Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.

Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. Steve Harrison (@stevejh1973) reported@ThreeUK even after the merging with Vodafone my actual phone signal remains at one bar at home (E9). And, for some reason, my WiFi calling hardly works too. It is not my phone as I have always had this problem. Basically it is impossible for me to actually make calls at home!
