    @ThreeUKSupport waited all day for my upgrade to be delivered and it has not arrived. I have also not received a email telling me what time it should arrive like you said i would. I have phoned up your customer service twice and had no help. Disgusting service!

    @ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

    @ThreeUK When you have just increased my plan from the half price to full price and I get less than full service I find it less than acceptable!! No response from your phone help desk or twitter help service !! Want to leave ASAP !!

    @ThreeUK after being with three for quite some years, getting very frustrated. I can't remember pin , to get a new pin , have to validate by email, email address is incorrect so can't validate, can't change email address because? Can't remember pin. Help

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hi, I've tried making a phonecall to Australia however when calling it said I had to make a payment so I did (twice) and still having the same issue so you've basically just taken £20 from me for no reason - can you refund me please?

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

    @ThreeUKSupport I will be going there at about 6pm and I 100% guarantee I won't get a signal even though I have full signal + full 5G the phone just doesn't work, and it's a brand new s20 ultra 5g it's not a phone issue before youse mention that

    @ThreeUKSupport It's not the issue where they are based it's the fact of getting the same runaround. Asking me to do lots of tests and change settings one week, then ringing me back and asking me to do them again. If the service in a certain area in bad then allow your customers to leave.

    @ThreeUKSupport @mentazm One thing to note ThreeUK. is that when O2 seem to be working in the area, YOUR signal goes to sh**. I have started to notice a pattern going on. If you are sharing masts nearby then you really need to get your act together

    @ThreeUK Ok here it is. You have 2 weeks to properly support Apple Watch. When I buy the next iPhone, it will be with Apple Watch and Three still don’t properly support this. However other providers do. So tick tock or lose me and my unlimited use of internet forever.
