    @ThreeUK here we go again, why is it so hard to get internet around the Peterborough area? Your service has been shockingly bad over the last year and the excuses of we're upgrading ain't cutting it no more. Keep banging on about 5G and can't even get 3G!

    Ended a @ThreeUK contract cause of extremely poor connection service. Was promised multiple times no fees would occur after phone lines test came back. Now been charged 633£ for termination fee. After hours on the phone & 6 transfers no one can help! @ThreeUK please sort it out!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the advice but as usual for 3 days now there is no one to chat too. Still getting txts from your debt recovery company. Am not willing to go through your complaints service anymore as have done 4 times and been informed each time it is resolved. Send me direct contact

    @ThreeUKSupport Not funny when I was promised a refund and your advisor on the phone said it was a clear error made by @ThreeUK ! He said I’d receive my bill in the post by the 15th latest and still no sign. I just want my refund that I was PROMISED. Never again 👋🏼
