    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport i get literally the worst signal I've ever had with a phone network. Everywhere I go us one bar of signal. I switched over after seeing you give the best coverage and its by bar the worst.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for your reply. I visited one of your physical shops to be greeted with shrugged shoulders and complete indifference. Someone has made a decision and cut our service. The speeds in the shop were up to 15 mbps here on a different mast ..0.56mbps. Can our fix be expedited?

    @ThreeUK I joined 12 months ago after u guaranteed to me that 5g 5g was on my area... 12 months later I still have not got 5g . Woeful speeds as soon as I leave the house... If you are thinking of joining 3 coz the deals are too good to be true... It's coz they are.... Worst network ever

    @ThreeUK was known for “best customer service” but years later n a day before my bday they refusing to give me allowances on my sim and want me to wait for delivery of the sim which would leave at home alone with no method of communication

    @ThreeUK trying to cancel a monthly add on and it says on the website to ring to cancel, but when I call an automated message says to cancel on the website. Managed to get through to someone who told me the systems are down and they can’t help me. How do I cancel?!?
