    @Jem_Lou @ThreeUK If it’s not fixed you can get out the contract as they are not supplying you the service you thought you were getting, write everything down and also take pictures of the signal etc etc for evidence of no service

    @ThreeUKSupport I think I’m going to speak to a solicitor regarding this instead, I’ve gotten zero help over the phone and I’ve spent hours trying. Trying to charge me over £200 to a cancel a failed service is outrageous, it’s a breach of contract

    @O2 shocking service all round whilst trying to transfer my old number from @ThreeUK . 48hours and waiting…. Poor customer support, left on the line with no response or solution. Very disappointed.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you please tell me why you keep reducing your signal level between noon and 5pm in Cowes IOW every day this week. I have both a 3 mobile phone and home broadband account. Both are unusable.

    @ThreeUK been trying to get hold of customer advisor for 2 days. Need an additional sim contract. Got a reply from live chat yesterday and was told to wait for sales team to be connected. No one from sales came to the chat and i waited for about an hour in chat. Any reason?

    @ThreeUKSupport But the problem only started when that message (with the Scottish accent) about "sim only deals" was inserted into the top up process, making it impossible to top up unless I talked to someone about your deals! So while that's the case I'm afraid I'll remain suspicious.

    @ThreeUKSupport been waiting for a phone call to complete my Mi-Fi order I placed on Tuesday as more details were apparently needed. Only call I’ve had is to try and sell me more SIM cards. Please help.

    @Thehitmonliam @ThreeUKSupport @O2 I never had any issues with them unlit the past 9 months. 4G not working, calls dropping out etc. Not to mention dropping the roam like at home.
