After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

@ThreeUKSupport I should have got a 12 months sim only contract 12GB - this was confirmed with customer service rep Mohamed Farid who promised to email me confirmation but did not. I can only see my old contract online. Please sort this out, it’s terrible customer service and lying to customers

@ThreeUKSupport we have been having intermittent internet for 2 weeks postcode E9. the network service checker says there is maintenance. i phoned an advisor last week and they said this work would be completed last Thursday. we are still having issues, when will this be fixed?

@ThreeUKSupport Wow.. that’s a hard pass from me then. Especially as I don’t see you new-to-customer prices rising in the same way and when my wages don’t even go up by the same rate. Which sucks as I could *really* use the upload speed from a 5G home line 😭

@ThreeUKSupport On the 26th November. I’ve submitted an official complaint and they said call - I do not wish to call as clearly what you say on the phone cannot be trusted. Please can you ask the complaints team to respond in writing or escalate to senior management
