Now I have to wait til I have paper to write it down.
-
Specifically Limited Durrans (@danieldurrans) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport I am back to not being able to login again. You have sent me a notification my bill is ready but I can’t login. When I do the lost password process, I see “Sorry, we're having some technical issues right now.”
-
Dren (@OhMyGerardz) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport Hello, been having issues with my network/4G dropping out in BS7; was wondering whether it was an issue with iOS 14 or the network, as it’s just done the same while composing this tweet(!)
-
Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport @jess_addis3 Looks like Three’s social media department have been on the same customer service course as British Airways. Loads of platitudes & sympathy but little effective action.
-

-
P.J.K-W (@petekc) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport I’m having call issues in BS1 and BS2. Calls cutting out after 1-2 minutes! Nearly £70/month for a poor indoor signal and this!
-
Andy Charman #FBPE (@AndyRFCCharman) reported from Bristol, EnglandI feel the same way. Main reason I signed up with @ThreeUK was the Go Roam element. Little did I realise that it would be a lot easier to get a data service virtually anywhere in the world other than the UK itself!
-
David Rose (@david_navigator) reported from Bathford, England@ThreeUK if I put a 3 SIM in my Android tablet I just get 1 bar signal strength (N7 postcode). If I use one of your 4G routers will it be better ? How can I test without committing to a contract ?
-
Ian Parsons (@I_R_P_1977) reported from Kelston, England@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK there’s been poor and non existent 3/4g where I live for more than 2 weeks. Do I get a reduced tariff? I have phones and 4g broadband which is providing no service…. I’m paying for something which isn’t useable… help.
-
Viv (@Vivivoo) reported from Pilning, England@irfan52700358 @ThreeUK @BALENCIAGA News is that @ThreeUK are pulling back speed and support for 4G to concentrate on 5G! So all those people with 4G only phones are sc**wed and @ThreeUK doesn’t care about keeping customers!
-
Adam Crawford (@adz232) reported from Bathford, England@iansteele @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom You deserve better than that as you’ve been a customer since 2003.
-
Catherine (@catherinetyley) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport are there any issues in Bristol area? Have had 4G outages since yesterday.
-
David Rose (@david_navigator) reported from Bathford, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, so it's a device restriction not a network restriction ?
-
Venting Dicktorian (@OTweeter) reported from Bradley Stoke, England@ThreeUKSupport The call was the 6th call to your support team, Home Fi not working. Same old excuses, “It will get better in a few days” Fastest network, built for data, blah blah I’m afraid! Today 130bps download and 2 Mbps upload. Utterly useless.
-
Rachel Snook (@r_snook) reported from Paulton, England@ThreeUKSupport @AlwaysMaxNat Having exactly the same problem with my daughters account. Cancelled during cooling off period in February and now getting debt collection threats. Have rung 3 times, and tried on line support but nothing!
-
Reece (@reece_evans) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi do you have trouble going on with your network at the moment! I live in the BS49 postcode area and work in the BS1 area about 15 miles apart and neither of them are working, starting to become a joke now.
-
Carole Rogers (@CARogersNo1) reported from Bristol, England@ThreeUKSupport No problem. Your customer service is great.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK I've been without service for 4 days. Every day since my service stopped, I've contacted support, and each time I've been told to "wait 7 days." If I'm being told that every single day, when exactly are those 7 days supposed to be up?
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
Martin Adams | Building Flowtelic (@Martin_Adams) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh no, I found a service you can port your UK number to which maps it to a voip, specifically for this issue. Haven’t done it yet, but plan to.
-
Mahégal (@Dalanamz) reportedI've messaged several times to cancel and still nothing has been done @ThreeUKSupport
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reportedAnyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain
-
LeeBee 🐝 (@leeb_com) reported@ThreeUKSupport are you experiencing signal issues in Reading? It’s been awful in areas for days, particularly at my gym in Mapledurham where it’s always strong! Yet only 1 bar 4g!
-
huey freeman (@80iishh) reported@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport soon reach. So the signal better be sorted or we’ll be speaking
-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
