@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Let’s hope so. I’ve been very patient, despite being repeatedly “lied” to. As much as I want to stay a customer of @ThreeUK, being able to have dual sim capability via eSim is more important to me. If that means moving to EE, so be in.

Can’t believe @ThreeUK’s service! Bought the new iPhone 12 Pro Max, they lost it in the post over 2 weeks ago sending it to the wrong address and still haven’t replaced it! Telling me to wait and call back every three days. Absolute Shambles

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport easily the worst customer service. They are really nice on the phone but do not follow through. I’m being ripped off, paying insurance and they sold my contract to @WeSquareTrade who are doing everything to avoid fixing my phone.#scam #shambles
