    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK According to the fault checker there are no issues in my area. According to my devices there is no internet. Had to go for a walk just to find enough signal to discover this. Has been intermittent all day, normally I get to 9pm before it stops working

    @ThreeUKSupport I had the issue Monday for 24hours and this issue has been since Friday and seems to be gettinf worse....im sick of ringing to be told nothinf can be done im.paying for a service I can't use...and work from home and this is making it difficult

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi yes they have, but lately it seems Ive been having more problems then usual and i tried speak to someone on the chat but thier was 40 waiting already in the que.I’ve been a 3 customer for a long time and seems loyalty doesn’t mean much nowadays.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, the problem was resolved for about two weeks and then developed again. It's been a constant. I won't be renewing your Internet come June.
