    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    Hi @ThreeUK I am a long term generally satisfied customer. I need a number to ring so that I can speak to a real human being about the +40% increase in my monthly bill. I have done the AI merry go round, got texted a4 figure code and back unto the going nowhere roundabout. 🙁

    Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?     @ThreeUKSupport I have been scammed through 3 Pay and Three withdrew money from my account knowing about the fraud. I keep reporting the fraud to customer services and nothing has been done to address it. Three consciously enable Fraud!

    If you live in north Shropshire don’t have a Moblie contract with @SMARTYMobileUK or @ThreeUK their network is overloaded they have no more capacity and there is no work planned to solve the problem @HelenMorganMP why do we have to put up with such a bad Moblie service

    I truly give up with @SMARTYMobileUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK our phone signal has been degrading for over twelve months it’s been reported just shows the extent of greed within these companies!! This is today’s results WiFi and 4g nothing no signal at all #dontwaistmoney3smarty
