    @ThreeUK heh three what’s the network problem with So42 7. No network since Saturday and no info on when it’s going to get fixed. We all rely on 3 home routers so impossible to home school

    @ThreeUKSupport there has been no Three service in the New Forest most of the morning. No mobile or broadband, even drove into Lyndhurst to try make a call. Barely getting 0.57mbps at the moment.

    I will never understand about Sales... SMARTY is a MVNO owned by Three Mobile - I was already on @ThreeUK. Three looses a customer, SMARTY gains one. The @SMARTYMobileUK sales guy still gets their bonus this year yet the group business is down £60/year. Thanks @claudelittner

    Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I need someone to call me back tomorrow to help sort out the mess that you’ve created. You’ve taken my phone number and swapped it with my mum (NHS worker), now she is without a phone. Complete mess.

    @ThreeUK Can you at least fix the network connection. I have a Huawei device at home for wi-fi which is horrible, but also the mobile 3G/4g is even worse....

    @ThreeUKSupport Have run network setting reset - still seeing my signal drop - calls are showing as only using WiFi calling

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks - that issue has cleared up but I still have a lot problems where calls drop even when I’m not moving - doesn’t happen all the time and never happened on my old provider on and phone (only been with you a few months)

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m sorry to say the back of a crisp packet is more helpful than what I got - clearly the advisor is not trained to help beyond very basic queries and doesn’t have access to any resources to help him. Now on a lengthy (cold) transfer to customer services to log a complaint

    @ThreeUK why is your network so rubbish - months now I’ve been suffering bad signal everywhere. I’ve even had my iPhone replaced to try and resolve things and all you say is “doing works to improve” in the area every time without prior warning and they never improve

    @ThreeUKSupport Not overly - looks like signal in my area has got a lot worse than it was advertised at... O2 had better signal and I left them due to bad coverage and was shown the map for my area and told it would be very good - not what I’m getting

    @ThreeUK I know you hate me and never can be bothered to provide me with phone service and I do apologise for actually using a healthy wedge of my unlimited data today - please take up grievance with @VodafoneUK whose broadband has been dead all day even after phoning for help!

    @ThreeUKSupport Have now demand he either finds me a more senior colleague or a manager as the answer after a five minute hold to “investigate” was “we know there’s a network problem” which is the same tired excuse I always hear from THREE

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s correct, that is our post code. Been a customer since October with great speeds till December when the mast reached capacity. Since then its been a steady decline. Getting 1-2mb since yesterday.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi this is terrible I keep dropping inbound calls. I have coverage and WiFi calling but people are struggling on non repeat attempts to call - including Vodafone trying to fix my broadband can’t get through!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s like I’m doomed not to get help. I’m really sorry but who do I have to talk to to get a qualified engineer on the phone not someone following a script - he’s taking forever and not getting anywhere because my answers don’t fit his script he doesn’t know how to help me

    Tech today going well... @VodafoneUK: KNACKERED, no ideas what’s wrong, @SkyHelpTeam TV WiFi iffy - engineer Thursday to make box feel better, @ThreeUK temperamental as using data due to no broadband. Haven’t been able to work or relax all day with all these issues!

    @ThreeUKSupport The internet is still awful! Can’t do anything at all! I’ve tried resetting so many times it just seems pointless and I am now seriously considering just cancelling my contract completely because I’m not being provided with the service I pay for!

    @ThreeUKSupport Well it doesn’t work at all currently (no internet), so anything will be an improvement. Obviously very annoying to be paying for a service that just isn’t working or useable.

    @ThreeUKSupport @chrissyleedavie You could start by not giving your call centre staff insane sales targets. Every time I call up with a problem they hard sell me on a new contract. In a cost of living crisis! It's a joke. And on top of that you were supposed to give me 6 months half price which never appeared.
