@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Have you got site issues? Just received 2 new Sim card [already have 2 long standing sim only deals] I can't register them, on the account it constantly proceeds as an existing customer and won't register a new, then defaults to 'we're having technical issues'

@ThreeUK terrible customer service a customer of 2 years I went to store to cancel a year ago said it would stop at the end of my contract noticed that £600 over a year was taken with no activity on account but no refund. Devastated a company could do this in these hard times!

@ThreeUKSupport No 2 additional sims, only tried 1 so far I can call out in it but not text or receive calls and texts. And can't register as it alway goes to existing account login details whether on app, Google chrome or Microsoft Edge.
