@ThreeUKSupport My number no longer seems to be registered on network and I can't access my account online as you're Experiencing Technical Difficulties. What's going on?

  • lotternine

  • paulforsyth7867
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.

Jon (@JonInEdinburgh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!

  • scott_wright91
Scott Wright (@scott_wright91) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Barriestweeting @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK best for customer service in my opinion.

  • photomadmichael
Michael Higgins (@photomadmichael) reported from Queensferry, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s all good Kim, panic over I switched the phone off and on again problem solved lol

  • stuart272
Stuart (@stuart272) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@ThreeUK I know it is a stiff competition but you must surely have the worst customer service in the mobile industry

  • ianwsmith82
Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport why ask me to do a survey with text replies then charge me for the replies. Honestly that's pretty poor.

  • aberquine
Laura (@aberquine) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Anyone else on @ThreeUKSupport got No Service?! I’m in Edinburgh EH11. #ThreeUKdown

  • steph_ashford
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Huawei 4g router 3 Pro. There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. This started yesterday and is causing me major problems with my work.

  • RTPeat
Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

  • shadlx
Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch

  • DavidBourne1978
David Bourne (@DavidBourne1978) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Nope not yet as work is an issue. Best after 7pm tonight

  • Alfiedog9
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.

  • frvic93
frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, but it's OK, I don't really need to use it at home. Just wanted to make you aware the network is struggling around these parts

  • gm8arv
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

  • steph_ashford
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.

  • Scottc79
Scott Campbell (@Scottc79) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have just spent the most hofficially infuriating few minutes of my life trying to string together a conversation with some absolute moron in your joke of a call centre. You guys must work tirelessly to attain such Herculean levels of abject service.

  • kevocateur
Kevin (@kevocateur) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!

  • john_rafa
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Very slow connection as shown on the speed test. A friend also on three is experiencing the same. It's as bad as yesterday. Just improved in the evening. Can't load anything.

What is going on @VodafoneUK ? Ever since you bought @ThreeUK your network has been awful. An Edge signal in the middle of @LoveMeadowhall ?!! Frequent zero throughput, degraded signal strength *everywhere*. It's like going back in time 20 years!

  • nickyboy1886
    Me (@nickyboy1886) reported

So ****** off with the service from @ThreeUK (supposedly I can piggy back off @VodafoneUK masts?!) is there a problem calling landline numbers today? Mobile … fine, landlines ~ nothing … just silence?

  • Nehajp1
    Neha Patel (@Nehajp1) reported

@ThreeUK no network in my area for months. How do you plan to compensate the fact it's taking so long to fix the issue?!

  • BambieBambini
    Kitty Coco (@BambieBambini) reported

@ThreeUK Warning for 3 PAYG Users They cut off my service and kept my remaining credit, claiming no chargeable activity for 6 months, despite a recent call I have the logs on my phone to prove. This is the last time they will rob me. I’m switching to another provider.

  • BritainAnon
    BritainAnon (@BritainAnon) reported

@ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

  • JohnF74683580
    John F (@JohnF74683580) reported

@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem in Coventry CV2 area as unable to call or receive calls, the whole network is down affecting my work

  • AcgbPetrus
    Álvaro Pétrus (@AcgbPetrus) reported

@ThreeUK I'm spending some time abroad and I've had problems with my international roaming. I can no longer use my plan; I have absolutely no signal. I need help but haven't been able to get it so far. Can you assist me? The company doesn't seem to care much about its customers.

  • petronious
    Tanzanian Terrier 🇬🇧🇹🇿🇺🇦🇮🇱 (@petronious) reported

Years ago , especially during at half time I, like many others had the same problem. But since the introduction of 5G I have no problems at all but I am guessing it is down to individual providers I am with @ThreeUK.
