Miss Wotherspoon (@MissWotherspoon) reported from Kincardine, ScotlandWhen you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

Kevin (@kevocateur) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!
-
Fiona McLean Photography (@fmcleanphoto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.
-
WOLF (@WolfVlogsLife) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I'm going to have to end my broadband contract due to you breaking it. Its been months still no LG TV. When I get in contact with customer service its same old its 10working days away. Maybe time to sue not paying for goods I've not received
-
Dill Dandin (@JoshTBrown27) reported from Livingston, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Nothing yet I'm afraid, haven't been able to do anything given the systems outage

Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @CEOemail @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken @EE @giffgaff As soon as my contract is up with Three, I'm moving to another service provider. Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.
-

-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).

Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.
-
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.
-

-
Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported@ThreeUKSupport - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

-
Rizwan Ali (@rizwanalihaidr) reported@ThreeUKSupport and I’ve now been told £176 will be taken this month. I have spent the last 2–3 weeks repeatedly contacting customer service, but no one has provided a clear explanation or resolved the issue. My time has been wasted, and the lack of accountability is extremely
-
Matt Hayes 🇮🇪 (@matthayesthfc) reported@panks_79 @ThreeUKSupport My current phone is broken, but you've saved me. There was a separate section of the Three website for pay-as-you-go 🙈 Which is weird, because I've had to go through an entire different page to buy the same phone I was trying to buy anyway haha Thanks Craig!

-
Graeme (@woodenscot) reported.@ThreeUKSupport is there any chance you could make your network work in the centre of Edinburgh. It is appallingly bad and has been for a very long time. I was hoping your Vodafone merger was fixing it but seems not.
-
Sheila Cook (@swpp12) reported@ThreeUK your fixed increase this year is very much more than the usual percentage increase. Somewhere in the region of 20% so bad news.
-
Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer.
