@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@AKilikita @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK They just offered me £5. They clearly think their customers aren't worth having. I'm phoning their complaints team now. I don't actually care who provides me, but where my son can't contact me in an emergency... No way!

@AKilikita @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK So after an HOUR on the phone to people who can't help, I googled the email address of the CEO, yep you can do that, and got a PAC code. If they think it's acceptable to ignore complaints and pretend the complaint didn't happen, I can vote with my feet and go elsewhere.
