@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Whilst I appreciate the response, this is the generic IPv6 response that I've seent sent to others. To clarify the Samsung A40 is often issued an IPv6 address whereas the OnePlus 8 has never been issued an IPv6 address. I therefore believe this is a OnePlus issue @OnePlus_UK

17 mins in queue attempting to contact @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK - eventually connected,hearing a family from who knows where,who don't know that i'm on the line.Further 6 minutes listening to them blithering on about who knows what and then call terminated. Great customer service

@O2 Hi can someone help me with keeping a phone number?? I ported my mums number over to her new @ThreeUK sim and its not there? Should have changed over on the 29th??? The numbers gone from her o2 sim but isn’t on the new 3 sim?

@ThreeUK contract, should I decide to stay with Three. I’ve been with you for a number of years despite having been offered better deals by other service providers but I showed you loyalty, in turn I feel I’ve been treated like a mug by you, it’s an atrocious performance by you.

@jamietheharv @ThreeUK I think Vodafone & o2 rule the phone industry. I would never use O2 because they conned me years ago. Been with Vodafone ever since and no issues. Xxx
