@ThreeUKSupport It was end of contract in the termination period allowed as stated by text messages and your staff. Was told 9th could terminate without charges, account closed on 10th but you charge, contract ended 16 Oct

@ThreeUKSupport Simple used STAC within period as advised by your staff as leaving due to poor service and that no termination fees. Used the STAC, get bill and charged. Told when rung I should use 8 days before contracts ends or you pay 30 days notice. Not what STAC means

@ThreeUKSupport I mean the ideal scenario would be you let me change my plan to a more expensive one for more. But I get it that you can’t help 👍 so it’s goodbye after 15 years 👋

@ThreeUKSupport You need to all start trusting customers better (especially x staff.. who know how the systems work) and provide a service that you are contractually obliged to do... NOT receiving adequate to good 4G Broadband on 4G Equipment could be seen as in contr. Of GC23 and Ofcom Legsl.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have unlimited data in my contact and I haven’t been able to use it for 3 weeks - I can’t text or call anyone! I messaged you guys and you said it would be fixed by September 21st - it’s still not working. I can only use wifi and my phone is useless!
-

(@woodviews) reported
@ThreeUKSupport You wouldn't sort the complaint and wouldn't honour the original offer of free termination in August due to no improvement in service

@iD_Mobile_UK @Peteabel73 @ThreeUKSupport Is there a minimum speed guarantee? Ive never experienced 4g this slow before, and it’s been over a number of days and sadly hasn’t improved. Switched from Vodafone on Monday and noticed a huge drop in 4g speed

@ThreeUK is there an issue with the network in Maidenhead? It’s been so slow last few days?

@ThreeUKSupport Now been given a reference and told it would be refunded and to cancel direct debit, so I have. All your systems stated £0 termination fees even text to say if used 0 GBP. You charged £18.35, then reduced it by £3.86 as credit, then cancelling £14.49.
