@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK your teams are an absolute disgrace. I have been put through to 3 different departments trying to report that I have had a contract fraudulently set up in my name. I have reported this to Action Fraud, but there is no one at three who will help me.

@ThreeUK I don’t want call Three again, your colleagues are useless and just aggressively tried to sell me the extended contract, this is becoming ridiculous and illegal to keep charging me money and threatening me, I never agreed and signed to extend the contract!!!!!!!

@HSouthwellFE @ThreeUK they’re awful down here. have lived here for 3 years with ‘unlimited everything’ and it’s the opposite is true. Even with data passports.
