@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

Sooooo @ThreeUKSupport are literally the worst. Outage for OVER A WEEK. Missing CRITICAL BUSINESS MEETINGS. Told to DM them, did so. Then told to use chat bot, did so. Now I have to be redirected AGAIN to someone on the phone? I did that last week? And still not fixed?

I’ve been hit by another wave of bot phone calls. Im reporting every one via the text service I was given but this is getting too much now. The thought of having to change my number after 16 years is almost as stressful as the calls. @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali, the work is still ongoing and I'm without a usable data connection during working hours again. It's not really on, there is no warning and my signal just drops (usually mid-meeting). How long is the entire project going on for, not just today's works?
