@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport At least 5 years ago. Can share account details if necessary. Can't join any network in settings. Can't login to my account online to check international roaming settings as in order to do so it wants me to verify my details by sending a code by text but obviously can't receive.

Appalling service from @ThreeUK who have mis-sold me a contract, and are now refusing to refund the £472 they took from my account. The store have accepted responsibility but @ThreeUK are refusing to pay. While the battle continues, the withdrawals from my account also continue.

@ThreeUK have arrived in the USA after checking I can roam here and can't get connected. On wifi at hotel at mo. Been a customer for several years so should be able to benefit from roaming with no extra charge!
