@ThreeUKSupport I rang a local store who told me if I wanted a reply to call again and select the cancel contract option. Miraculously that worked! Btw the live chat also wasn’t working on the website. You have no idea how high stress levels were 2hrs after opening not to to be answered.

@ThreeUKSupport how do I make a complaint about one of your branches. Just been to your Stratford store and the service was dire. More staff than people, too busy talking amongst themselves to serve me was the first issue. Shocking start to my new contract.
