@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport Told me to reboot my phone which didnt help and theyd look into it, the issue was fine for a few days then died in multiple post codes and i know im not the only one

@ThreeUKSupport OMG how much more poor service do I have to take! working from home is just impossible with this kind of service, no internet all day from 4g broadband or mobile, change all my services to you last year & regret it everyday... when can i cancel!!!!!!!!

@ThreeUK Hello has you app being hacked?? All my info has changed and I got a text this morning with info I hadn’t requested. I called your customer service and they passed me to someone else then line went dead!! Please check if you’ve been hacked and get back ASAP
