.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Also someone from three just called me in response to my complaint and they said there is no fraud because I gave my info to three. Are three and o2 the same company? Not sure how it’s legal for three to open a contract in my name with o2 and set up direct debits ?!

@ThreeUKSupport how do I contact the compliants team directly? Your team in the chat function have been no help for the second time of contacting them, I am 2 hours in and on my 4 possibly 5th person, scratch that they are moving me again to another team and another person!!!

Does the UK have the worst network coverage in the world? @ThreeUK and @O2 @VodafoneUK I have used all these 3, always rubbish. No network at all in Nottingham. Always slow, internet calls don’t go through, and showing 3G every time even outside their stores. iPhone 12 user.

@ThreeUK Went to three to renew of charities contract. 2hrs later is has not been sorted as two telephone customer service workers messed us about. Will cancel our contract with three in May!!!
