    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    @ThreeUK ! Your agent just threw me out of a live chat because I made a complaint. THREE cancelled my DD twice now, charged me more for not having a DD and have now cancelled contract. I kept to MY end of the contract. When will you pay ME?

    @ThreeUK can you tell me why again ! I have been to Europe yesterday to Barcelona and my phone won’t work , yes data roaming is on and now im going to Prague am I going to have the same issues . Everywhere else around the world on go roam works just not Europe !!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I rang Three to get technical help and I can't remember which address I'm registered to. I haven't rang you guys in so long so forgot password too. My phone isn't receiving anything and really struggles to connect to anything. Advisor on the phone said they cant help cuz I failed

    @ThreeUK after being with three for quite some years, getting very frustrated. I can't remember pin , to get a new pin , have to validate by email, email address is incorrect so can't validate, can't change email address because? Can't remember pin. Help

    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking service on the phone. Trying to cancel an upgrade! The man kept me on phone 35 minutes, unable to understand me or me him! Unable to confirm it was cancelled, told me to call back in 2 days! Blood pressure at boiling point

    @ThreeUKSupport waited all day for my upgrade to be delivered and it has not arrived. I have also not received a email telling me what time it should arrive like you said i would. I have phoned up your customer service twice and had no help. Disgusting service!

    @ThreeUK Terrible customer service recieved today. Your happy to take my early upgrade fee but today you tell me you cant supply me with the new device until November 5th 2019, nearly 3 weeks later than when you told me I would receive the device. Very disappointing 😡😡😡

    I think I’m going to have to abandon @ThreeUK for another network. Since moving to London five weeks ago I have had no phone signal when in my flat and intermittent to no data when in Central London on both 3G and 4G. My phone has become a useless space grey rectangle.

    The @ThreeUK customer service has been awful. They cancelled my DD, charged me extra and there’s no one to debate my bill with! They cancel my Direct Debits all the time!

    @ThreeUKSupport I want to update my address to my correct address. I'm not receiving any text messages with my new password. I even agreed to do a survey and that text didn't come through either. I want to update my address so I can get technical help so resolve my issues but can't!

    @ThreeUKSupport And this is all after an employee in the cancellation department failed to cancel my contract when I called on the 21 Sep 2020. Then after 2 months when the contract was cancelled, another employee delayed the cancellation for another 10 days increasing the final payment due

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve literally explained everything in this thread. I also explained it three separate times to three different employees in your billing department, who all did not help and, under the guides of putting me on hold, cut the phone on me.
