    Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

    @ThreeUK I converted 2 contract numbers to PAYG last July, & transferred to 2 new contracts with 3 within 3 days. Just tried this for a 3rd contract & was told I must wait 30 days. I'm not happy! Your upgrades don't match reseller sites, that offer better deals for less #Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ThreeUK What I’m looking for is an explanation why your service is so awful today. I can hardly do anything onine today as every site I visit takes an eon to open, then stop working almost immediately, plus trying to view my emails. Is there a network problem?

    @ThreeUKSupport if there is a worse customer service than 3 I would like to know. I cannot access my bill as despite me changing my password when I log in it says unrecognised tried to phone an as usual deplorable customer service says they cannot help.

    People only the bad experiences too much. Tell me a time you had A great customer service experience. I bet you can't! @ThreeUK always smash it and even more so with a moving in gift hamper @bt_uk just sorted me with BB and a £100 gift card @xboxuk and #GamePass I mean come on!

    @ThreeUK My network doesn't work every week, if I ring up about it three they keep me on the phone for hours to waste my time doing the same basic checks. I use giffgaff even though I'm imprisoned in a contract with three. Don't buy three folks!!!
