    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    I need to switch mobile phone providers! Apparently if your a @ThreeUK customer like me and armageddon arrives, we’re the last to know and on our own cause everyone else got a head start 😝 Should have realised how bad they were when they sponsored Chelsea

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

    @ThreeUK received the worst customer service from a girl at the Westfield Stratford store. I came in looking for a plan, been a customer for 4 years now, she went on her tablet and told me the same info I could of googled myself.Shes a terrible salesperson,not willingness to help

    @ThreeUK if you’re going to call your existing customers to offer iPhone 14 deals, at least have the courtesy not to just rudely hang up when you’re told they’re not interested. SMH.

    @ThreeUKSupport Reset the password with the same password, gets past that stage. Really makes no sense. Now it wants a 6 digit code I cant find. I have already had that conversation with the unhelpful help desk this morning. Again.

    @ThreeUKSupport incognito/private browsing as a workaround is a thing, but I'm still interested in the root of the UX issues I had tonight. It was an incredibly frustrating experience until I went incognito and it worked.

    You seriously need to update your security policies @ThreeUK. Having someone in support asking me to email my photo ID (email is insecure) is risking breach of GPDR. This is how corporates assist identity theft. Useless 4g+ device arrived not working and support won't help.
