@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK My Mother has severe Dementia and has not used her phone for at least 18 months we stopped payments and told you to cancel the phone we have sent proof of her Dementia in a Doctors letter, you won’t accept this as she didn’t send it what part of Dementia do you 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport I called up again and I'm waiting for customer relations to contact me back. 3 cancelled hubby's contract whilst I was paying off an overdue balance and are now refusing to reactivate the account when I pay off the remainder tomorrow...saidnit was cancelled on 2nd Feb 1/2
