@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoken with customer service who stated I have been billed for 11 months after cancelling because I didn’t use a pad code I didn’t ask for. This is a scam and I want a refund. Moving forward I will be taking legal action. Your company is fraudulent.

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2
