.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

@ThreeUK As an existing customer and would like to change from a physical SIM to an e-sim. Apparently, Three is not offering e-sims to any customers at the moment with old contracts (i.e. people who have been paying for years), You are offering eSIMs with the new contracts.👎
