David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandI spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2
-
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it
-
Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport why ask me to do a survey with text replies then charge me for the replies. Honestly that's pretty poor.
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@DMcGillivray2 @ThreeUK @Ofcom I had to threaten to report them to Ofcom Don as they guy was constantly asking me questions. He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.
-
Ross (@Rawssy) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandReally starting to piss me off how bad @ThreeUK ‘s signal is... I’m in central Edinburgh I have 1 bar of 4g and it takes 20-30 seconds to load 1 picture...... IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN
-
chlo ♡ (@cholehen) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I’m looking for prices on an early upgrade. I don’t have the time to sit on the phone but every time I start a live chat the systems are down :(
-
Lord Andrew McGuire of Sealand (@amcguirejobs) reported from Bathgate, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just paid my bill using the app since there’s a problem with the website and the money is out my account but it’s still showing I’ve got to pay it
-
Gary Oliver (@shootrecordlife) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK It's like when have a rant on a WhatsApp group chat then realise it was a bad idea.
-
Jon (@JonInEdinburgh) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!
-

-
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.
-
Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch
-
Jim Eccleston (@jeccles621) reported from Carlops, Scotland@ThreeUK Mobike data on Three network has not been working for two weeks now n the EH26 area. Never a problem before
-
Stuart (@stuart272) reported from Livingston, Scotland@ThreeUK I know it is a stiff competition but you must surely have the worst customer service in the mobile industry
-
David Bourne (@DavidBourne1978) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Nope not yet as work is an issue. Best after 7pm tonight
-
Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

-
Hugh Johnson (@CoachDriverHugh) reported@giffgaff Thank you. Been with Giffgaff many years, now have 2 sims. Service is much more reliable and consistent, with no ‘digital’ noise that I have experienced with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I used to work in military coms, so understand limitations.
-
Stephen (@realsgc) reported@ThreeUKSupport any idea when the updated masts in my area are going to switch to the new more powerful and stable 4g+ signal? I was told today but nothing so far.

-
Issy (@issyhc) reported@ThreeUK great news that you have the best 5G network in the UK pity you can't get decent 3 or 4G coverage in my area - I struggle to make calls or downloads - I have to rely on an equally inefficient wifi signal from @bt_uk and that's on superfast broadband
-
Rhomany💜💜💜 (@rhomany) reported@ThreeUKSupport is the network down yet again in ST6? I’ve got no signal whatsoever
-
Rhys Howie (@RhysHowie92) reported@ThreeUKSupport apparently my 3 internet WiFi is meant to be for gaming. Yet it's absolutely terrible. Sold false lies of how good the internet is when it's about as stable as a straw house.
