    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Impeccable service in my first year with Three. Not so much since last summer. Understand the necessity of upgrade work, but give your customers an alert so those WFH can plan! Middle of a meeting I lost wifi. Happens at least once a month! Alerts please!
