.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK congratulations on ripping off my 75 Yr old mother in law. Sell her a new contract over the phone then continue to take the direct debit payments for the old contract. Then tell her its her fault for not cancelling it and refuse any refund. Anyone else had same issues?

@ThreeUK Unbelievable!!! Paid £275 payment weeks ago and was assured by 2 agents on separate days that the Direct Debit would only be £71 yet the full £345 has been taken. I want a refund and an official complaint opened! How do I sort this. Don't tell me to phone as I'm deaf!!!

@ThreeUKSupport @lucysiegle This is pretty shoddy - you’re not the only victims in a potential fraud, Lucy is too, and she isn’t a huge company meaning it could be harder and more expensive for her to untangle if, eg, there are identity theft issues. Unacceptable as a policy.
