    There's a @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport office on Oxford Street and other places in London but how sarcastic it is that there's no range as well no speed despite many offices. Great indeed! 5G isn't there and 4G sucks and at times the coverage bar drops to Zero '0'

    @ThreeUKSupport 5g Hub arrived yesterday and I have no internet! I called support and they said my internet will be down for a month - why was I not told when buying over the phone? Support told me to wait a month and payfor no service? Thinking to cancel…

    @ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I literally just had my 4G on while on the plane as we landed to get a network to tell my mum I had arrived safely.. then before I know it, £35 charge!! And it’s remained off since.

    @ThreeUKSupport - I am in USA. You informed me by text on 20 Apr that I’d reached 80% of my roaming data limit. I currently have a charge of £46.25 and have no idea what for. The app says I have 10.55GB of my 12GB left. Your online chat function is not working. Help!!
