    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    @Gamma_Business @ThreeUK seems to be a small problem no 4g data in Hull just now, switched to 3g and all ok.

    @ImNabeelAhd @ThreeUK I have been with this network for 10 good years but it’s rubbish. You will not find coverage in most of the areas and some time there is full signals but calls voice break down.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I can see that many 4G and 5G Customers have issues like us. It would be good to put an update on Twitter to advise on what’s happening and when it will be resolved. We’re paying for a service that isn’t working.

    @ThreeUK @Speedtest Ironic that there has been no internet on my 5G broadband modem many times during the past 24 hours, which you don’t know the cause if and seem unable to fix

    @faysi37 @ThreeUK @O2 My biggest mistake is that I left Vodafone because 3 offered me a good deal. I was not aware that they have 3rd class service. Also, scripted customer assistants.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the help Jenn. When I called yesterday they just had me do a factory reset on the modem. Didn’t mention anything about a broadband issue so I just wanted to make sure. 👍🏼
