    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

    @ThreeUK When will the tower in Ab11 be fixed? It’s been down for maintenance for 9 weeks now. 2MBPS download speeds just don’t cut it. Ask EE to borrow a competent engineer.

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to your customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three knowingly supporting Fraud!
