These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.

At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

It's been a week now - so much for adding a data pack to be sure of roaming coverage for my holiday! So many broken promises, 24 hours, 48 hours... a whole week later and still no further forward!
