    @_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

    @ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

    @ThreeUK DO NOT USE THIS NETWORK! I tried to cancel as no signal, told £180, told to wait 30 days for engineers, waited, then told fee increased by another £100 - TAKE ME TO COURT IM NOT PAYING YOU ANY MORE MONEY FOR A SERVICE YOUVE NOT SUPPLIED SINCE AUGUST!!!

    @ThreeUK Your webchat is garbage. The same webchat that didn’t give me a tracking number, nor the option to give me cover on stupid situations like this. You lot are wild. I will defo be leaving a review on this. 5 years been with y’all and this is what you do. I’m done with 3.

    Got a disappointed 16 year old this evening @ThreeUK. Waited in all day for a new phone due to be delivered today. But nada. I get we’re mid pandemic. And that the weather is pretty poor and there are logistical issues. But not even an email update? Very poor customer service.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's for a £35 unlimited data pack and I just want a refund (minus what I've used) as the signal isn't great here and I was hung up on the phone, told they don't do refunds over 150mb and now that the 14 day cooling off period doesn't apply to PAYG (when the t&c read different)
