    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    Love affair with @ThreeUK 5G Internet lasted 36 hrs. It then died and hasn't revived. The future involves as many let downs as Tories ... 'sorry for any disruption ... engineers are working on masts nearby, which means the rest of our network is handling more traffic than usual.'

    Fantastic service from @ThreeUK asked for PAC now 21 times and still waiting. Had an online chat to organise! Took 24mins to be told call 333! Called.........closed! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Want the reason I am leaving then here is one of them!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been through all of this before and was told it’s because a mast in my area has problems and three have no intention of fixing it. So I basically get faster speeds at 3G then 4G

    @threeuk since upgrading to new SE 2020 (from Three to new Three contract), and having spoken to a service advisor to get my old number on the new phone, my old phone is still fully functional, but I cant get messages or access voicemail on new phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi I’m trying to transfer my old number as I’ve joined 3, I’ve got my PAC code from Vodafone however everytime I try to do it on the website it says there’s an error even though nothing is wrong with the numbers I’m putting in? Help please I now have 2 numbers

    @ThreeUK Has any one else had problems communicating with 3? Iv been trying since the first lock down to change my tariffs not been able to talk to anyone? Would not recommend 3 there terribly!!!!
