    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

    Probably just shy of 20 years with @ee sim only for last 5-6 years constant rises latest one pushing it to near £30 a month sim only!!!! Just transferred to @ThreeUK £8 a month I’ve never had 5g ever no matter where I have been in country you and @kevinbacon can go 🖕🏻

    @ThreeUKSupport For the record, I have been on live chat with a @ThreeUK representative for an hour and 45 minutes. He has not even come close to resolving my issue (you overcharging me) and is now TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW CONTRACT. I'd call that (and the trojan) pretty bad service, amiright?

    @O2 I recently switched to your network from @ThreeUK and the service in my town of Renfrew is terrible. Everyone i know on o2 says the same. Do you have plans to improve this or do i need to switch back to my old provider?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport great to see eSims are finally after at least 3 years of telling us they are coming there here !! But only with your new plans and existing now have to wait yet again, my plan doesn’t run out for another 503 days & I’ve been a loyal customer since 2010!

    Does the UK have the worst network coverage in the world? @ThreeUK and @O2 @VodafoneUK I have used all these 3, always rubbish. No network at all in Nottingham. Always slow, internet calls don’t go through, and showing 3G every time even outside their stores. iPhone 12 user.

    @ThreeUK Why is it all your customer service agents are salespeople? I rang up for PAC code, first he asked to ring back due to the system going slow, he then offered to try to match the new contract on which I have already paid the initial monthly chargé, which I decline
