@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport ok so it seems the issue was that you had deleted my account entirely, I was able to register anew, having logged in though, I have no spending cap on my account and am nowhere near my data limit so not sure why you sent a message saying I was nearly at my limit?

@ThreeUKSupport Call to customer service on Wednesday with many promises. Didn’t happen. Thursday call to CS gets cut off part way through. Today, more promises unfulfilled and no rectification after >2 hrs on to your agents.

So a few people told me not to go to @ThreeUK because the customer service was bad, however, I just had the best customer service I've had all pandemic from some lovely person called 'Zoyeb'. So um three, please give this person some appreciation!
