3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Kirkliston, Scotland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Kirkliston and nearby locations:

  • shadlx Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch

  • john_rafa Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

  • ianwsmith82 Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport why ask me to do a survey with text replies then charge me for the replies. Honestly that's pretty poor.

  • stuart272 Stuart (@stuart272) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@ThreeUK I know it is a stiff competition but you must surely have the worst customer service in the mobile industry

  • shootrecordlife Gary Oliver (@shootrecordlife) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK It's like when have a rant on a WhatsApp group chat then realise it was a bad idea.

  • ianwsmith82 Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport honestly terrible customer service from you today. Beyond hopeless

  • jeccles621 Jim Eccleston (@jeccles621) reported from Carlops, Scotland

@ThreeUK Mobike data on Three network has not been working for two weeks now n the EH26 area. Never a problem before

  • gm8arv David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

  • Rawssy Ross (@Rawssy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Really starting to piss me off how bad @ThreeUK ‘s signal is... I’m in central Edinburgh I have 1 bar of 4g and it takes 20-30 seconds to load 1 picture...... IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN

  • zah_ali Zahid Ali (@zah_ali) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport No data or signal at all 😥

  • RTPeat Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

  • ianwsmith82 Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I'm still not a happy customer to be honest but it's been resolved

  • Johnmhunt John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

I spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

  • DavidBourne1978 David Bourne (@DavidBourne1978) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Nope not yet as work is an issue. Best after 7pm tonight

  • gm8arv David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

  • shadlx Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport @AndrewCruzeUK As can how rubbish your network provider is

  • Mattsteedman matt Steedman - (@Mattsteedman) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . Just 48 hours I was singing your praises to a few of my mates asking why they were staying with a rival network. I told them three was the way forward and then you go & let me down like this. Looks like finally it’s working but let’s not fight again pls

  • cholehen chlo ♡ (@cholehen) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I’m looking for prices on an early upgrade. I don’t have the time to sit on the phone but every time I start a live chat the systems are down :(

  • JonInEdinburgh Jon (@JonInEdinburgh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!

  • Johnmhunt John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@DMcGillivray2 @ThreeUK @Ofcom I had to threaten to report them to Ofcom Don as they guy was constantly asking me questions. He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • burnsy171285 Martin Redman (@burnsy171285) reported

@danbond @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Agree with Daniel- it is suggestive those on rolling contracts could continue to benefit. Can you confirm either way? Could be another decade plus customer on their way out…

  • adamlevine83 Adam Levine (@adamlevine83) reported

@ThreeUKSupport heard about roaming charges.. the reason three stood out has gone. I won’t be hit yet but as a customer of 11 years this was the reason I always renewed and will now properly review whether it’s worth staying anymore when contract ends.

  • Thomas_Goodearl Thomas Goodearl (@Thomas_Goodearl) reported

@bigdavetrigg @ThreeUK Problem is no one other than O2 are offering it. Hopefully in a year in will change.

  • londonjakewills Jake Williams (@londonjakewills) reported

Good bye @ThreeUK as I will be leaving as soon as my contract is up. I signed up for a mobile contract with you due to your feel attached home mobile service. It’s awful to hear you are now charging people to roam in europe for £2 a day and £5 elsewhere! That’s disgusting.

  • LiamJRichner Liam Richner (@LiamJRichner) reported

@Thomasnorris1 @SkyNews @ThreeUK Vodafone doing the same thing. 02 only network I can see that aren't bringing back charges..

  • robbiec54321 Robert Cummings (@robbiec54321) reported

@threeuksupport Hi, I upgraded from a 30 day rolling SIM plan to a 24 month SIM plan to lock in a cheaper rate before the 1st Oct roaming deadline. Does the 14 day cooling off period for contracts apply to online upgrades should I decide to switch to another network?

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported

@_super_tone @ThreeUK True. Though again I’m not sure how long it’ll be before they introduce it. Just a shame O2 signal is pretty naff.

  • jtd1010 James (@jtd1010) reported

@richyj1504 @ThreeUK Their coverage is AWFUL! I was with them for years and years, moved to Vodafone and i was SHOOK! My phone was faster and you get coverage in places Three never could.

  • MisterJamie TherealMandalorian (@MisterJamie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?

  • nettymartin Martin McDonald 💙 (@nettymartin) reported

@zsk Lack of roaming charges used to be the unique selling point of @ThreeUK you would have thought they would have baulked the chance to levy these charges. I wonder what actual costs the phone companies occur when a customer 'roams'?
