Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

@FlashySillah @amandaadagreat @ThreeUK switch to Vodafone like I did. Unlimited data for a reasonable price. So much quicker than Three and none of those weird moments where it shows full bars but no service.

@digitalkitten @ThreeUK You can't upgrade to 5G. If your phone is 5g ready, you can use the 5g network if you're in an area that covers it. You pay for 3g only on any network.

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely not. I was told they can reduce my monthly payments but still have no service. Now they are threatening court action as I refuse to pay for a service not provided.
