@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.

@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

@CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport Had a Uswitch deal which was confirmed via email. Been getting charged the full price not the deal price. I keep contacting and getting told it’ll be reduced back down and the overcharges back dated. Then nothing changes. #frustrated

@ThreeUKSupport Well after more phone calls, continually explaining the issue and such - it will be in 24 hours. So, no, it's not currently resolved, and it won't be for a day. But apparently there's nothing that can be done. 🥴🥴🥴 So my only option is to leave a complaint, which does nothing.
