These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.
