Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. Michael (@TheMichael84) reported from Gorebridge, Scotland@ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.
-

Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.
-

Kevin (@kevocateur) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!
-
Mel Robbo (@mel_robbo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport not able to text from my phone or receive any. Is there an issue in EH6?
-

Follower (@Stephen27784350) reported@ThreeUKSupport Do you not support wifi calling outside the uk?
-
GIFTSpromo (@Gpromo_UK) reported@ThreeUK So you can't provide a stable broadband connection, and tell me I can't cancel without paying an early disconnection fee? What of bunch of useless, thieving ******* ***** you are! See you in court you complete and utter ******* scum!
-
Keith (@Keith5978673925) reported@ThreeUK When will you be fixing the tower in Aberdeen? It has been down for maintenance for seven weeks, and maximum download speeds of 2 Mbps simply do not work. The tower spends more time down for maintenance each year than it does actually providing a service.
-
A-I (@Unlucky_Dude2) reported@ThreeUK i have been getting charged by applepay. I have never used applepay and 5 trasactions totalling around £84 in space of 10 mins. I dont own an iphone and have no transactions showing up on my google pay acc on my android phone. What scam is this?
-
FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported@ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Why is the coverage online so poor in Birmingham B43...sort it out.
-
Matt Stannard (@mattstannard) reported@ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?
-
Mark Chappell (@MarkChappe93649) reported@ThreeUK why do you have illogical proceedures that don't allow the account holder, but non phone user, to cancel the contract when have passed security validation but not have access to a passcode? Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
-
Kitty Coco (@BambieBambini) reported@ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.
