The @ThreeUK network is down yet again in my area with zero 3/4/5G coverage In the last few months these outages have exceeded 3 weeks. No notice or communication. No apology. No recompense. Really is beyond poor considering this is literally what the network is for

@ThreeUKSupport I have to say I'm very unhappy with your company's customer support. Since requesting my broadband account to be closed twice at the end of the contract in June I have been charged two more times. Again I called today and finally they say they closed the account.

@ThreeUKSupport My name is David, not Dave and I won't be bothering. Not with this kind of attitude. If I wanted to do it on line I would have done so. I wish to be dealt with by a real person. I will cancel my D/D this afternoon and go into the @vodafone store instead.

Are you doing anything to fix your internet and Wi-Fi boxes? I’ve had no connection for nearly a week in and around Maidenhead. Few friends are also having the same issue. Shambles when you’re paying £130 a month for your 4/5G and Wi-Fi boxes for it not to work @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK well sorry to say that once my new contract ends after 24 months, I am going to bid adeu to Three and never to come back. it's easy to loose a customer but very hard to get them back, when will you learn this universal truth.
