    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes all paid on time. I kept chasing 3 on the whereabouts of the TV. Only today has someone told me the TV has been 'delivered'. Surely you should tell a customer they are about to receive a £400 item? and confirm the delivery date with them? I am worried it went to wrong place

    @ThreeUKSupport My TV (part of my broadband package) has not arrived. Today I chased 3 custservice AGAIN and they said it was delivered to me on 22nd! No it has not- I was at home! I had no emails, calls or texts to inform me it was coming - and now it is missing! HELP!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Nope it’s just this one location (approx 3 mile radius). It’s happened across multiple phones, SIM cards etc but it really is bad now, calls are almost impossible to understand
