@ThreeUKSupport hi Pete, your online service are not very helpful. I can see when I log into my 3 app it infers an upgrade is being actioned, which I do not want. and I have now been sent two security codes ? - this is very confusing and unhelpful. is anyone else able to assist pls thx

@ThreeUKSupport your network is really becoming poor. Especially the internet. Your app or network checker no longer allows to report a problem. I have many account you you but over the last 6 months have closed 3 and really am thinking of doing the same to the others.sort it out

@ThreeUKSupport Direct debit cancelled. Not paying until this poor connection is sorted . So don't send Any texts about about pay up or services will be restricted because I'll terminate the contract and you won't get any money
