Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK Having really bad issues with your network at the moment even though saying I have full service, you have even changed my SIM card for me but made no difference. Unfortunately it's in a number of areas 😢

@bt_uk Hi Catherine. I have my land line, broadband and 5 mobile phone sims with BT. I was offered a £60 token gesture to put towards my @ThreeUK sim but when I pay BT about £1200 a year and have been customer for over 20 years i found this unexceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Are you aware there is network issues in the Warlingham area ? 4G, 5G not working. Phone calls disconnect intermittently. I'm working from home but for last 2hrs I haven't been able to work due to this outage. How long will it take to get it resolved?

@ThreeUKSupport Using an iPhone 12. It been over a month- same issue for others in the household on this network. Service checker says mast is being worked on but this is ridiculous

@ThreeUK “Our 3G Home Signal Box service is coming to an end” That’s us stuffed then. No cellular signal here in mid Wales despite endless promises from @ThreeUK and WiFi calling crap + can’t send SMS, so off to EE it is. They at least do provide a cell signal in the area.

@ThreeUKSupport Went in to store to check if Republic of Ireland included in my allowance told no you’ll be charged £2 per day or you can buy a sim for £10 I arrive in Ireland to a text saying it’s included, go back today to get a refund the AM refused as I don’t have receipt she was rude
