@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just paid my bill using the app since there’s a problem with the website and the money is out my account but it’s still showing I’ve got to pay it

  • john_rafa
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

  • cholehen
chlo ♡ (@cholehen) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I’m looking for prices on an early upgrade. I don’t have the time to sit on the phone but every time I start a live chat the systems are down :(

  • shadlx
Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch

  • CraigEdward_
Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

  • Rawssy
Ross (@Rawssy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Really starting to piss me off how bad @ThreeUK ‘s signal is... I’m in central Edinburgh I have 1 bar of 4g and it takes 20-30 seconds to load 1 picture...... IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN

  • AGDun_162
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport what is going on with your network AGAIN! Numerous times I have reported shoddy network speeds on your 4G Home Broadband . And I don't want to hear lame excuses about "Work Being Carried Out" when that simply isn't the case. EH6 area (Leith)

  • JoshTBrown27
Dill Dandin (@JoshTBrown27) reported from Livingston, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing yet I'm afraid, haven't been able to do anything given the systems outage

  • Scottc79
Scott Campbell (@Scottc79) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have just spent the most hofficially infuriating few minutes of my life trying to string together a conversation with some absolute moron in your joke of a call centre. You guys must work tirelessly to attain such Herculean levels of abject service.

  • gm8arv
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

  • AGDun_162
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

  • Alfiedog9
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.

  • Bighenbroon
Stuart Gray (@Bighenbroon) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport what's the issue with service in the KY1 area? Has been dropping in and out all day with internet and phone signal

  • gm8arv
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

  • steph_ashford
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport There's no issue with the payment. I've been with you around 16 years and had zero issues using all you can eat data on my phone, since I downgraded my plan & got your mobile WiFi I've had nothing but problems with my connections.

  • francescogiove
Fran Giove (@francescogiove) reported from Cardenden, Scotland

@ThreeUK My Mum is trying to cancel a mobile SIM plan. Unable to get through on the phone after 2 attempts. What’s the best way to procede?

  • mel_robbo

  • MochaQuokka
QuokkᐰMocha 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇨🇿🇺🇦🏳️‍🌈 (@MochaQuokka) reported from Kelty, Scotland

@pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

  • marposttwit
mari (@marposttwit) reported from Kelty, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Over a month with no signal. No refunds mentioned and no compensation for having to install and pay for landline services.

@ThreeUK what a terrible service. The WiFi isnt working for more than a week now in Bermondsey area and you dont even have the decency to reach out with the details of by when the service will be back to normal. You dont even have a functioning Call Center.

  • robj3d3
    Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported

@helloitsolly @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Thanks Olly Yeah, I don't get it either. It's a policy of theirs. They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.

  • garyisatwit
    Gary Young (@garyisatwit) reported

@ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

  • thedude310777
    Trudi Price (@thedude310777) reported

I'm going to do as I've got no laptop or anything. I tried with Sky as I'm with them for broadband and tv for over 10 years yet they won't either. I'm currently going through Cancer treatment so not working at the moment so I'm stuck! @ThreeUK @SkyUK no loyalty

  • Rhiiyounit11

  • DJ58949

@ThreeUK why is your 5G so bad? I never seem to have any form of signal, no matter where I am.

  • duxbury2002
    Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reported

Anyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain

  • AdamBat92308251
    Adam Bateman (@AdamBat92308251) reported

@UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.

  • grantdotdev
    Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported

@JurateJW @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No better in the North either. I thought the Vodafone acquisition was supposed to make them the largest network in the UK and improve signal. I feel it’s got worse.
