@ThreeUKSupport No. I have a normal contract. I am getting less than half a meg download and 0.19 meg upload in EH64HN. It's completely unusuable and I cannot work from home using this connection. Can you not just increase the network capacity on the local mast?

Right on time @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the usual daily turn off of data services. It’s like clockwork. You’re a absolute joke of a company. Can no longer even provide the 0.65mbs service! Suppose turning it completely off makes no difference.

@ThreeUKSupport I was charged double for last month's bill. Customer Service did not call back as promised. You want customers to pay by direct debit but breach the direct debit guarantee of an immediate refund. Customer Service flatly refused my refund. When will I get my money.
