    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK @EE you've both built a new shared 5G mast near my parents' house. Since then their @FreeviewTV doesn't work any more. Obviously it's interference causing it. What can you do to help fix that please?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there, we've been getting woeful internet speeds on our 4G router and phones here in AB22 for about 4 days, from the network status checker it looks like there's some work being done on a nearby mast - any ETA on when that will be resolved? Thanks!

    @ThreeUKSupport tried to upgrade today. After 12 yrs as a customer I was told that the deal I wanted would cost me £4 per month more than as advertised on 'My3' as I was not a new customer. No thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport …which I was told would take “up to 48 hours” but was more like 3 weeks buts it’s the wrong size. I know it sounds little, but it has been issue after issue and this is the straw that has broken the camel’s back. My dad is paying decent £ for an iPhone 13 he can’t use.
