3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Long Buckby, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Long Buckby and nearby locations:

  • troozers
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

  • capnthommo
    Stoneface Vimes 🇨🇰 3.5%er #RejoinEU #FBPE (@capnthommo) reported from Weedon Beck, England

@ThreeUKSupport Still not working. No connection on homefi. There has been nothing all day.

  • bitemespices
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I was told it was with 'the appropriate team' who would be reminded there was still an issue.

  • bitemespices
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Sadly no one called to resolve the issues despite assurances we would be called back yesterday. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

  • ashpole
ashpole (@ashpole) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@jamesthomson @ThreeUK I’ve been with them for years, because of the USA roaming but not much prospect of being over there anytime soon. If network coverage is an issue and Three is good, ID Mobile and Smarty have some good deals. I need Wi-Fi Calling too.

  • Pau1Mc
Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England

The @ThreeUK saga goes from bad to worse, the already owed me £20 after I swapped to a (better!) provider, “can’t resolve it due to a technical issue” and now they’ve just taken another £40 out of my bank account! Thieving bastards. Would recommend you avoid them at all costs!

  • atlantean526
David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..

  • Chente_70
Opinador en el exilio 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇻🇪 (@Chente_70) reported from Rugby, England

@ThreeUKSupport Today I have not been able to work courtesy of @ThreeUK network I imagine that a compensation will open 😡

  • macksonwakama
Mackson Wakama (@macksonwakama) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUK Hello, I have been attempting to cancel my Monthly Boost 6GB add-on for a while but it still shows, and I'm still charged

  • DiLatchford
Di Latchford (@DiLatchford) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Shame on you @BBCBreakfast openly mocking Threes suggestion to turn a phone on and off. Told my colleague to do this yesterday and guess what, she reconnected to the network. It's not as stupid as you might think. @ThreeUK

  • WordsFromAPen
WordsFromAPen (@WordsFromAPen) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.

  • Roy_Long
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.

  • oliveemason
Olivia Mason (@oliveemason) reported from Rugby, England

Think all companies need to learn from @ThreeUK and how to treat loyal customers. Their customer service is literally faultless every single time 🙌🏽 would never use another phone provider again!

  • mikewalker74
Mike Walker (@mikewalker74) reported from Roade, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK your voicemail services seem to be down there is no automated answer either to pick up messages or if I don't answer they goto no voice. Tested two phone numbers both issue

  • Roy_Long
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).

  • richbishop
Rich Bishop (@richbishop) reported from Cawston, England

@ThreeUKSupport Next bill is tomorrow, but, you sent me a text this morning to say you can't cancel it (contrary to the message you sent on 31st Jan - where you also compensated me for last time you failed)

  • Metshaz
Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England

@ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

  • rod_dunbar
Rod Dunbar (@rod_dunbar) reported from Moulton, England

@ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

  • JessLeighA
Jess Adams (@JessLeighA) reported from Northamptonshire, England

Really disappointed with @ThreeUKSupport WUNTU app. Never ever get free or discounted costas or greggs anymore. Don’t use any of the good things as don’t have any near my town 😭

    Neha Patel (@Nehajp1) reported

@ThreeUK no network in my area for months. How do you plan to compensate the fact it's taking so long to fix the issue?!

  • andreaowenss
    𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮 (@andreaowenss) reported

Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.

  • gupster
    Glenn Smith (@gupster) reported

@ThreeUK FYI network outage in Ta178tg after a power outage. Signal showing but not data connection.

  • KRUNAL1
    K (@KRUNAL1) reported

@ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people

  • SynthHenry
    #1 BREAKDOWN ***** (@SynthHenry) reported

.@ThreeUK with the worst service & customer service of all time. online help gets told EXPLICITLY how my issue is YOUR FAULT, so YOU need to do something about it and got cut off by your agents

  • HughCampbell7
    Hugh Campbell (@HughCampbell7) reported

@ThreeUK impossible to get help on there website.

  • Unlucky_Dude2
    A-I (@Unlucky_Dude2) reported

@ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and 5 trasactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?

  • mattstannard
    Matt Stannard (@mattstannard) reported

@ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?

  • AtticAtac
    Nic Lloyd-Evans (@AtticAtac) reported

@ThreeUK why will you not let me upgrade my phone. 5 times I have called and as soon as I say no upsell just the phone they hang up. Once is an accident twice is a coincidence 5 times is enemy action.

  • omnishredder_
    Omni (@omnishredder_) reported

@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month
