    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgusted by the poor levels of customer service I'm constantly being sent round in circles it's been 40 days waiting for my OW refund but each adviser just asks for more time and nothing happens..after 10yrs as a customer this is the worst customer service

    @ThreeUK charging someone for a phone they already paid for is not an example of good customer service. Stop giving pretexts. You are not doing it so that “people are on the right tariff”, but rather to **** up profits at your customers expense. Shame on you.

    @ThreeUK imagine a multi million pound company not allowing a pensioner to cancel his UNWANTED WiFi contract within 24 hours of being pressured into selling it him! All because he bought in store!!! Take your business elsewhere folks!!

    @ThreeUKSupport So it's impossible to cancel the contract? Even tho it's for a tablet that doesn't leave the house and is already backed by your home WiFi contract? Your tech savvy sales man sold a vulnerable pensioner a contract he already had without giving the option to cancel the first one.

    @ThreeUK 5 different contracts with your company all terrible internet connection. After over 15 years with you … I can definitely say it’s not worth the cheap prices. Changing the sim or router doesn’t fix bad signal. Give people what they are paying for!

    Really regretting moving SIM to @ThreeUK signal is absolutely shocking in LL29 can barely get 4g and when I do its so slow. 😤
