@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport not only I place a complain only to be sent a letter asking me to complain to the watchdog as they don’t care. Call their customer service and they bluntly say we can’t do anything feel free to cancel the contract.

@lucy_anne88 @EE @ThreeUK Took me four calls to cancel mine due to being repeatedly cut off. They said they do call back if it happens but I wasn't convinced. I just kept phoning them back. Terrible service.

Appalling customer service from @EE as per usual. Hung up on in the middle of a call about cancelling my contract. After being sent round the houses to cancel a contract that expired last year. Now paying for the privilege of another 30 days 🙄 this is why I’m now with @ThreeUK
