Iestyn Lloyd (@iestynx) reported from Caernarfon, Wales@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

loulitagill (@loulitagill) reportedDo not bother at all taking our a contract with @ThreeUK I’ve had nothing but problems. I’ve called after a week of waiting to cancel my contract and still being told there’s an order “stuck” because I returned faulty kit. Come on Three, you’ve got to do better.

Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.

SG (@Saurav) reported@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely awful service. Signed a new contract and your bill has come for triple the amount. I've been told by your agent he will fix the bill, over a month later nothing! Now he is ignoring all emails. And one of my lines is facing connectivity issues! AWFUL!

Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.
