.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

@ThreeUKSupport Do you realise how slow and time consuming that would be. Here are my references: Case Number fraud: 30136596 Case Number for complaint: 30155147 The complaint one is related to 3 staff always asking for password to clear security. CS should never ask for password.

@ThreeUK I’ve got 3 Three contract and tbf I’ve never had any issues. But the network has been poor lately, and today more than ever I needed my texts to acknowledge the arrival at my hospital appointment to gain entrance. I had to phone a friend to text for me!
