Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England@ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I have no time to sort this out as I'm trying to work. However this phone is my main point of contact for calls, emails, etc.. for my business. I am potentially losing business if my clients cannot contact me. I need a reliable mobile network, and currently 3 is not that network.
-
Gr4y R4nger (@sailingbikeruk) reported from Byfield, England@ThreeUK network unusable and website down... comment to @BBC "we are investigating an issue" I've listened to @Jenny_Radcliffe @PhilipIngMBE too much and I've got my Tin Hat on - it's not what's said but what isn't.
-
David Harrison (@snapperdavid46) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandA victim of @ThreeUK today. ‘No Service’ displayed; No ‘WiFi Calling’. Not a heavy user, only £10:00 per month BUT did miss a fairly important call this evening!😡
-
jeff archer (@JF111) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK any chance you can sort the service in Northampton out paying for the last 2 months & all but no coverage a text mess to tell it’s going to be **** does not help
-
BiteMe (@bitemespices) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I was told it was with 'the appropriate team' who would be reminded there was still an issue.
-
Sharon (@Metshaz) reported from Desborough, England@ThreeUKSupport 0.5mb for nearly 36 hours! Having to go to Mum's house to do my banking and online shopping. Call handler told me "working on mast in my area". Service checker says no problems. To make it even worse, my mobile phone has run out of data allowance because of it.
-
Rich Bishop (@richbishop) reported from Cawston, England@ThreeUKSupport Next bill is tomorrow, but, you sent me a text this morning to say you can't cancel it (contrary to the message you sent on 31st Jan - where you also compensated me for last time you failed)
-
Steve Deeks (@DeeksSteve) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUK Hi 3, the screen matrix is numb on my X max, I’m having a terrible customer experience trying to get service, the most inept ‘customer service’ Indian call centre I’ve ever experienced. I loathe being one of your ‘customers’, I regret it deeply. I’m 2hrs in, no further
-
Rod Dunbar (@rod_dunbar) reported from Moulton, England@ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service
-
Victoria Earl (@vickiearl_earl) reported from Grange Park, England@ThreeUK you are without doubt, appalling!!! I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and understanding! Somehow I have been signed up to a contract I don’t want, I contacted you to cancel an upgrade and the left hand has no idea what the right is doing
-
Coel Harrison (@CoelHarrison94) reported from Towcester, England@_Chris_Hurst_ @cabman1967 @ThreeUK Laughable mate I work for a network provider and they tell you to push what they get for free in the customers face, it's barely free when you lose £300 by doing it
-
Andy Stewart (@troozers) reported from Brixworth, England@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?
-
Angie W (@madonskis) reported from Swinford, England@johnh59 @ThreeUK No one else offer a better service I assume? I’ve always been with Vodafone and they’ve updated all their masts over the past few years and I get a signal practically anywhere now.
-
Mike Walker (@mikewalker74) reported from Roade, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK your voicemail services seem to be down there is no automated answer either to pick up messages or if I don't answer they goto no voice. Tested two phone numbers both issue
-
David Henderson (@atlantean526) reported from Northamptonshire, England@ThreeUKSupport ok then three, went in-store today to renew my two sim only contracts, all done no problems. My main pay monthly phone contract is eligible for renewal tomorrow, yet the store worker couldn't get the early upgrade fee waived (£19). Cont'd..

Can’t login to your app (still “undergoing essential maintenance” another week later…) and when I tried the phone line it spat me out before I could speak to a person. I’m owed money that was the credit balance on my closed account.
-
Roy Long (@Roy_Long) reported from Northamptonshire, EnglandA question for @ThreeUKSupport why has the issue in NN5 postcode not been fixed....or the one in mk41 postcode. You are not providing the service that you promised when I took out a contract with you. I'll be leaving at renewal time unless your coverage issues are fixed.
-
Paul Spencer (@spenny0417) reported from Desborough, England@ThreeUKSupport joined you yesterday and had no phone service internet not a good start to a 24 month contact what’s happening your chat isn’t working either

كامِل (@heyitskamil_) reported@FoxRunTime @skylermzx @ThreeUK Does it not depend on where you are? That’s usually how it is with mobile broadband/mobile service providers

'Name can't be blank' says x, so that's my name (@KMB193) reported@scampaboy @ThreeUK They are awful, and their agents can't help with anything. Told me to go in store, I asked what they can do, agent can't and just said that's my option!!!

Paul Onky (@CGarboid) reported@ThreeUKSupport having big issues with people calling me. I can’t have issues as I have a crt-d (defibrillator) fitted and need my phone to be able to receive calls. Not receiving calls and 5g signal but I don’t get the calls.
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reportedB43 Birmimgham Can you sort out bad internet connection pleaze? @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK ....................... @O2 is fine.
-
elephantum aureum (@Gilt_Elephant) reported@ThreeUK — get your act together — you continue to be a disgrace in terms of what you promise and the piss poor effort you deliver.
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
rawkingcoconutwater (@rawkingcoconut) reported@ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you can’t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company
