@_upgradefm @imyke 5G thing was so confusing to me as well. Managed to work out in the end that @ThreeUK will support the iPhone 12 after cross matching on wikipedia and Apple’s website that Three’s 5G network runs on n77 & n78!

@ThreeUKSupport @toucan2 I’m with 3 and my phone has been the same, this past week unless connected to wifi ( none3) I’ve really struggled to get online despite seemingly have a signal and this has happened in different parts of England so not a localised issue.

@ThreeUK Why is it so hard to request or obtain an eSIM? This should be available in store and via my3 where we customer should be able to just request and obtain whenever needed. I did all this without calling Vodafone customer service or going in to their store last year.

Flip it around Imagine you sold an item and sent it to someone You packaged it fine etc no issues, but the delivery person steals the parcel Your disgruntled customer then harasses and ******* at you demanding you resolve it Would you find that fair?
