@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport I wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi call was off, however the Wi-Fi button was switched on… I switched it off and it solved the problem! Still shouldn’t be happening

@ThreeUKSupport It has not been refunded yet so I have to wait till refunds comes through to order again, the customer service has been shocking, told by different people that order was with courier and it had been cancelled

@ThreeUKSupport (3) I requested to be transferred to the customer complaints desk which then logged my issue and were somewhat helpful as they patched me through to the team which was said are able to resolve my issue. These guys said they will call be, which they did but i missed the call

@ThreeUKSupport A few months ago I think. I was advised that my existing unlimited contract would just roll to a monthly basis unless I chose to sign on for a new 12-24 month plan. Which I avoided due to emergent signal issues following Three network works (note on my account)

Why is it so difficult to setup broadband with @ThreeUK. I **** you not ive spent all day trying to sort it. I've given up and gone with Sky. Literally took me ten minutes sort. Just have to wait until the 4th may for it to be live!
