Only get poor service and coverage from Three and has got worse recently. Not wasting money any longer on this appalling company who provide you with nothing.

At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.
