BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandAny update? @ThreeUKSupport Still no broadband through the huawei hub but 4g on my phone signal. Several weeks on intermittant service and now nothing for 3 days. #threedown #customerservice #help
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I was told it was with 'the appropriate team' who would be reminded there was still an issue.
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandStill no response @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It appears that your support/ customer service is as poor as your broadband service. Currently non-existent.
-
WordsFromAPen (@WordsFromAPen) reported from Northamptonshire, England@EE Been with @ThreeUK for years & the prices get better & better the longer you're with them. The communication aspect is hit & miss but they recently sorted out a problem for me so fast, I couldn't fault them. The speed is okay to me. Lower prices & I'd reconsider.
-
Gr4y R4nger (@sailingbikeruk) reported from Byfield, England@ThreeUK network unusable and website down... comment to @BBC "we are investigating an issue" I've listened to @Jenny_Radcliffe @PhilipIngMBE too much and I've got my Tin Hat on - it's not what's said but what isn't.
-
Stoneface Vimes 🇨🇰 3.5%er #RejoinEU #FBPE (@capnthommo) reported from Weedon Beck, England@ThreeUKSupport Still not working. No connection on homefi. There has been nothing all day.
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to 3 helpdesk and that's when I started getting the service update texts. I've given postcodes at all times, and yet I still don't get a decent signal (and data in the nn5 5tz postcode is a joke, both indoors and outdoors).
-
Paul McEvoy ✏️⚙️ (@Pau1Mc) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Nope! Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.
-
Rich Bishop (@richbishop) reported from Cawston, England@ThreeUKSupport Next bill is tomorrow, but, you sent me a text this morning to say you can't cancel it (contrary to the message you sent on 31st Jan - where you also compensated me for last time you failed)
-
💜 (@Summerrr_x) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK please fix your internet coverage and complaints department both are useless 👍🏼
-
Stoneface Vimes 🇨🇰 3.5%er #RejoinEU #FBPE (@capnthommo) reported from Weedon Beck, England@ThreeUKSupport I'll try the homefi hub. That's where the problem is/was. This has been an intermittent issue over the last 6 days. Worst today.
-
Dylan Parrin (@dylanparrin) reported from Rugby, England@ThreeUK please please please can you sort out the data speeds on whatever tower feeds Rugby Train Station. I’ve been reporting it for weeks and it’s still not fixed. It’s incredibly slow and frustrating.
-
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
-
Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England@ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.
-
Phil Smith (@tigersmad1) reported from Lutterworth, England@mick_miller @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Unbelievable Mick, it gets worse with everything had the same problem with Argos 😔
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport So I thought I might get somewhere today but no help. Sadly @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are closed now. Trying again tomorrow.
-
Mackson Wakama (@macksonwakama) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK Hello, I have been attempting to cancel my Monthly Boost 6GB add-on for a while but it still shows, and I'm still charged
-
Rich Bishop (@richbishop) reported from Cawston, England@ThreeUKSupport Find me a live chat service that works, or a number where I'm not on hold for 30 minutes, and I'll do it. So far you've failed to do either of those. Next option - you leave me no choice but to start making official complaints and look into legal action for breach of contract
-
Coel Harrison (@CoelHarrison94) reported from Towcester, England@_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it
-
Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England@ThreeUKSupport 0.5mb for nearly 36 hours! Having to go to Mum's house to do my banking and online shopping. Call handler told me "working on mast in my area". Service checker says no problems. To make it even worse, my mobile phone has run out of data allowance because of it.

Alf ❤️🔥 (@IndieDevFire) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem
-
delwyn hawkins (@desmoderby) reported@ThreeUK Really pi**ed today. Buy European roaming as an extension to our contact with you. Approaching Verona no signal for 90min which meant no navigation around 2 serious accidents. Fortunately we have driven to where we were going in Verona before. Nowhere good enough.
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedB43 Birmimgham Can you sort out bad internet connection pleaze? @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK ....................... @O2 is fine.
-
Trudi Price (@thedude310777) reportedI'm going to do as I've got no laptop or anything. I tried with Sky as I'm with them for broadband and tv for over 10 years yet they won't either. I'm currently going through Cancer treatment so not working at the moment so I'm stuck! @ThreeUK @SkyUK no loyalty
-
Robbo$ONDO (@Robbo2024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. £12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.
-
John craig Sinclair (@JohncraigSincl2) reportedIF ANYONE HAS GOT SIMCARD ONLY CONTRACTS WITH @ThreeUK, CANCEL THEM AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AS IT'S ADDING A MINIMUM OF £12.16 ONTO YOUR DIRECT DEBIT BILLS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU AS I ONLY FOUND OUT 10 MINUTES AGO
-
John 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@Iwantmytrain) reportedWhen @ThreeUK split their bills so you now get a separate bill for airtime and the device, it became the biggest inconvenience for the customer. Convenient for Three, not their customers. TERRIBLE idea.
-
Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
