@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport not one person your company cares about us not being able to ring out. I can’t even ring 999 and I have a 5 month old baby at home who I look after all day whilst my husband is working if there’s an emergency I’m screwed. All the chat says is please be patient.

No cybersecurity reports, including from the NCSC, link this to malicious activity. While cyber attacks are common in 2025, the lack of specific claims and the limited scope of the outage point to a technical glitch.
