Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.

Now I'm getting an APN connection error, have zero WiFi in EH11 2NQ & the system thinks I've not paid my bill, which was taken on 2 Nov.

There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi.
