@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport No, there was a power outage and both phones won't rejoin the network properly. They had been off for 24 hrs before we realised as they were using WiFi calling. Happened last time there was a network outage and had to have all network settings redone think that needs doing again

@ThreeUKSupport Switched off WiFi and gone to 3g before restarting but one wouldn't even recognise the network. Signal was 1 pip at best but has come back to normal level since 1st messaged you and the one which didn't get on is on now :-)

Can anyone recommend their mobile network? Been loyal to @ThreeUK for over 10 years (never used another network) but I haven’t had data coverage for weeks now and I’m paying for unlimited so it’s a bit ridiculous. Not worried about handsets, I buy them up front

@ThreeUKSupport no network coverage for ages now. Payment of bills all up to date. Paying for unlimited data and not getting to use any of it, my phone is almost completely unusable out of the house, absolutely ridiculous

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, postcode is MK41 7PH. Not only mobile data doesn't work also my phone is unreachable. This is my workplace postcode with no access to WiFi, so it is quite difficult to be not connected for 9 hours.

@threeuk I don’t how many times I need to say this or how many times I’ve been promised but you need to BLOCK ALL 0843 NUMBERS FROM USING YOUR NETWORK. I get daily scam calls all from 0843. There are zero people using this prefix legitimately. Enough is enough.
