    @ThreeUKSupport I had the app in my phone, problem updates, changed my password on the nit 3website, went to log in with the new one thy direct me to my email went back and the game repeat his self, I can’t count how many time , i still want to pay but how no phone no outside world connection

    @ThreeUK here we go again, why is it so hard to get internet around the Peterborough area? Your service has been shockingly bad over the last year and the excuses of we're upgrading ain't cutting it no more. Keep banging on about 5G and can't even get 3G!

    I was genuinely impressed by @ThreeUK network! Not once did my streaming services bugger even at the highest quality but then once I reached London it was surprising that the network was unusable. It’s just bizarre what happened!

    @jamesarcherrr @ThreeUKSupport Hello, since normally signal issues are related to a specific area, it sounds like either a defective iPhone 13 or it’s directly related to the Sim card. How long have you had your current one? Sim card that is.

    @ThreeUKSupport Last time I was told I could cancel but would have to send the router back or be charged for it so I don't understand why its my responsibility to deal with manufactors or your equipment when I have been with u for less then a year and not had the service I'm paying for

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I called you recently to cancel the mobile broadband thing I’ve had for camping since 2018 and you convinced me to take a new contract out with a 4G+ MiFi. Ok so it arrived and it doesn’t work. What should I do? I’m not paying for it.

    @threeuk after about 18 years it's time to say bye. My main number is going elsewhere. Failure to fix the signal in my area after repeated promises to do so has forced this. I've another number still in contact, as the service levels are bad, can I break this without penalty?
