After upgrading my phone contact I Wanted to cancel my WiFi dongle, was told it will be free, got hung up, told it would cost £170, got passed around 5 times, told no one could help, told that I shouldn't be with 3. Our 30 day trial would have been finished by then to even check the speed and connection, we are working from home?!
