    @ThreeUKSupport That’s the first time I’ve gotten through to the UK 🇬🇧 call centre on @ThreeUK. What an experience (a bad one). Would try again to chat to someone offshore where they’re helpful. This guy was a joke. So pissed off, got a PAC code.

    @ThreeUK After a year with @SMARTYMobileUK my download speed has dropped to average 2-3 mbps - no video calling, no streaming possible for a month. 3 weeks of talking with support now, and they've suggested I just leave, with desultory comp. Is that really the best SMARTY offers?

    If you're looking for a mobile phone network provider, DO NOT choose @ThreeUK. Remember my phone was stolen on 10 March? More than a month & 8 emails later, they STILL (for no reason) won't send me documents I need even to START an insurance claim. Atrocious customer service.

    @GregScottTV @ThreeUK I hope they waived the charge when you got through Greg. I got rid of 3 years ago - customer services were awful and network capacity was woeful.
