@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK Can anyone suggest a way to contact Three from abroad? Should be simple but the numbers from overseas are not answered and cut off quickly, the live chat facility is unavailable and there is no E-mail option!! What about customer service???

@ThreeUKSupport I did that, got referred to online chat, and after an hour and a half they still haven't resolved it and the chat disconnected because they requested I reset the settings on my phone, despite my phone not being the problem.

@ThreeUKSupport no issues with security, I asked for you cancel my mobile account, had the end of contract cancel fee and asked if it would go out my bank end of otober automatically. It didn't and now I've been on the phone to your people who have sent to a debt service. Thanks a lot
