€™t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues Iโ€™m afraid Iโ€™ve had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thatโ€™s the first time Iโ€™ve gotten through to the UK ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where theyโ€™re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...     @TalkTalk No resolution. No real apology or acknowledgment that I had to find out myself the order was cancelled. Passed to yet another department. Looks like @VodafoneUK or @ThreeUK will be getting a new customer !!!

    Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.

    @ThreeUK why when I called up to sort out your company's mistake there is only idiots on your customer service phone lines that don't know they *** from their elbow and can't do anything to help . They lie , give you false information just to get you off the phone and no notes .
