@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport My dad suffered a major stroke on 3/4/22. Unable to now work i called up three on his behalf (im an authorised contact) to ask for a discount on his monthly bill as he was mid contract. 30 days later his phone gets cut off and the customer service reps have not helped to rectify

@ThreeUKSupport It says that my sim does not allow connection to the network. I can't get into My3 account as it's trying to send a text with the 6 digit login code, but I can't receive texts. This has happened before so I made a point of speaking to various people at 3 to ensure it was fixed.

@ThreeUKSupport How do I submit a complaint about a cancelled contract that I never received the number for, when the complaint form won't allow you to submit a complaint without a valid Three UK number? I don't have the number as the phone and sim were never delivered.
