    @ThreeUKSupport Hi 3, any update on when this will be fixed, its over a month now with no service provided, surely a break in contract and you’ve taken payment today for 5 or 6 days service. I am sure you can check with someone somwhere to see for an update or a timescale. No info from links.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, any update on this? Into 8th day now and it really is unacceptable. Since being set up 12 days ago I have only had 4 days service. Could you please get in touch with me, I get no sense from call handlers on the sub continent, thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, sent back and tracking number provided. Rep I spoke to yesterday says it’s now confirmed returned but a poor customer experience and I am taking my number to EE😟

    @ThreeUK How do you make a complaint? Little to no internet/phone service at home for 18 months. Chat is useless. Stores are no help! Sent a letter to the complaints team they write back telling you to go on the usless chat!! Appalling customer service.

    @ThreeUK I am so fed up with this extremely poor Broadband. I've complained twice and been told it's a mast being fixed. 3 weeks later there is No improvement. It's like living in the dark ages!! Upload speed of only 3.76mb/s

    @robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way

    @IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
