@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUK any chance of some info on mast upgrades in LL55 1SR area. It’s been bad since the introduction of 4G, which is very patchy here

@ThreeUKSupport Just calls. I've had to use Skype at a cost of 21p per minute plus after being advised to factory reset I had to buy extra data because the install wiped out my data allowance. This issue is costing me a lot!

@ThreeUKSupport I’m assuming you know that foreign call centres have cloned your customer service number. Had a call from that number and it was Carphone Warehouse apparently, trying to sell me an overly attractive deal, AND would pay off my current contract.

@mrjamesob @Ed_Chester anyone who uses #O2 wants their head testing anyway.. way too expensive. Switch to @ThreeUK and free roaming is unchanged (not just in the EU either). Problem solved.

@ThreeUKSupport Do you not think I've done that? No help at all, I was sold the insurance by 3. Someone has to sort it. I am getting nothing from the insurance side of things. No offense but this isn't helpful either. So I take insist and do nothing. Should I try praying?
