@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you for getting back to me. I am in SA70 Tenby - Wales. I am shocked at how little network I’m getting here. I’m not expecting to watch YouTube or anything but emails & satnav are pretty important.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I did. I was told 'there was a problem, but it is fixed now'. They did not know what the problem had been. When this twitter account was asked what the problem was last week, we were told that you don't have any specifics. When did it start? The same answer.

@ThreeUKSupport Three already admitted to me and other users in the last week that there's an issue. Please, honesty. There could be people needing web for medical reasons. I'm not spending time on the phone when it's known there's a fault or works your side. Again, be honest, pls

@ThreeUK hello, is there a problem with the 5G home broadband in Rotherhithe, London, this evening? It doesn’t seem to be working and has been quite ropey for a few days, on and off. Thanks.
