@ThreeUKSupport Ordered on 27th March online and been trying to cancel as soon as the modem was recieved which was a few days later. Been waiting for a pre paid ebvelope to send it back and now concerned that the money is going to come out before I recieve this and will be out of pocket

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been over a year now. The Three store in Glasgow told me to turn off my 4G as the signal from Three couldn’t cope with demand. I get the upgrades but 12 months of issues I’m afraid I’ve had enough.

@ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

@ThreeUKSupport I went there and got taken to this screen that is not an active screen as in no way for me to find my number, I tried going through the support page which is as clear as mud and cant be reached by the dongle as no internet I am using my landlords broadband for this

@ThreeUK @ThreeUK why do I have to wait for a call back if I want to cancel my contract and I need to get my PAC code?? Why can’t they give me the code when I phone?? Doesn’t look like I’m free to leave like you advertise, isn’t it? I need a pac code now! Anyone there to help me?
