@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport for the phone they recalled and was never delivered!! Multiple complaints and dealings with call centres in India who claim they will fix it and 10 weeks later and we are still here!! How can I speak to someone with half a brain??? @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport It varies. Sometimes the 4G symbol has a "!" next to it and it won't work at all, sometimes it looks fine but the internet will stop working after a few minutes and the problem continues for the day. Yes, same post code

@ThreeUKSupport just had to pay £46 to close down an account which should have been closed 10 months ago by a member of staff in store. Was promised this would be refunded on the first call & by the end was told not possible. CC @KatieMorley_
