    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been in contact before about the lack of 4g coverage in the KA23 9RA area as its really poor for about the last month. Can barely load a Facebook page, and no chance of playing g media. Is this going to get fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m afraid I didn’t note down the dates of these conversations. Possibly the end of November. I only learned that this ‘debt’ I’m being chased for is for a SIM which should have been cancelled in October yesterday. So should this be a new complaint?

    @ThreeUKSupport And I was also told that I am in the cooling period so I cancel the contract but now I am being charge around 400 pounds to cancel a sim, which is ridiculous. Why would I want to pay 400 pounds for something I will never use. I have never had such a terrible experience before.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had gone to a Three Store on 5 March 2022 to order for my replacement sim since I lost my Three and I was to that I need to enter a contract in order to get a replacement sim. I never got the replacement sim and above that I have been charged for a plan I didn't want.
