    @Gamma_Business @ThreeUK seems to be a small problem no 4g data in Hull just now, switched to 3g and all ok.

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi , we have a 5G hub in our area in BD183ED. For the last 2 days it has only been connected to 4G+ . Tried resetting but it doesn't connect to 5G. was hoping to get some help about this.

    @ThreeUKSupport I spoke to 3 different people on the call today. Passing me around. Saying all different things. Telling me the problem is not there but they are investigating it? I got told 2/3 months ago there was a problem and got told the problem is sorted? Clearly not

    @ThreeUKSupport the fact that i’m paying for a plan on which i have at least 5-7 days a month where i have trouble using data, like i understand sometimes being slow but I simply can’t connect, it is advertised as one of the best in UK but it’s not delivering on the promise

    @DrMJFrancis @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK They wont do anything.... this happened to me last march before we went to lockdown You will be able to cancel your contract, but please give us 1 more month for free to get it right. They didnt, uk went into lockdown as did India, it was July before I got through No refund

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had problems with my signal ever since I got my new phone. Hot with three because of the good coverage at my home address. “Very good” 4g. Only 3G indoors and out. Have to walk up the road for 5 minutes for 4g. Phone support doesn’t do anything1/
