They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

They need me to fly back to the UK, use it in the UK, and then I'm good to go again and they'll unblock me. Not happening, so getting my family to help out very thankfully.

janice hughes (@jandh65) reported@ThreeUK How do you make a complaint? Little to no internet/phone service at home for 18 months. Chat is useless. Stores are no help! Sent a letter to the complaints team they write back telling you to go on the usless chat!! Appalling customer service.
