    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

    @ThreeUKSupport Was a refund for a broadband contract that I cancelled in April and have sent bacj the equipment unused. Had 3 live chats and recently was told that an investigation would be concluded in 24hrs and I would reciebe the refund. Really disappointed in the service I've recieved!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

    @ThreeUKSupport @aflnewberry I can advise here, I'm also 5G in London. #Three have ongoing works but deliberately won't put that on the status checker page. Support team here are not given the info and/or told not to divulge it for PR reasons (all confirmed by India call centre after repeated questioning).

    @ThreeUKSupport …which I was told would take “up to 48 hours” but was more like 3 weeks buts it’s the wrong size. I know it sounds little, but it has been issue after issue and this is the straw that has broken the camel’s back. My dad is paying decent £ for an iPhone 13 he can’t use.

    @ThreeUK @ubereats_uk Why is it that all I ever get off three is a really bad speed on phone? 0.35 download speed. What am I suppose to do on that? Pay for no service all the time? Why don't you fix your network?

    @ThreeUKSupport tried to upgrade today. After 12 yrs as a customer I was told that the deal I wanted would cost me £4 per month more than as advertised on 'My3' as I was not a new customer. No thanks.
