@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

How on earth is it that I took out a 5G plan with @ThreeUK a month ago and in that time I’ve barely seen anything more than a couple bars of 4G signal on my phone? I get that signal strength varies depending on location but it’s not like Greater London is a rural area is it?

@ThreeUKSupport SE4 1UW nothing to do with make of phone as my mobile broadband is having issues too, there is a problem in the area with connection, I want to know what the issue is and when it will be resolved, it has been days with speeds under 1 Mbps!

@ThreeUKSupport (2/2……) b) port, then give the new network a chance, especially if new features (why risk a 2nd port back to 3 unless it becomes necessary). Voxi is looking appealing (no minimum term so not tied in, still has wi-fi calling) when existing 3 add-on expiring….

@ThreeUKSupport My 4G signal has been terrible for the past month. I've had to be on 3G to have a usable connection despite paying the £35 p/m for the unlimited package. Is this being resolved? I'm in NW6

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, this has now been included on my bill. Which I was told it wouldnt be after contacting several times. Really annoyed by this as this was a promise made by three support staff.
