    Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    .@ThreeUK customer service absolutely shocking and your instore team at Solihull have really messed up my new contract by giving me false information when switching contract. I hope you call me tomorrow to rectify this. Absolutely appalled

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @Simonsa77918492 @ThreeUKSupport @mynameishuw They won’t do anything they will say they are due to upgrade the mast next year, they told me to use 3G as 4g was congested and would be upgraded to 5g in October 2019, it’s been over a year still same excuses, I moved to Sky mobile for my son no issues ever since and cheaper

    @ThreeUK Shocked at the level of customer service Three provide. I have been trying to cancel a contract I only just took out and they have evaded and lied to me every step of the way. Still awaiting email confirmation it's been cancelled. Feels like i'm being scammed.
