@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK @Ofcom I was charged double for last month's bill. Customer Service did not call back as promised. You want customers to pay by direct debit but breach the direct debit guarantee of an immediate refund. Customer Service flatly refused my refund. When will I get my money.

It appears @ThreeUKSupport have been selling phones they don’t have in stock. Must be the shortest customer duration ever, signed up Tuesday, contract cancelled Thursday. Unbelievable and the worst service, lies being told about DPD failing to deliver when it’s actually no stock!

@ThreeUKSupport you’ve had my mothers name wrong on a phone bill for three years. She got so frustrated with you not helping her correct it (even tho you had no issue billing her bank) she cancelled the contract. You have just sent her a bill (still in the wrong name) for 49p...

@gIovesupjade @ThreeUKSupport Did you hear anything? I’ve got to the bottom of it, they are selling stock they don’t have and lying that it’s DPD who are the issue. Fact is my phone was never even dispatched. I have now cancelled and will be going elsewhere!
