    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

    @ThreeUKSupport Genuinely the worst live chat support I have come across. Spoke to 4 different people who all didn’t understand my problem and tried the same solutions which didn’t work. Haven’t been able to access WhatsApp or my Bank for 4 days now, how do I complain?

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m not receiving verification codes through via text from any of the short numbers. I keep getting told it’s a problem on the other parties side, I would believe that if it wasn’t WhatsApp, Starling and PayPal + my partner is getting texts from them fine and she is on EE

    @ThreeUKSupport The problem is I have no confidence that such delivery has even been arranged. If I’m let down again by your appalling customer service I will be contacting legal advice as thanks to the useless pair I spoke to on Saturday I believe you are guilty of breach of contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s TN26. Your agents keep telling me to use WiFi calling but I can’t even access that now. Could do until 9pm last night. Your CS team on live chat are rude and unhelpful, don’t even listen to the issues or my responses.
